Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you hardly need to go out... but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

Train station 2-minute walk away (hourly trains to Annecy and Aix-les-Bains). Parking in blue zone in front of the building and free underground parking nearby.

With its independent entrance and small separate kitchen, you will be totally autonomous, ideal for a couple or single person (possibility of adding a baby bed for young children). Quiet in the countryside, you can spend a relaxing stay 20 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains. A bar restaurant is 50 m from the accommodation. A private parking space will ensure parking without any problems.
