Très beau studio lumineux et fonctionnel au cœur de la STATION DE PEYRAGUDES, proche de Loudenvielle et de Luchon, au 1er étage situé versant peyresourde, résidence LE LOURON. Non fumeur. NOUVEAU ! Le Skyvall, le télécabine reliant la station à Loudenvielle. Départ au pied des pistes arrivée proche de balnéa. L'été de nombreuses randonnées pédestres et à vélo sont possibles. L'hiver des promenades en chiens de traineaux, des randonnées en raquette et ballade en dameuse sont possible.
Couchages : 2 grands lits superposés pour 4 personnes. 1 lit parapluie pour bébé. Les linges de lit ainsi que les serviettes de douche ne sont pas fournis. Vous avez à disposition deux essuie main et un tapis de douche ainsi que deux couettes en plume d'oie et quatre oreillers. N'oubliez pas vos parure de lit complète. 140x190 (drap housse, housse de couette et taie d'oreillers). Très petite quantité d’eau chaude, attention à faire vite si vous êtes 4. Cuisine : frigo, plaque électrique, micro onde, petit four, grille pain, cafetière (dosettes senseo), TV Casier à skis à au rez-de-chaussée.
Au pied de la résidence se trouve : 1 magasin de location de skis, un restaurant et un arrêt de navette gratuite qui vous déposera toutes les 3 minutes au pieds des pistes situées à 300 m. A proximité se trouve une boulangerie (location fondu et raclette...), une supérette et un bar à vin. Nouveau cette année la piste de ski 007 arrive en face de la résidence.

  • We had a nice stay at Pierre's appartment.It is the perfect spot for a confortable weekend in the mountains. The appartement is great for up to 2 couples, very warm and comfy. If tou go there in the winter its very close to the sky slopes. In summer its close to different hiking routes and at 15 min by car from Balnea.

  • Apartment very well located near the shops, quiet, with a small terrace that can extend the linen, take a refresh, restore, etc ... For two people the apartment is sufficient, and for our part nothing we are lacking, whether it is in the kitchen utensils, TV, or anything else. Another positive point is the private parking, the availability of Clotilde for the inventory, and the very good value for money. One note, a mixer in the bathroom (bath) would be a plus.

    Azet est un village typique de montagne où règne le calme, la tranquillité,tout en étant proche de Saint Lary avec ses commerces et restaurants.Azet est idéalement situé,entre la vallée d Aure (Saint lary soulan) et la vallée du Louron(avec la station de Val Louron à 5km,le lac de Génos et Balnéa à 20mn ,la station de Peyragudes à 20mn avec le nouveau télécabine).Pour les amateurs de ski nous sommes au coeur de 4 stations de ski,pour les amateurs de randonnées nous avons de multiples ballades à proximité et même au départ d Azet et surtout vous êtes au plus près de la nature.Et aussi vous pouvez explorer l Espagne qui est tout près avec sa douceur de vivre(Tunel Aragnouet-Bielsa à 30mn,le village médiéval d Ainsa à 1h). Azet bénéficie d un ensoleillement exceptionnel et surtout moins froid que le bas de la vallée . Il y a aussi au village une auberge, La Bergerie avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.

  • Claire is very welcoming, smiling and listening! This trip was Happiness in the pure state! The house is simple and great: everything is there, the location is ideal and the reception is incomparable. Thanks to the Cafe at Roge, across the street, run by Claire's parents who deserve a visit. A café like in the old days where the good humor and the heat reside in masters! Courts séjours uniquement hors vacances scolaires. Consommation électrique à la charge du locataire pour séjours de plus de 3 jours avec relevé du compteur à l'arrivée et au départ.
    Ce studio parfaitement meublé avec gout et une vue magique sur les montagnes , parfaitement équipé avec plaque vitro céramique, four à chaleur tournante,four micro onde,service à raclette, cafetière, vaisselle,meuble et salon de Jardin , alèses et protection de coussin à usage unique.... , Il comporte 2 couchages doubles parfait pour un week-end attention pour 1 semaine c’est étroit à 4 adultes !! (Pour les personnes très grande ou présentant une obésité les toilettes peuvent être étroites !! ) Le ménage est fait par vos soins avant votre départ, pensez à ceux qui arrivent après !!
    Station de ski familiale avec commerce de proximité restaurant, Bar a vin, Boulangerie, Supérette, Produits régionaux, annexes Balnéo aux pieds des pistes et complexes Balnea Loudenvielle à 14 km. Location de ski, balades en raquettes et balades en dameuse feront le complément de votre séjour en famille ou en couple. Cette station est née en 1988 de la réunion des deux versants. Tant mieux car cela nous offre une station de plus de 1500ha situé entre 1600 et 2400m. Elle possède 51 pistes et 17 remontées mécaniques ainsi répartis entre les deux versants: 4 noires, 18 rouges, 23 bleues et 6 vertes. De plus, la station comporte deux espaces freestyle, deux pistes de luges (oui de chaque côté en fait), un espace Fun Slope, un snowpark, une zone famille pour les petits snowbordeurs, deux restaurants d'altitude, un spa aux pieds de piste côté Peyresourde, des itinéraires sur de randonnées et raquettes et cerise sur la poudreuse une superbe piste panoramique (la 007) qui débouche non loin de l'altiport où le film Demain de meurt jamais a été tourné. Oui, James Bond est bien passé par ici!

