It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

The house is clean, cozy, and offers privacy. It includes a dedicated parking space inside the fence, which feels more secure than parking on the street. The nearby community is quiet, peaceful, and has fewer security concerns. Jacky was responsive in resolving some issues with the house. The bedroom AC unit was not working and couldn't be turned on until the day we checked out, hope Jacky will have it fixed soon, but this is not a reason to deduct points from my review because the living room AC worked well and was able to cool down the entire house.

I had the perfect stay at Janus's home. Ample street parking (just don't forget to pay attention to street sweeping days, because I almost did). The space was VERY comfortable and modern. There's a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains outside too. Having access to the free washer/dryer was also a huge plus. Just a heads up, the neighbor has birds that chirp during the day, which adds a touch of nature to the experience. But other than that, I really enjoyed the comfort of this home. Would definitely stay here again!

David’s place was ideal for our little family. We arrived in LA close to midnight with our 1.5-year-old, and David’s team was incredibly responsive—even answering our questions past midnight and understanding when our toddler made usual toddler-noises. They shared a super helpful list of late-night grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood felt peaceful and very safe, and we had off-street parking in their second driveway. Entry instructions were clear, and responses to any questions came within minutes. The unit was spotless, which we appreciated as parents of an active baby. Though compact, the space was perfect for our family of three. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the Keurig was a great touch for morning coffee. The king bed was extremely comfortable—we slept soundly each night. Though checkout is at 10 a.m., the team kindly gave us two extra hours when we asked. Overall, the place was clean, considerate and convenient for traveling. We’d absolutely stay again!

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

Jacky gave very clear instructions on how to get in before I even made it, so I was able to settle in as soon as I got there. The neighborhood was quiet, the area felt safe and the place was very cozy. There was an odd smell from the bathroom - it didn’t smell dirty or anything so I chalk it up to it being a cleaner with a scent I wasn’t familiar with; it did initially give me a headache but after an hour or so, the smell was gone (I don’t think it would bother the normal guest and it’s more my own problem). Overall, a very quaint, affordable and private spot; I would definitely recommend it.
