Spacious and luminous apartment in a historical family building. Very well equipped and with care for the detail, the place is furnished in a simple but well-maintained manner. There are 2 balconies and a private covered garage, with direct access to the apartment, exclusively used by our guests. Dumenza is a quiet and authentic village in a strategic position to reach easily by car the tourist resorts of Lake Maggiore, Como and Lugano, but offers also a lot of privacy.

The apartment is a studio of about 40 square meters inside the exclusive Belmonte residence, surrounded by greenery and directly overlooking Lake Maggiore. Recently renovated, the place sleeps up to 3 people and is equipped with every comfort. Beautiful terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. A small private beach is a few minutes' walk away. Bars, restaurants and other services are available within 3 km (Brezzo, Germignaga, Luino and Portovaltravaglia).

A tiny and charming ground floor of a guesthouse, fully equipped, dating back to late ‘800, just restaured, in a garden of camellias, villa Anelli, with view on lake Maggiore. it is only reachable via feet. The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
