Stylish apartment in a fine lake frame

Indulge in the finest in this refined and thoughtful apartment, where the modern contrast of grey, black and white meets the warm tones of wooden parquet, for an experience that delights the eye and beyond. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-family house. It has a balcony of about 6 square meters and a room with a wash cabinet. The interior of the apartment consists of: -Kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, induction hob, a hood, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine , dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, various cooking utensils. -A living area, always in the same room of the kitchen, there is a sofa and a Led TV (via Satellite). Netflix -A bedroom, with a double bed and bedside tables, an armchair and a spacious wardrobe. -Bathroom, modern, with bidet, toilet, sink with mirror and finally a spacious shower with thermostatic mixer and light for chromotherapy. Guests can access any part of the apartment. I will be available to welcome them and help them in case of problems or needs. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Cannero Riviera and explore the area on foot: you'll find everything you need, such as bars, restaurants and shops, and as if by magic you'll find yourself walking along the shores of the lake. By car you could reach various tourist locations (Intra, Cannobbio, Stresa, Baveno, Verbania). The municipality of Cannero Riviera also provides that a tourist tax is paid for the cost of 0.60€ per person, per night, to be paid in cash at the arrival

Lake apartment, lush terrace with a view

Charming first floor of a guesthouse dateing back to late ‘800, just restaured. Bedroom and bathroom fully equipped. It is in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore, only reachable via feet. The window faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. Beautiful terrace facing far away the lake and the castles of Cannero, perfect for an aperitivo at sunset. Atmosphere of an english cottage, perfect for a couple. The bed is a king one, yes kitchen.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.
