Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Nodar is a very nice host. She was helpful with everything during my stay. The house was as it was. Everything needed was available. The whole house was very clean. There was also fast internet. Thank you so much Nodara for your interest.

I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

Wonderful apartment in a new modern complex. There is a large grocery store in the complex and 2 more smaller grocery stores within a 2-minute walk. Also in the kopmlex there is a retstaurant and a 5-minute sushi restaurant and Georgian restaurant in the Khedi complex. Within walking distance from Avlabari metro station. 10 minutes walk to the park. 10 minutes to St. Trinity Cathedral with wonderful views and a garden. The apartment is very clean and bright. There is everything you need for a short and long stay. Wonderful helpful hosts! Highly recommend.

We stopped on the way to Turkey for a couple of nights. Everything was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is not new but is well maintained.

Mariam was amazing and her place was very clean and I felt very at home! Mariam was kind, informative, responsive and overall I just feel I had an outstanding experience. She is a wonderful host and a wonderful apartment to match! Would most definitely recommend and stay again. There is an excellent cafe within the complex that serves delicious food and there is a store right next to the apartment along with an atm. Literally a 3 minute walk. Very convenient. 10/10

Absolutely loved our stay at Funicular Inn! Being in that place felt like a warm embrace with the stylish cosy interior. Nino was a great responsive host who stayed in touch with us proactively. Note: the curtains are letting the light through. So if you prefer to sleep in complete dark I recommend you take a sleeping mask. I would definitely come back! Thank you Nino!

The apartment is in a great area! The city looks fantastic from the 21st floor. The apartment was very modern and clean! Ali was always available if you needed anything. I recommend this apartment to everyone! Sam

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

A great place to stay with a communicative and flexible host. The apartment is full of charm and small details that are lovely. I especially enjoyed the neighbors, who sold us some lovely home made wine and were great conversation company on the balcony in the evening. I would recommend staying here!

We loved the apartment, high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, large windows, two bathrooms. it was a great place to come back to after exploring the city. I liked the neighborhood feel, close to Fabrika and a Japanese bakery. Levan was responsive!

I had a wonderful stay at Zura’s place this week. The apartment was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring the city. View from the balcony is beauty. Zura was an excellent host, very responsive & friendly. The check-in process was smooth, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the neighborhood was safe and lively. Metro is right opposite to the building, bus stop is nearby, SPAR, Carrefour, Currency exchange is in walking distance. I really enjoyed my time here & would definitely stay again if I return to Tbilisi. Thank you Zura for everything.

We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

The apartments are much better than in the photo. I'm not sure there's anything better in Tbilisi than these apartments. Absolutely everything is amazing + a huge terrace with a view

Maya is an amazing host, she always responds immediately and her attitude is full of warmth, with a lot of desire to help in everything. Maya made an effort to make my check in earlier than it's supposed to be, and I appreciate it very much. The sweet apartment completely surprised me, it is tastefully furnished and equipped. You will not lack anything there. The apartment is located a short distance from the center and entertainment areas of the Old Tbilisi. You will enjoy peace and quiet and yet, you will be within a short walk of Freedom Square and more. I'm not sure Maya would want me to tell, but she supported me beyond imagination when I was in need. Thank you dear Maya!

The apartment is on 14 th floor, with a huge veranda with the bird’s eye view of Tbilisi. You can just stay there and see everything ! Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, hot tub, well stocked kitchen … more then you ask for when you book!

Teona's apartment was truly an amazing surprise. Super clean, equipped with everything you need, and in a fantastic location. I loved the view of the trees in the park. There are restaurants and shops nearby—everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's been a few days since we got back home, and I know for sure that I want to return to this place again 😊
