Il est composé d'une cuisine tout équipée, d'un lave-linge, une télévision, wifi... Il possède une chambre avec un lit (140) et un canapé convertible (140) dans le séjour. Salle de bain et WC séparés. Grande terrasse de 14m² avec table et chaises longues.

Le boulevard et ses rues adjacentes sont en zone bleue du 01/06au 30/09, toutes les autres rues sont en parking libre (disque à disposition dans l'appartement). Aéroport: La Rochelle 45 kms.

It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024.
