You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

It is well located close to Annecy and the Rhône Valley and Geneva. It is spacious (about 100 m2) and tastefully decorated. It has a living room and pellet stove to warm up on cold winter days.
