The place is in a belle forest, no phone connection or wifi. It's a luxury. It has a large jet and is a great retreat to escape. Also Nino is a friendly host!

Beautiful place to enjoy a good rest and beautiful river view, they worry about lighting the tinaja every day. Communication with Leyla is very fluid and flexible in every way. The place seemed very nice and has everything you need to spend during your stay. I highly recommend it, they won't regret it.

The place is better than the pictures! It is located in a very quiet area, the cabin is large and comfortable. It is a modern and good quality construction. We really enjoyed the tinaja, which is located in a private place, surrounded by trees. The hosts are close and friendly and encouraged us to ask them for what we need, although it was not necessary since the cabin is super well equipped. 100% recommended.

Excellent cabin in the middle of wild and extraordinary vegetation. A few meters from Lake Chapo of extreme beauty next to the Calbuco volcano. The cabin comes with everything you need for short stays. Comfortable and warm.

Place 100% to go to disconnect, comfortable facilities, bed 10/10 living room 10/10 kitchen and all for kitchen 10/10 Only one issue that was Tinaja, we went there running the irrigation that did not work, it was managed to work but it lasts no more than 2 hours. The rest was 100% recommended. We went with our dog without any inconvenience.

Very pleasant atmosphere, quiet place, surrounded by nature, a green and wooded environment and very pleasant especially on the rainy day, very friendly the hostess, hata waited for us with the stove turned on to make the cottage warm. I highly recommend the place.

A wonderful place to rest and connect with family and surroundings. The very comfortable, clean and tidy cabin, the precise spaces for 5 people. The exterior very well presented, short and tidy grass, during the night it looks beautiful with the lighting that surrounds the entire cabin. The beach of Puerto Chalupa is 3 minutes by car, it is a very quiet and beautiful place to enjoy Lake Rupanco. Verónica was very attentive and willing to help. Excellent place and stay. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

We had 10 days of rest and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting and being in touch with nature. Nicol and Oscar wonderful hosts, very available to any requests. We also took advantage of the gift of the pets since I went with kids, who also enjoyed it a lot. A thousand thanks to Nicol, we look forward to visiting you again.

The place is beautiful, the owners were super friendly, we arrived late and they welcomed us with a fire ready and we were even able to leave a little after check out. The view is wonderful, the kitchen has everything you need.

The cabin is in a very quiet area and with an excellent view of the lake and the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes. Rocío was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. Her mother, who welcomed us, was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended place!

The cabin is really exquisite, warm, they waited for us with a fire lit, the beds are very nice, the cleanliness is excellent, very well equipped, nothing was missing! Romina the hostess is very clear, loving and 100% attentive to our messages, calls and requirements, we arrived late, when it was dark and she was always ready to help us. We'll be happy to return!! Wow, what a wonderful place. We spent a very special 6 days at this amazing home. It has a great style and amenity including a washing/ drying machine not included in the description. We had a number of meals at home as we so enjoyed being there in the evening. Fire on and comfortable chairs, cosy bed and lovely place to see the stars. We had a lovely time watching Romana’s many chickens, her lovely dog and visiting black cat. As a 70 year old I found the step into the bath for the shower a little tricky so a warning for those with poor mobility. Romana gave us excellent help and advice on places to go, restaurants and sights. She was very responsive via WA and right next door. We really enjoyed talking with her - her English is good. I was worried that things would be closed over Easter but there was plenty open in Puerto Varas and nearby. Even on rainy days (not uncommon in this green area) we were happy by the fire. We loved the nearby Jumbo supermarket!

Everything was excellent! Pablo was super friendly and attentive. The place is dreamed. Ideal for couples. The location is beautiful but far from the center, I do not recommend going without a car.

As a family we were lucky enough to reach this place that allows a complete disconnect from the city, with beautiful views of the volcanoes, lakes, forests, a very family environment, Mrs. Olga is very friendly and attentive to everything, recommended places and things to do, definitely a place to return!