  • The Loft is really well located, both quiet, close to the lake and its activities, with access to the shaded garden. It is very well equipped and arranged, with a neat and welcoming decoration. The view from the terrace is top. Olivia does everything so that the stay is at its best. She was attentive throughout our stay, available when needed, and her warm welcome and smile!   • The chalet is very pleasant, well equipped and conforms to the description made. There were 10 of us including 4 children under the age of 4 and it was perfect (just watch out for the stairs). The free shuttle which serves the slopes in 5 minutes is just at the end of the path as well as some shops (bakery, small supermarket ...); which is very convenient with children. Our hosts are very kind and will have done their utmost to ensure that we have a good stay (flexibility on timetables, responsiveness ...). I highly recommend

    Nous avons décidé de mettre à votre disposition notre résidence secondaire pour vous permettre de découvrir la région du louron. Notre appartement surplombe le village dans une résidence récente : « les granges de Trescazes ». Exposition sud ouest sans vis à vis proche . Il est au premier étage, accessible par escalier ou ascenseur du parking mais il y a quelques escaliers ( 3*9 à partir ascenseur ) pour arriver au logement . Étant situé dans une résidence à plusieurs niveaux , cet appartement peut ne pas convenir aux personnes à mobilité réduite . Tout est accessible à pied de l’appartement ( on en oublie même sa voiture ) . Le centre du village est à 5 min à pied comme le lac et Balnea . La télécabine de Peyragudes ( arrivée au pied des pistes) est à proximité du logement vous permettant de vous y rendre à pied . T2 cabine de 42 m2 plus sa terrasse de 7 m2 . L’appartement est composé d’un espace parental, d’une salle de bain avec douche , une chambre cabine avec 2 lits superposés en 90 et d’un salon ( canape lit) s’ouvrant sur une terrasse agréable et ensoleillée ( plancha / chilienne/ salon de jardin mis à disposition ). Vous aurez une vue dégagée sur val louron ( spot parapente ) . Mon logement est parfait pour les groupes d'amis ou les familles (avec enfants petits et grands) pour se retrouver au cœur de la montagne. Le village est à 1350m d'altitude, une activité pastorale est toujours présente pour le bonheur des petits comme des grands.
    Le logement a été rénové et aménagé au fil du temps dans l'esprit des maisons pyrénéennes traditionnelles. Il s'agit d'une maison construite vers la fin du XVIIIe siècle par "les Cadets" qui donneront le nom à la maison ( conséquence du système familial pyrénéen traditionnel) Nous sommes heureux de partager notre maison familiale et par la même occasion vous faire partager une partie du patrimoine Pyrénéen.

