Host was very informative, security at the condo was also accommodating, the place was really neat and tidy. Fridge and all the kitchen ammenities are nice and clean, and they also provided tea, coffee, frying oil, sugar etc. Bed sheets and towels are also nicely done. We came here for business trip and we had a lovely time. The wifi and smart TV also works properly. Terima kasih 🙏

Great place to stay in Surabaya, connected to one of the best malls in the city. It is an older property but it is clean and everything works fine, including AC. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in the city.

This is the perfect place to stay if you're around Sun City! It had everything I needed.

Benny the host was very responsive and personally came to meet and greet me in the lobby. His place is worth every penny I spend as it beyond my expectations. I will highly recommend this place if you in Surabaya as the apartment itself is located on podium level next to a massive swimming pool and gym. Kitchen toilet and bedrooms were also very nice and clean and the beds were really comfortable. If back again I will come to Benny apartment again. Thank you Benny for making my stay comfortable.

I rented this property for 5 months because I was going to study in Surabaya. It's close to unair campus C, and about 4 kilometers from unair campus B. This makes it very easy to go to school. You can also eat cheap and good food downstairs in the apartment, so all amenities are there!

Worth to pay, very near to.pakuwon city mall. We use car and parking cost more than 100.000 rupiah 😂

A very spacious and beautiful apartment with all the amenities one could wish for. Situated on top of a mall with plenty of shops and restaurants. The host is very friendly and helps with all my questions. Definitely worth booking again

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!
