La Fraise Sereine with Jacuzzi

This single-story cottage, with private spa. Air-conditioned. Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people at a rate of €15/person per night. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric heating included. Manoir de Thiot, Gîte sur Loire, Nevers, Burgundy

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its outbuildings stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.
