We thank Georgina for this wonderful house! Sen il Bot is very well thought out, clearly and cleanly divided, inviting you to relax and enjoy! The surroundings are stunningly quiet and the view is fantastic! The weather accompanies you throughout the day and the view of the clouds and the sky is pure joy.

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply to unwind. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the highlight of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

After 3 years, I returned to this extremely neat and simple cottage. Right here I found what I needed so much: absolute peace and quiet, simplicity, direct proximity to the forest and its animals...and not to forget the wonderful hostess, the cat Minuna - she still lives here, what happiness. I looked forward to daily firing and cooking at the wood stove, the quiet and starry nights, the encounters with different birds and animals in the nearby forest. After a day, I was already far away from my everyday life and lived totally slow through the days. So I sometimes recovered very quickly from my not quite cured flu. The contact with AnnaMaria was very warm and straightforward. In Lü, I was able to try one of their incredibly tasty cakes. One thing I know now - I'm sure I won't wait 3 years for the next visit to this house!

The stay in Esther's Maso was nothing short of exceptional. It was a lovely 4 days. A beautiful trek from their farm departs. The view from the balcony is amazing and the terrace has a table, chairs and two deck chairs. It was great to wake up to that view and dine outside on the balcony. They have chickens, goats, and two wonderful cats. The air you breathe is a slow life, despite the fact that the family that lives in the farm works a lot. From them you can buy eggs, cheese, and other delicious dishes. Unique mole: the studio's windows are not equipped with shutters and/or beautiful dark curtains so as not to filter the light and in the morning as soon as it dawns, it is impossible not to wake up. For the rest, what can I say? Esther is a wonderful host. They didn't exist to help us whenever we needed!😍

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Poschiavo is a beautiful, quiet and friendly town, perfectly cared for and located in a wonderful environment. The accommodation makes you feel at home and Luca Antonio's details make you feel really welcomed. It has everything, it is located in an unbeatable area of the village, the terrace is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very comfortable and intimate with everything to make you feel at ease. I would return without thinking. The best accommodation to stay in this magical town, we have been treated super well, we only have words of gratitude. Thank you Luca Antonio and thank you to all the people of Poschiavo for their hospitality. We went to discover our origins and we return satisfied and happy with what we found, exceeding our expectations.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Chalet del Bosco. The structure is cared for in every detail, welcoming and perfectly integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and the silence of the surrounding woods offers a sense of peace that is rare to find elsewhere. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped and tastefully furnished, perfectly combining alpine style with modern comforts. You can breathe an authentic atmosphere, which immediately makes you feel at home. A big thank you to the hosts, who were kind, helpful and attentive. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was in a very quiet area. The mixture of modernity and old farmhouse is very successful. Everything was very clean and cozy. You could hike from the house or take the free (with guest card) to Davos and get there either on foot or by mountain railways. Regina explained everything well and was very accommodating. I would like to come back

We became aware of Lavin a few years ago and spontaneously felt comfortable there. That's why we booked this beautiful apartment a year in advance and didn't regret it. Steivan informed us in good time that the apartment was available earlier in the day. When we arrived, all rooms were cozy, warm, sparkling clean and tidy - we felt at home from the first minute. Since I love to cook and bake, it was a special pleasure that there is very good kitchen equipment, which I also liked to use every day. The bathroom, with the spacious shower and bathtub, is also a pleasure after a day of skiing or hiking. We were lucky again with the weather, so we were able to use the terrace with the beautiful view of the mountains a few times. We also immediately organized with Steivan to get access to the guest cards. Unfortunately, you can only drive to Ardez with it, to Scuol it costs extra. Clear recommendation!!! Grazia fich!!!

From where to start… a friendly helpful host, he was there at the check in waiting for us even though we changed our arrival time twice due to traffic. He should us around, helped us with the heavy luggage we had, and even recommended the best restaurant we had food in bellagio. Now about the place, everything was perfect! It matched all the pictures, views were incredibly beautiful. It was cleaned all over, the washrooms even the floor didn’t feel any dust walking barefoot. A small detail made a difference to me, the shower pressure was perfect, I had bad experiences around Italy in finding really weak shower pressure but this one was clearly new and perfect. Definitely highly recommended place to stay in Bellagio.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

I had a wonderful stay in this small, super cozy apartment! The location is fantastic – quiet and at the same time easily accessible. Melanie is a very friendly and helpful host. Check-in and checkout were absolutely straightforward thanks to clear instructions. You can tell that it was decorated with a lot of love here – I immediately felt comfortable. Highly recommended!

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

Close to the town center with restaurants and shops. Close to train station, perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood

Serena's place is absolutely lovely, we felt right at home straight away. The accomodation is spotlessly clean and in a very pretty area that is easily accessed by car or public transport. there is a free night bus that runs up and down the road to Varenna between 7pm-Midnight which is very convenient. Perledo is a very tranquil place with fantastic views. We were checked in by Serena's father who was very helpful and then visited by Serena soon after. Both were very lovely and helpful and passed great knowledge of their local area. We were even lucky enough to get a free pass to Vezio castle which had some of the best views I've seen.

Cristian's place is perfect and matches the description. He was also very kind and responsive. It was a really perfect 4 days! Thanks again and (hopefully) see you soon!
