Studio style (no separate bedroom) with comfy king bed and queen sleeper sofa, recently remodeled bathroom with large shower, fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator and microwave) and coffee bar with Keurig. Short drive to downtown Nashville (45 minutes or so depending on traffic) Franklin, Leipers Fork and near I-40, I-65 and I-840. We love animals but do not allow pets due to regular, returning guests with pet allergies.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Guests have the lower level of home which features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen (with full-size fridge, sink, and dishwasher), living room, W/D, and separate back patio to enjoy the view.
