Holiday rentals with a patio in Rutland

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two daughters. I could not recommend this place enough. It is literally a two minute walk to loads of nice bars and restaurants too many to choose from for the two nights stay our hosts were super accommodating and they even had the cushions on the outdoor furniture ready for us when we arrived as it was a lovely sunny day .. that is also a wine merchant just below the Appartment which is full of amazing wines .. would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back

I had a great stay at Richard's in the annex in his garden. It was spacious, clean, light and very well-equipped and furnished. It was private and had parking on his drive and I could even do some washing when needed. The location was perfect - walkable to town in around 15-20 minutes and with countryside walks right on your doorstep. Farndon Fields Farm Shop and cafe/restaurant is really good and only a 2-minute walk away. Also, a convenience store/Post Office, fish and chip shop and launderette were only a 5-minute walk away. Richard was very helpful and approachable if need be.

Suited our needs for what we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The arrival was good, we probably could have asked to leave later as 09.00 was a bit early, 10.00 would have been better. Would recommend and go back again.

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

We had a great stay here! Marcus was very flexible with our duration change and was very responsive :)

Joanna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Quick responses and very clear instructions on arrival. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing views across Rutland Water. Great place for a few days away. Picturesque with walks from the door.

Perfect place to explore Uppingham and the surroundings such as the lakes, etc. Lovely selection of pubs and cafes on the doorstep and a great place to go for peace and quiet. Highly reccomended.

Great stay in Orchard Yurt-outdoor space is great and private, with brilliant options for the British weather including under cover seating and novel greenhouse kitchen which was great in the rain! Brilliant facilities.

Can’t find anything to fault, the house was stunning and so spacious, perfect location as it was so close to the centre and very responsive and friendly hosts, would recommend!

This was a great house to bring our family together for an event in the local area. The host was extremely helpful in the lead up to our arrival, happy to answer any questions we had. They were very accommodating and we were very pleased that they were able to offer a later check out. Thank you for all your help and a lovely stay.

I lovely place to stay, which we used as out base when walking the Rutland Round. Loved having Netflix and watched a couple of films/series in the evenings. Local supermarkets and services very convenient.

Anna’s cottage and garden were even nicer than the photos. Lots of little touches that made the stay feel even more special and welcoming . The area is beautiful and we had great weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Stayed 3 nights while on a conference. Quiet & peaceful, clean, comfy bed, great showeroom & a compact mini kitchen area which was really useful. Would stay again thank you 😀

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kate & Ian’s place. The surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. The annexe was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Many thanks for a super stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay and really liked Caroline, Rodger and Ted. The unit was very nice indeed. The only issue was that the bed was not comfortable for us. Felt the bed could benefit from a better mattress. We are, however blessed with more than average upholstery which may account for it! 😊

Brad's communication was great and it was helpful meeting him at the apartment. Parking opposite the apartment was easy and useful. After a long journey, the tree lined street was calming and quiet. Brad immediately made us feel welcome. The apartment felt like home as soon as we arrived. Clean, bright, with the living room overlooking a gorgeous garden, it felt so relaxing. Set among neighbouring character houses, the street scene from our bedroom was quiet and leafy. It was hard to believe a lively neighbourhood existed on the doorstep with independent shops, restaurants and bakeries only a minute walk away. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to book again!
