Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

Generously sized living and dining area where even if both sofa beds are being used enough space is available for a comfortable stay. 2 bedrooms with balconies to the street but without having to be concerned about noise as access to the area is very restricted for cars. You have 2 bathrooms available - 1 of which is en-suite. The kitchen is as well separate and has a small bistro table with 2 chairs. Wifi speed of up to 1G!
