Beach house holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

We had a 5 day stay at Herron House and it could not have been more wonderful. The house is charming, cozy, pristine and well laid out. Ann has done a great job with communications and was very responsive to answering questions and addressing a few minor things that came up. The house setting is quiet and peaceful and well appointed. Make sure you sit out on the dock for morning coffee or late afternoon beverages. Oh, and try out the paddle boards and hit the beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk on quiet streets with lovely homes to see. The beaches??? Spectacular, very wide and wonderful sand. Restaurants are close by and having the golf cart to use makes that easy to manage. We will go back to Seaside...a great experience! Thanks Ann!

Very nice property with excellent location. Walk to beach and back to your place with no problem. Also close to town. Parking is very tight and two cars is almost impossible as it makes the driveway inaccessible. There’s additional parking down the street. We had problems with the bicycles, ended up dealing with the bicycle rental company directly. We left a purse behind and management of this property found it and shipped it to us! Very honest and respectful. We would gladly stay again!

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Perfect place for a family vacation right on the beach! Easy walk to coffee, ice cream, and souvenir shopping. Easy to access the main highway without being too close! Had a wonderful time staying here!

We had an incredible stay at Something Blue! From the beautiful decor to the beautiful views, it was the perfect place for our family of 6! Our girls shared the bunk room which had plenty of space! I loved sitting on the balcony upstairs each morning to enjoy a cup of coffee before hitting the beach- the views were so beautiful! The location was literally a 30 second walk to the beach! It was so convenient and so easy to get to! We are looking forward to booking it again next summer!

Great modern place to stay. Very spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and beds slept great. I only communicated with the female host Sarah and she was very pleasant to communicate with, easy to talk to, and helpful. She was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would recommend and stay here again.

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

Christine’s place was the perfect house in the perfect location for us. The layout of the house and the pool were just what we needed and having the beach access a 5 min walk with all of the carts, chairs, umbrellas, and floats you could ask for was the perfect setting for our family beach vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful house and great private location. It was so close to the pool. The golf cart was perfect to drive up to get super close to walk across the street down to the beach. It was also fun to take to the chill. The house had all the things we needed and it was so nice that they had saved beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to share for use.

We had the best time here, felt like we were home. House was nice and tidy! Beds were all so comfortable! The drive to inlet beach was less than 5 minutes. Everything was nearby, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants! The house has everything, such as a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach toys. My kids were so excited to be in the garage the entire time (game room.) LOVED that we were able to bbq in the back patio! Definitely coming back soon!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

This home is the perfect place to get away to. Spotless and beautiful!!

Great spot in Rosemary! It was walking distance to the pool. Also had a tram stop a couple houses down which was very easy for the beach. Outdoor grill area was a good space to cook outside. You can walk into the Rosemary Beach area as well. It is 3 floors so just something to be aware of. If you are bringing littles that need blackout room, make sure you bring enough portable blackout curtains as each bedroom has a ton of windows/doors. Also, no bathtubs so portable bath is needed for babies. Would definitely come back!
