Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

At the front of the house, its comfortable, stylish, bright and airy - provides a perfect getaway in Saltdean, which is a 15 min drive to Brighton, 10 min walk to the beach/ The Downs. There is no washing machine/Sky TV…annex is within the house so there may be minimal daytime noise (nighttime foxes!). I work but am available outside of work hrs if/when needed. With free on street parking straight out front and private access it is only 15 minutes on the bus to Brighton Pier or 1hour on the bus to Eastbourne Pier. The house comfortably sleeps 6 but there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can be made up for an additional cost to accommodate 2 more people. This is a family and pet friendly house.
