This romantic and unique tiny house alike boat is located in the city centre amid highraise buildings and an idyllic harbor. It's purely Dutch design and you definitely will fall in love! Wikkelboat's smart interior offers you great comfort with airco & heating and is perfectly isolated. It has a unique Harbour Wellness (sauna, icebath and terrace) and a private jacuzzi on front terrace both included. Public transport is nextdoor and we offer cycling, breakfast & boating as optional services.

De blauwe reiger

Een prachtige woonboot op de punt van een eiland met prachtig uitzicht over de Vinkeveense plassen. Een heerlijk grote tuin waar je in kan bbq'en of lekker zwemmen in de Vinkeveense plassen. Ruime slaapkamers en een ruime living. Het huisje is incl. handdoeken, beddengoed en opmaak van de bedden. Bij de woonboot zit een 5pk motorboot. Deze mag je je hele verblijf gebruiken en zo kom je ook bij je verblijf. Het verblijf is namelijk alleen bereikbaar met de boot. Een prachtige locatie!

Woonboot met sloep op de Kaag/Warmond

Het is een ruime woonboot met prachtig uitzicht over het water en de velden. Door de vele schuifdeuren leef je echt buiten en kun je altijd ergens uit de wind en in de zon zitten. Er zijn meerdere sub’s tot de beschikking, waarmee mooie tochten over het water gemaakt kunnen worden. Ook kun je heerlijk wandelen en skileren door het naastgelegen natuurgebied. De sloep is je vervoersmiddel, waarmee je alles kunt bereiken. Supermarkten, speelweides, de stad Leiden en restaurantjes aan het water.

Dobberhuisje

The Dobberhuisje is divided into 2 sleeping areas, 1 sanitary room with shower and toilet and a living room with kitchen. Because there are windows all around, every room has a panoramic view of the surroundings (reed borders, water and boats moored at the jetties). The interior is made of wood. Equipment in the Dobberhuisje is designed to use as little electricity, gas, water and sewer as possible. A very sustainable overnight stay is therefore guaranteed, without sacrificing comfort.

Houseboat Vinkeveen Lelie

Op een rustig achterland in Vinkeveen ligt dit tiny house, een ruim, goed uitgerust chalet gelegen op een fijn stuk land aan het water midden in de natuur. Als je van rust houdt, dan zit je hier heerlijk. De tuin is geheel privé, ligging op het zuiden. Bij de caravan liggen een roeiboot en een kano voor je klaar. Binnen is het ook goed toeven, tv kijken of een spelletje spelen uit de spelletjes kast. Je kan ook naar het prachtige Amsterdam of het gezellige Utrecht gaan. Afstand 20 km.

Woonboot op prachtige plek nabij centrum

Mijn woonboot ligt op loopafstand van het centrum maar is toch heel rustig en groen gelegen. Winkels, supermarkt en restaurants vlakbij. Dichtbij bushaltes en het Centraal Station. Woonkamer met open keuken en schuifdeuren naar het terras. Twee slaapkamers, badkamer met bad en aparte douche en een apart toilet. Wasmachine en droger kunnen gebruikt worden. Er zijn fietsen beschikbaar. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. IN JUNI, JULI EN AUGUSTUS ALLEEN TE RESERVEREN VOOR MINIMAAL EEN WEEK.

Floating tiny house Java Island (nearby Amsterdam)

Java Islands is een Floating Tiny house gelegen aan een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen zeer dicht bij Amsterdam, Utrecht en Haarlem. Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Kijk ook eens naar onze andere tiny houses Java Island 2 en Borneo Island. Deze hebben een houtkacheltje staan. Gezellig voor het brandend kachelvuurtje in de herfst.
