The house is close to both Roskilde and Issefjorden and the large forests around Jægerspris. There is a small dog in the main house that has access to the courtyard and garden. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Perfekt til afslapning, gåture i det naturskønne område eller som base for at udforske Nordsjælland. Huset har brændeovn og bålplads – ideelt til hyggelige aftener med familie eller som romantisk getaway. Der er desuden kombineret vaskemaskine/ tørretumbler og adgang til både kul- og gasgrill. Glæd dig til afslappet dage i autentisk sommerhus 100 meter fra vandet.

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
