Radiant Townhouse Flat near Seven Dials

The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. A unique home in the heart of the famous Lanes. Enjoy socialising in the open plan lounge/kitchen or relax in the oversized bath. A minute's stroll from the iconic Pavilion, the beach and the famous pier. The flat is also located directly opposite the legendary Quadrophenia Alley (if you know, you know). Please note, I share my home with two cats and a dog - we will vacate the property with all pets during your stay, however this may mean my home is not suitable for people with pet allergies.

A lovely 5 Bed Georgian period Town House, arranged over 4 floors, built around 1820. Just 100m to the Royal Pavilion. There is so much to do within walking distance including the beach and its attractions. The house itself was fully refurbished in 2018 to a very high specification, with Antique mirrors, French Corbeille beds and period furnishings. Great attention to detail and utilisation of the space allowing the property to cater for various sized groups. Beautiful design and ambience.

This has to be without a doubt the best spot in Brighton to experience the City’s atmosphere, vitality and quirky boho vibe .. restaurants, bars, pubs , theatres , cinemas , places of interest all within a hares breath distance .. a 5 minute walk from Brighton Station .. you really won’t be disappointed Our apartment forms part of Regent House which was built in 1808 , originally used as a guest house owned by Lady Fitzherbert. Beautiful apartment right by Brighton beach! (2min walk.)One bedroom apartment available in the heart of Brighton to rent for business trips ,short weekend away or long stays! Fantastic location just within a few minutes walk of the Brighton Pier,seafront, i360 and only a 3 min walk to the famous Brighton lanes. Unfortunately the apartment isn’t suitable for children,it’s a very busy area with bar downstairs and lots of stairs,I don’t recommend at all.
