Places to stay in Brownington

Places to stay in Brownington
Enjoy a quiet stay in the Vermont countryside. We live off a dirt road in a small town with plenty of land to explore. We are on 23 acres of forest and field and guests are free to roam about as they like. We have two indoor Australian Cattle dogs who are both friendly and harmless, but if you are not much of a dog person this might not be the right fit for you! Most of our time is spent outdoors or working, so the house is typically fairly quiet, and we are looking forward to sharing our home!
Although we live in a quiet town, driving 15-20 minutes in most directions will get you to different towns with stores, restaurants, lakes, parks, and places to explore such as; Newport, Derby, Barton, Orleans, Lake Willoughby. We are also about 25 minutes from the Canadian border, and 20 minutes to I-91.
  • It was a bit of a trek after a foot of snow but honestly not bad at all and we have 4wd but didn’t need it. Seriously transported! We had a fabulous stay. We had a long drive and just needed a quiet evening. It was snowing and beautiful! The dogs are very cute. They listen to their owners well. The room is like a small apartment. Very comfy bed and couch. Cute desk. And great view of tree line. I recommend a snowy stay! Bathroom is down stairs which could be a problem for some but not for us!

  • Amazing.

    Sarah May2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Elizabeth was an incredible host. She is truly pet friendly and the place is super cute! Did you know their walls are made of straw?! Strawbale construction?? Super cool! The house was well insulated from the freezing winter weather and the woodburning stove kept us nice and cozy throughout our stay. We bonded over The Office on Netflix and she even let our doggo out while we went skiing. Oh and her doggos, May and Shep, were super sweet and loving. Will definitely be back!

It is a place to get away from it all. Yet only 7 miles to shopping in Newport Vt. There is a TV & DVD and a bookcase for reading. There are 2 kayaks and a row boat for your use for free. We don't charge for anything including the firewood for the outside pit. This is a quiet, slowdown cottage !!!

  • Staying at this camp was so great. Tony and Gigi were very accessible, always available if we needed anything at all. The view was amazing, using the provided kayak on the pond was peaceful and beautiful, and building campfires with the provided firewood was so much fun! 10/10 would recommend if you want to get out and relax in the peace and quiet!

    Hannah2019-09-06T00:00:00Z

The treehouse is at the very edge of Walker Pond. You are welcome to enjoy our 40 acres of forest/wetland, go canoeing in our canoe, soak in the custom made cedar hot tub, or just enjoy having a private holiday. The treehouse is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport and is 22 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort.
Walker Pond treehouse is partially supported by two White Pines that are along the shoreline of Walker Pond. The treehouse has a main level, consisting of a kitchen area, sitting space, and a bathroom. Climb the winding tree staircase to the bedroom into the bedroom, which has a cathedral ceiling exposed with hand hewn cedar rafters. This room has a queen size bed (memory foam mattress), wall mounted LCD TV, reading bench, and a tiny closet. There is plenty of glass and windows, so you get the best views of the pond and field. Sunny/breezy afternoons bring the sparkle of the pond into the treehouse. It really is beautiful! Unique in design, this rustic treehouse will be fully functioning with all the essentials provided to make your stay comfortable. Also included, there will be a private deck overlooking the pond, a rustic hot tub, mini kitchen, grill, TV, etc. You will have access to the land and pond, so we invite you to go on a nature walk or go canoeing. You never know what kinds of animals you might see! So far we have seen moose, deer, bear, turkey, geese, ducks, heron, owls, otter, huge turtles, fish, and frogs.... just to name a few. Get your camera ready! While we border 20 acres of farmland, you may often see cows grazing. They are very peaceful and may greet you if they see that you are offering them grass.
Newport is a beautiful town that is growing and it is the gateway between New England and Canada. The city lies on the southern shore of Lake Memphremagog. On the western side of the 30-mile lake rises Owl’s Head. Its 3,360 foot summit offers impressive views. There is plenty to do and see while visiting. From bicycling, fishing, hunting, paddling, sailing, boating, horseback riding to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Newport, Vermont is a mecca of outdoor recreation year round. Newport also has fine great restaurants on the water and artisan local foods for all you foodies out there. Jay Peak Mountain and Resort is only 17 miles away. You can visit any time of the year. Of course, they have skiing and riding, but all year round they have an indoor water park, ice arena, spa, restaurants, and shopping.
  • Truly an opportunity to visit this home. Extremely clean, thoughtful touches throughout, and perfect place to get away and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend our trip.

