Charming detached 3 bedroom house in the historic village of Rottingdean which is located on the coast 10 minutes from Brighton. The house has 2 double bedrooms and one room with 2 adult sized bunks. The main bedroom has a balcony and sea views. The lounge is large with a working fire place (bring wood if required). The country style kitchen has a wooden kitchen island which can seat 6 people. The doors open up to the garden which has patio and a small lawn. There is a drive to park a car.
