Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee

Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. Our newly built cabin is perfectly located for adventurers wanting to explore the redwood forest and lakes or is a peaceful space for those looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor cedar bathtub while overlooking Rotorua. A 5 minute pedal will have you in the forest, connecting to the forest loop. Local cafes and pubs are only a couple minutes drive down the hill with the CBD a 10 minute drive.