    Rebeca2020-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • This little treehouse was the best getaway. We stayed in winter, so unfortunately no canoeing, but I can only image how wonderful it would be in the summer. But it was magical to sit in the hot tub, drink champagne, and listen to the ice on the pond crack as the sun went down. It was everything we wanted and needed.

    Kathryn2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • What an amazing treehouse! This was a one of a kind stay that I recommend to everyone!! The pictures simply don’t do it justice, you just have to see it for yourself. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you so much for one of my best Airbnb stays!

    Alyssa2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This place changes you. It’s the most beautiful and relaxing cabin and every detail takes this place from a house to a home. We felt like we moved in for 2 days and had no worries! It’s so clean and you can just feel the love that was put into making it. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax or have your morning coffee while watching the view of the snow, lake and trees surrounding you. The kitchen was full of everything you need to make any meal your heart desires. There are plenty of markets in Newport - about an 8min drive away. Thanks for the Pick and Shovel recommendation! It was a great store that had everything you need and we picked up a nice pair of snow pants and some cute slippers to wear in the treehouse. The bed was so comfortable! The shower was refreshing and we loved the tea tree shampoo and conditioner. And finally, the homemade waffles. The Apple are our favorite and they ended the trip on the best note.

    Rosanna2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great getaway. It was a birthday trip for my husband and he really enjoyed hot tub, which was amazing.

    Yaerin2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was such an amazing get a away. We were blown away by the Treehouse. Everything was clean and neat. The scenery was amazing, being surrounded by nature and watching the snow fall while drinking your morning coffee was sublime. All the personal touches really made it so cozy and unique, all they're hard work and craftmanship were noticeable. From the hot tub to the waffles, everything was great. Andrew was very helpful and answered all our questions about the treehouse and whats around town with no problem. If you're looking for the perfect nature get away, you've found it! The trip is worth it.

    Stephanie2020-02-26T00:00:00Z

The Dragonfly is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, business travelers, golfers (Orleans Country Club, and others),skiers (Burke Mountain and Jay Peak Resort), snowmobilers (VAST Trail is 2 min away...next field), ice fisherman (Lake Willoughby, Lake Memphremagog and others), hikers, for long or short term stay.
The Dragonfly at Cedar Pond Farm is a beautiful space to come and relax. The apartment is apart of a family homestead built by the owners father. It's on about 4 acres with an apple orchard, blueberries, raspberries, black berries and a large garden. The pond has ducks and often a beaver. All seasons are special at the Dragonfly.
Our neighborhood is basically a quiet dirt road without too many neighbors. The neighbor to our right is the Old Stone House Museum. They are implementing an old fashioned tavern in 2019!! It is a historical museum with 5 structures and 2 barns. It's the historical home of Alexander Twilight and also the Historical Society for Orleans County, Vermont. http://oldstonehousemuseum.org/ They have many special events throughout Spring, Summer and Fall.
  • Dawn is amazing host. Her hospitality and attention to small details is very impressive. The place is very cozy and clean. It has everything needed for a stay. Refrigerator had a lot of food that Dawn left for us: cheese, ham, eggs, juice, milk, butter, bread, pizza. Also different teas, coffee, hot chocolate, a lot of snacks, fruits. We came for xc ski at Craftsbury Outdoor Center. It takes 30 min to get to Dragonfly from Craftsbury on beautiful winter scenery road. Location is very beautiful in winter. You can see Amish people riding their buggy. Thank you Dawn for your hospitality!

  • Very nice place! A ton of amenities, and very comfortable.