    Charmant chalet mitoyen idéalement situé au pied des pistes de la station de Val Louron, Hautes Pyrénées . Les équipements ainsi que la déco de notre chalet vous assurent de passer de confortables vacances en famille .
    Charmant chalet mitoyen de 46 m2, idéalement situé dans la station de Val Louron, à 200 m de la billeterie. Certifié : Meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles En mai 2018. Capacité : 6 personnes. Connexion internet Wifi dans le chalet. Au rez-de-chaussée : Entrée aménagée avec des rangements pour les skis et des placards. Cuisine équipée composée : d'un lave vaisselle, Lave linge, plaque induction , Four électrique, Four micro-ondes, hotte aspirante, cafetière électrique filtre, machine Tassimo, Grille pain, Bouilloire électrique, plan de travail en quartz... Séjour spacieux avec deux canapés, TV écran plat avec TNT, lecteur DVD, radio CD Mp3. Baie vitrée donnant sur une terrasse en bois et espaces verts (salon de jardin et chiliennes en été) . Vue panoramique sur les montagnes magnifique (voir les photos). Salle d'eau avec sèche serviette et sèche cheveux. WC séparés. A l’étage le coin nuit (2 chambres): -1 chambre avec un lit de 140, TV écran plat avec TNT. -1 chambre avec deux lits superposés de 90 et un lit de 140. -Literie haut de gamme pour vous assurer un maximum de confort. Tous les lits sont équipés de couettes, Oreillers et traversins, alèzes. Attention Les housses des couettes, des oreillers des traversins et les draps housses ne sont pas fournis. -À votre départ le ménage du chalet doit être fait (ménage non compris) Votre accueil et votre départ sera assuré par notre prestataire de remise des clés qui réalisera l’état des lieux d’entrée et de sortie . Un chèque de caution vous sera demandé lors de l’état des lieux d’entrée et vous sera restitué à l’issue de l’état des lieux de sortie . Services sur demande: - ménage de fin de séjour - linge de lit (housses couettes etc...)et serviettes de toilette - lits faient à votre arrivée ( ces prestations sont proposées par la personne qui vous accueil. Le prix de ces prestations est donc à voir avec elle une semaine avant votre arrivée) Matériel pour bébé à votre disposition: lit parapluie, réhausseur de chaise, matelas à langer, réducteur de wc, chauffe biberon, baignoire gonflable. -Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas admis. - Pour le confort de tous le chalet est non Fumeur. (Merci de fumer à l'extérieur) - Places de parking (public) à coté du chalet. Pour votre sécurité: - Extincteur - Détecteur de fumée En Hiver à Val Louron: Ski alpin, randonnées raquettes, animations naturalistes... - Commerces sur place en hiver: 1 bar restaurant pizzeria " le Tuco" (fait aussi des pizzas à emporter). 1 bar restaurant cafétéria " le Trounquet" 1 bar sandwicherie " le sud" 1 Supérette " Casino" qui fait aussi presse 2 Magasins de location skis et matériels divers "Louron Sport" et "Le sud Sport" 1 Magasin de Sport L'Ecole de Ski (ESF): Cours particuliers ou collectifs de Ski, Snow Board... préparation et validation des niveaux de ski, du débutant au plus haut niveau. Attention: La station et les commerces sont ouverts de mi décembre à fin Mars . Puis en juillet et Aout. Entre ces périodes les commerces les plus proches sont dans la vallée à 8 km. A proximité : sorties à chien de traineau, cinéma... A 8 Km : Centre thermo-ludique Balnéa ( bains bouillonnants, SPA, Hamam, Jacuzzi, massages, divers soins corporels)... A découvrir : - Dans un rayon de 15 km : Saint Lary, Le Château des Nestes à Arreau - Les Aigles d'Aure, le Musée d'Ancizan - Dans un rayon de 30 km : Luchon, La Réserve naturelle du Néouvielle - Les Grands cols pyrénéens - Le Gouffre d'Esparros - Saint Bertrand de Comminges - Au delà de 30 kms : Lourdes, Le cirque de Gavarnie, Le Pic du Midi En juillet et aout Sur place: terrain de basket (city park),nombreuses randonnées pédestres balisées au départ de la station( station de randonnée), le Télésiège fonctionne 4 jours par semaine du lundi au vendredi , VTT, Parapente... Au bord du lac (8kms): Piscine exterieure chauffée avec tobogans "Ludéo", Centre thermo-ludique Balnéa ( bains bouillonnants, SPA, Hamam, Jacuzzi, massages, divers soins corporels)... Canoë, pédalos sur le lac , Accrobranche, swin golf, Promenades à poneys, quads, Cinéma, Circuits culturels touristiques et gastronomiques.

  • Comfortable and very functional chalet for a family. We had a great stay (4 with 2 children 7 and 9 years old) in this cozy chalet to live with this bay window and with a modern kitchen and very well equipped. The location is ideal and the resort of Val Louron is a great family resort for beginners to ski and with a great toboggan run! And Loudenvielle's words are magical after the ski runs! We will come back!
