Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Guests can enjoy our beautiful sunsets from the large covered terrace with stunning views of the Grand Colombier With Lake Bourget 10 minutes away and all these surrounding mountains, there will be plenty of activities in any season!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is a village house in the heart of Clermont-en-Genevois in front of its castle. It is well located close to Annecy and the Rhône Valley and Geneva. It is spacious (about 100 m2) and tastefully decorated. It has a living room and pellet stove to warm up on cold winter days. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is 40 m2 in the attic. Terrace with outdoor seating.