    David2018-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Farm fresh describes everything about this place. Fresh eggs and just-picked blueberries were waiting for us on arrival, along with unexpected delights like a frozen pizza, bacon, juice, and (of course) Vermont cheese! The kitchen is super-easy to use because literally everything is labeled - even which pots can't go in the dishwasher! Around the space you'll also see labels on light switches, closets, coffee pots, and pretty much anything else you could have a question about. The extreme amount of thought that went into this place is what makes it a top-ten AirBnB for me. And we didn't even have time to enjoy the fire-ring or pond.

    Jesse2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful place to stay. Plenty of space for 5 people and a dog, with room to spare. Only a few minutes from Newport. An amazing value from an amazing host. thank you!

  • Had another nice stay at Mom's house (we were there last Fall). The snow and cold prevented us from doing what we had planned but Mom's house was toasty warm. It snowed for 3 days and Ron made sure we were plowed out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the dogs loved having a safe place to run. We hope to come back in the Spring or Summer when more hiking trails are accessible.

    Jen2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was by far the best Air BNB locaction I have stayed in. My father & I came up to snowmobile and this beautiful homestead is a snowmobilers paridise. The house was cute, with amazing views...you can't beat it. Farmer Ron was so generous and kind with some truck problems. He was super quick to help and make sure we were all set to go! I will be back before the snow melts for another trip!

    Kalie2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • The house was nestled at the top of a dead end road. Very quiet and breathtaking views. Sentinal Rock state park is a stones throw away. We would reccomend to anyone looking to explore Vermont's Northeat Kingdom.

  • Moms House When you go that far into the country, and up a dead end road you somehow disconnect, and a relaxed pace falls over you. So nice to slow down and soak in the Panoramic views of the mountains. Moms House is just like being at my grandmothers house, with every homey touch you could dream of! Super clean, smells good, comfy bed, full kitchen for meals. Debbie is very quick with responses and very reliable to set everything up perfectly for your stay at Mom’s House❤️

Come and embrace the majestic beauty of Vermont from Sugar Hill, a quaint log cabin nestled on 24 acres of beautiful countryside. Enjoy the views of the Canadian mountains from the front porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine; or wander around the pasture or woods behind the cabin. Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.

  • Loved staying at Johns Cabin for our 3rd time. We always look here first, and we book it as soon as its available. Great cabin, close drive to Jay Peak, and just amazing setting and cozy cabin features. John is also a great host to work with, very easy to reach out to and very easy process to check in/out. Hopefully we get to come back next year. Angelo

With very personal touches and quick responses to any inquiry you have expect to feel spoiled Sutton. We were hoping to rent some snowshoes to trek around the property, and our hosts provided their own - you're dealing with some genuine people to say the least. Tranquil, private setting on beautiful Lake Memphremagog. This cozy room is very quiet. House is adjacent to the bike path and has lake access. Surrounded by woods, perfect place to enjoy the outdoors or get your muse on.
  • I had a wonderful stay at Lynn's. Her place is cozy, well-appointed, very clean, and well-located. She is quick to respond and very thoughtful. She offered to provide me with almond milk to go with the granola at breakfast as I did not want yogurt. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

    Renee2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Lynn’s place was the perfect fit for a quick one night stay while my daughter was in the area. She communicates well and was there to greet her upon her arrival. It was a cozy and comfortable stay and I would recommend her place to any one looking for a spot in the area.

