Ukkohalla is one of four villas in a new holiday village on the shores of Lake Syväjärvi, close to the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steam of a wood stove, with a view of the lake landscape from the large view windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 11kW type2 and 16A Super socket, are included in the rental price. Restaurant Adele's 800 m away.

Siisti ja avara, juuri remontoitu yksiö asiankuuluvilla varusteilla. Yksiö sijaitsee aivan keskellä kylää, mutta on sijainniltaan rauhallinen sisäpihan puolella oleva huoneisto. Hyvät unet takaa 120 cm leveä sänky ja 120 cm levitettävä sohva paksulla petauspatjalla. Sähkötolpallinen autopaikka. Petivaate ja pyyhemaksu 10 euroa/henkilö. Asunnossa saa majoittua eläimiä sovituilla ehdoilla. Käytämme neutraaleja pesuaineita. Emme voi taata täysin hajusteetonta kohdetta. Tervetuloa majoittumaan!

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Tervetuloa Villa Jaakkolaan! Villa Jaakkola on vuonna 2022 valmistunut hirsihuvila Jokijärvellä, Taivalkoskella. Huvila on tilava ja avara. Alakerrassa on yksi makuuhuone ja tupakeittiö. Parvella on lisäksi reilusti tilaa ja nukkumapaikkoja. Mökille rakennettiin kesällä 2026 uusi rantasauna. Mökistä löytyy kaikki nykyajan mukavuudet ja isoista ikkunoista avautuu kahteen suuntaan mahtava järvimaisema. Takkatulen lämmössä on mukava katsella revontulia ja kuunnella hiljaisuutta. Idyllinen mökki Kiantajärven rannalla Suomussalmella. Mökki on talviasuttava ja varustettu täysillä mukavuuksilla ja nukkumaan mahtuu mukavasti 7 henkeä. Mökkiin kuuluu rantasauna, laituri, hiekkaranta, autokatos, sekä iso patio, josta upea järvinäkymä. Käytössä on myös perämoottorillinen soutuvene ja sup-lauta. Mökki sijaitsee 6 km päässä Suomussalmen keskustasta, sekä 30 km päässä Ukkohallan laskettelurinteistä.

Come and relax in the unique Ukkohalla. The cottage is located a stone's throw from all activities. Ski slopes, Ukkohalla's sauna world and Wakerada are a 5-minute walk away. Ski slopes and sledding tracks 150m away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reason is the steep stairs leading downstairs.
