Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. You will stay right in the center of Appenzell, a few meters from the traditional Landsgemeindeplatz. Despite the central location, it is quiet without traffic noise, surrounded by idyllic garden restaurants, numerous shops, historic buildings and museums. The 1.5 room apartment offers a combined living and sleeping room, well-equipped kitchen, shower and toilet and a sunny garden terrace, which belongs to the apartment, a separate independent entrance.

The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet area, with parking (+ garage for bicycles), small terrace and separate entrance. The apartment is equipped with a pull-out sofa (140 × 200), a single bed on a raised platform (not suitable for small children), private bathroom and small kitchen (see pictures). The house is located 5-7 minutes' walk from the train station, BZBS, OST and the city center.

The studio is located in a typical Appenzell house (built in 1689). A mix of modern and traditional furnishings awaits. You are only a 3-minute walk from the old town, many sights and the Appenzell train station. The studio has an open living and sleeping area with a pull-out 160 cm wide bed. There is also a TV with Netflix access. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cozy dining area is ideal for breakfast.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