Tiny, cozy, off-grid camp cabin on 14 acres in an old orchard clearing in the forest in the Lake Willoughby town of Westmore. Being off-grid, the cabin has no electricity, heats with a wood stove, and facilities are an outhouse with a composting toilet. Nestled in the majestic Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, sleep tucked in a loft. In the warmer months, have a glass of wine by the fire under the stars, in winter, by the wood stove. Enjoy... See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=574OLxvJmYM
In the warm months, stomp the streams that run the property and put your toes in Lake Willoughby as you sip coffee in the morning. Throughout the year, draw water from the stream. Launch your kayak or go mountain biking. In the winter months, cross-country or downhill ski at Burke, Craftsbury, local state and national parks, or Kingdom Trails Association. Fat bike winter or summer. Enjoy...
Our neighborhood consists of a few homes which share Coles Mountain and the eye-popping views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. There is a golf course run by Mr. Cole, who is a maple sugaring master, born on the mountain some time ago. There is an amazing wedding venue called the Little Wedding Barn run by his daughter with stunning views.
  • Wonderful place! Very quiet region with good trekking. We had a very good stay. The communication with Amy is very simple and all the instructions are very clear. I really recommend this place.

  • We had a great time ! This place is awesome if you want to relax surrounded by the nature <3 :-)

    Steve2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • A perfect, adorable cabin. Clean and meticulously organized. A fun tree swing. Not as buggy as we expected. Convenient to Lake Willoughby but off the beaten path. The cutest, cleanest outhouse ever.

    Cristin2019-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a haven. You feel as if you're in your own magical world, a world that (thank you Amy and Fire Guru!) has been very thoughtfully arranged. The cabin, though small, feels inviting, cozy, and comforting, with everything in its right place. A stream runs nearby (a one minute walk into the forest) for a cool morning dip, and the lake is a pretty drive away (perhaps three minutes). I am eager to return!

    Jacob2019-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Amy & Brian's cabin is one of the most magical places we've had the pleasure of staying. Not only is the cabin perfect, but the property it lies on is absolutely gorgeous. Think old growth apple trees under a deep blue sky, with a nice breeze blowing through the open field. It's off the beaten path, making it truly private, while also being just up the road from the lake and other amenities. The cabin itself was easy to find and even easier to relax into. It's one of those places where you just immediately feel at home. The care and planning that went into the property is quite apparent, with a beautiful (seriously) outhouse, outdoor solar shower, large stone-lined fire pit, picnic table w/ umbrella, chairs, wash basin, etc. There are mini gardens scattered about and birds chirping. It's truly a happy place to be. The nighttime revealed one of the clearest skies we've seen in a LONG time, with countless shooting stars. The spiral arms of the Milky Way were very visible. A thunderstorm rolled in around bedtime and lulled us to sleep. The sleeping loft has two large windows that push open so you can keep them open even during the rain. Like other reviews mention, the battery powered LED lighting (candles/led strips) are generously located in every nook of the cabin, along with solar lighting in front of the outhouse, making it more than easy to find your way outside or hang out and play card games in the cabin at night. Even if Lake Willoughby wasn't 5 minutes down the road, this place would be worth a stay, but seeing that the lake is so close, it just adds to the allure. We easily popped our kayak into the lake at the closest boat launch and adventured for hours. A quick trip to Lyndonville offered a wonderful diner for breakfast as well as lunch at a delicious deli/store, along with a little resupply at a local market. Do not hesitate to stay here. Unplug, relax, and revitalize.

    Matt2019-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • This place is beyond cute. If you're looking for a very peaceful getaway, this would be it.

    Jacquelyn2019-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • A great place to get away from it all. Amy’s tiny house was beautiful and felt like you had your own private oasis. Our time here flew by and we will definitely return to see this property in the winter.

Mere steps from the rushing Passumpsic River and with clear views of Burke Mountain Ski Resort, enjoy the quiet and cozy guest suite of this sun soaked Chalet home. Located a few miles north of the Village of East Burke off Vermont Route 114, this location offers quick and easy access to Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trials and the VAST trail system. Set on 13 quiet and private acres bordered by the river, it is great for enjoying a waterside campfire, hiking the woods or having a summer swim.
This suite consists of a combination living room, kitchenette, dinette. Also a bathroom and bedroom which sleeps 5 containing a queen bed and a bunk bed with a queen bottom bunk and twin top bunk. Two internet connected TVs are available in the space, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

  • I was one of the first guests to stay at this new place in Burke. I found it to be a really great value. It is just a few minutes north of Burke Mtn, East Burke, and Kingdom Trails. It has wonderful views of Burke Mtn. The space is, well, very spacious, occupying the entire basement area of the house, with a big living room, big bedroom, and big bathroom area. Groups with lots of ski, climbing, or other gear will really appreciate the space for sorting, drying, and organizing gear. The bedroom has a large bed (queen?) and a bunk bed. There is a Roku TV screen in there (no TV in the living room, but TV isn't why you go to the Northeast Kingdom). The kitchen area, which is essentially part of the large living room area, is a bit limited, so keep your meal prep simple. The hosts are quite friendly and communicative, while allowing you your privacy. All in all, this new offering in Burke is an excellent value and a fantastic value--I highly recommend booking it for your Northeast Kingdom adventures.

Here at "Downstairs at the BGV" I'm looking to the future when travel is safe, and healthy adventure is possible again. At the moment though, booking through April 30, is not permitted in this community, for anything other than emergent care providers. To comply, I have blocked off all days in April. If you are a health provider required here, please reach out and I will get back with you to discuss it. Thank you and be safe. Tim
This private suite on the first floor, below the "Big Green Victorian - Upstairs" apartment, offers a large comfortable living room, complete with Cable, DVD, WiFi, and a '60's record player, with vinyls. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and attached bath (with linens, towels...). A private screened in porch offers an additional social area (depending on the weather!). The temperature in the suite is 68 degrees with high ceilings. Sitting and watching television or reading or ... may be a bit chilly, but there are plenty of lap blankets. But you might want to bring a sweater if you run cold. However, to date no one has commented on the temperature. Some guests have commented that the bathroom is small. Perhaps. I like to think of it as being compact. It has all you need, tub/shower, toilet, sink, and a place to put things. This is an old house with the original bathroom, which was for function not necessarily for comfort. And that, is part of its charm! "Downstairs at the BGV" also has a microwave, and small refrigerator stocked with water. Fresh muffins and fruit provided on first morning of stay, with restaurant recommendations close by. As for coffee, there are three options available: 1. A coffee maker with Green Mountain Coffee can be placed in the space; 2. If you have pods, a Keurig can be placed; 3. If you like coffee but rather not make it, I can provide you with a carafe of fresh brewed coffee each morning (I get up early and it's not a problem at all). A device for boiling water can also be made available for those who prefer Tea. There is an air conditioner in the living room window (placed generally around the first of June and removed mid October).
Newport itself, sits at the southern end of Lake Memphremagog, an Indian name meaning (and fitting), "beautiful waters." From the "BGV" you're a 5-minute walk/ski to the lake where, if you have snowshoes or cross-country skis, can traverse in a variety of directions once the lake is frozen. Best to check before you proceed though. However, cross-country skiing on the bike path is permitted. The top of the lake is in Magog, PQ (Canada), a charming, French Canadian city, 40 minutes away by car. Along the way, the trip takes you through some of the lovely Eastern Township communities providing a variety of seasonal offerings. A passport is required.
  • Conveniently located, terrific amenities, and super hospitality. Tim does a phenomenal job and we were super excited to stay at BGV downstairs for the 2nd year in a row.

The local was perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to stay there in future.

Birdhous in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Right off of Route 16 and less than a mile from interstate 91 for easy access to area attractions or rest along your route. This season, we're offering our guests room by room rentals, hoping to connect more with our guests and to bring better energy into our hous than has been offered when renting the whole place as a private space.
This home functions as a residential agricultural incubator in the warm months and is available as a cozy nest for travelers during the cold ones. Our hous is a budget, no-frills, basic amenities kind of place, but we'll be happy to rise to the occasion if you let us know what you need! The toilet is separate from the bath to allow for long uninterrupted periods in the tub.
  • Very cool shared farmhouse. We were in the ground floor queen room and it was perfect for our budget and needs!

  • We had an amazing time as always, we’ve been back four times and just booked again! I think that says it all.

    Rachel2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This house went above and beyond my high expectations! Not only is it spacious and comfortable, but the breathtaking hilltop views are visible from nearly every room, making for a beautiful space. Our time here was 10/10, and I would definitely recommend the house to others.

    Jennifer2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Megan’s place was great for a week long getaway for me and a few friends. It’s secluded and has amazing views of lake Willoughby and the surrounding area. The house was extremely clean, came with plenty of towels and excellent internet. The pond also has a floating dock which is easy to swim out to. We loved our stay!

    Jake2019-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Wow, wow, wow!!! Absolutely Breathtaking!!! Where do we even begin... compliments truly unbounded!! Megan’s home & property are overwhelmingly stunning!! Our guest house is close to many local activities and attractions, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. trail snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. A detached studio with a full kitchen including a refrigerator, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.
Our studio style guesthouse is perfect for couples or small families looking to get away for a vacation in a beautiful area hidden away in Northeast Vermont. Off the beaten path and named for our location on an elevation above the larger towns to the south, you'll find some of the best outdoor recreation in the country. Hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, and a glacial lake only a few minutes away from where you'll be staying. You will have the entire place to yourself, with dedicated parking and a private driveway. We keep the house clean and offer free WiFi and satellite TV.
Our town is very rural, you'll find access to shopping and services in neighboring towns. Newark is a town of about 580 residents, with more in the summer months. It has three major ponds for boating, swimming, and fishing. In the surrounding area you'll find more opportunity for outdoor activities as well as shopping and entertainment. • I highly recommend the Hilltop Guesthouse for anyone traveling through Vermont! It was such a fun place to spend the night. The guesthouse was very easy to find, with well-labeled signs close to a well-marked and paved road. The hosts really thought of everything: plenty of plates and pans to cook with in the kitchen, lots of channels on the TV, coffee to get you started in the morning, an ice scraper for the car—you name it, the Hilltop Guesthouse had it. The Wifi was fast and the guesthouse stayed warm all night, despite being a very generous size. The bed and couch were comfortable too! The space is super private and feels secluded, with plenty of trees, birds, and wildlife. A great value and a lovely experience, if you're looking for a Vermont Airbnb this is the one!

    John2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • Lila and Aaron were outstanding hosts! Super communicative and helpful. The guest house is really cute and the twinkle lights lining the path from the parking to the house were helpful and adorable. The path was well shoveled out and easy to walk down.

    Kristy2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Overall we had such a great stay here and would definitely return in the future.

    Jackie2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great little cabin. It does get tight with two people and sports gear (ice climbing), but a nice kitchen space, which is useful since there’s not much dining in the area. A great place for enjoying Lake Willoughby.

    Kel2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy space for two. Affordable and within easy distance to the area's fun outdoor amenities. For those sensitive to sound, do note that the furnace hums around 35 dBA periodically.

    Benjamin2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Cute small place to spend time with your family. Easy to find and only a 10 min drive to Burke Mnt and to mnt bike trails. Great spot for weekend getaway

  • Very cozy cabin on a pretty little lake in the NEK. Great local spots a short away!

    Talinn2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute, cozy cabin by the lake. We didn't get the most out of the location because of bad weather but would recommend it.

    Paul2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures DEFINITELY don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning and the perfect time of year to see Shadow Lake. The fall-color reflection on the water was a beauty to behold. I stayed in the loft and my aunt downstairs. I stayed up a bit later to take some long-exposure pictures of the lake at night, which was a lot of fun. The next morning, we went to breakfast at the Busy Bee, which was a perfect start to our day in Vermont. I’d stay here again :)

    Kyle2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed for a night in early October; it was a perfect spot for an evening in the NEK. We took a nap the moment we arrived, then drove up to Parker Pie for an amazing dinner. Then back to the cabin with a couple cans of beer, put Safe House into the DVD player, and cozied up on the couch. In the morning we made coffee and walked along the shore of the lake. We’ll be back for sure!!

    Jedediah2019-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely and quaint little spot with water views and small private beach. Great option of kayaking which we would have utilized had the weather been warmer. Everything we needed for a lovely evening and morning. A true NEK gem :) great that it was dog friendly as well!

    Sam2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Marti and Jon are top notch hosts. This place is above and beyond any other Airbnb I've stayed at by a wide margin.

    Josh2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Marti and Jon’s! Check-in was a breeze and they are very flexible with check-in times. Marti and Jon’s home is immaculate, it is one of the cleanest places that we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. We were provided with all of the necessities for our stay. Breakfast was continental style and was left out for us, which was great as we were on the go early. Marti and Jon were very hospitable and provided us with recommendations on hiking in the area. We found the price to be very affordable compared to other options and Airbnbs in the area, especially for peak leaf peeping season. Highly recommend staying with Marti and Jon! Thank you!!

    Sara2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • This location was amazing! The cleanest lodging I have ever stayed in and Marti and Jon were wonderful to talk to. I loved my room and the bath was beautiful. I would stay here again if in the general NEK area!!!

    Judy2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Marti and Jon are very hospitable. It's really a perfect place to go to Willoughby Lake. And do the mountain. Thank you for everything !

    Jacynthe2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • You will be greeted by gracious hosts, enjoy a sparkling clean, quiet environment, and hot Kurig coffee/teas, fruits, oatmeal & other goodies...will be out and ready for for early risers ( I wake up at 4:40 am daily) as well as endurance sleepers; l was lucky enough to come in one evening at the same time as son & wife pulled in the drive to visit, & got to try the family maple wine made right downstairs, which transferred into a couple of hours of chuckles & stories shared at the kitchen table! Truly a wonderful time.

    Pamela2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is our second time staying here. Marti and Jon are the perfect hosts. They treat us like family and not the family you hate to see coming! Lol! The house is very clean and the space is perfect. If your in the Kingdom this is a great place to stay. We are looking forward to our next visit!

    Herb2019-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • This place is gorgeous, impeccably clean and full of thoughtful touches. Jon and Marti were very wonderful. We spent time socializing with them but they were appreciative of our private time as well. We would definitely recommend this place!

  • We fell in love with this accommodation! The chalet is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. Daphnee is adorable and communication is very easy and fast. There were little touches for our arrival! And the spa under the stars ... sick! We will return as soon as possible

    Camille2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • How to say ... There is not one aspect of the reservation at Daphnee which was disappointing! The loft is located in a quiet and heavenly location, 4 minutes from Mount Pinnacle which offers a magnificent view and which is easy to access. Daphnee herself was most sympathetic and attentive. Full of little touches we expected in addition to the fully functional equipment on site. Without hesitation I will return if I wish to go to the region!

    David2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Our little romantic getaway went very well. The loft was perfect for two people, clean and very well equipped. Our hostess has always been available and helpful. Located between Burke Mountain and Jay Peak three miles from Lake Willoughby provides activities year round. The light and views from this quintessential Vermont farmhouse will amaze you! The property extends into the woods beyond the fields and 263 acres await your exploration. Open kitchen, new bathrooms, den and living room provide spacious comfort in this rural setting. The perfect couples getaway with a great location to take advantage of all the Northeast Kingdom has to offer!
Davignon Farm was a dairy farm in the mid-1800's and continued to be worked as such until the mid 60's. The farm then became a family homestead gathering place for the 9 children of Nellie and Leo Davignon.
Brownington has been discovered by the Amish. It is not unusual to see horse drawn buggies, clip clomping up and down School House Road right in front of The Farm.
  • Lovely place! Beautiful surroundings, great views. Super clean, great communication. Loved the little sunroom for coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

    Shanna2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great weekend at the farmhouse. The property is beautiful with amazing views, and we enjoyed skiing on the trails in their woods. The house itself is spacious while still cozy. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Northeast Kingdom.

    Rachel2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful farm with gorgeous views of the mountains. We had an amazing time here and enjoyed picking some apples off their apple trees. A beautiful large spacious house with wonderful hosts!

    Adrienne2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing views of the mountain filled with beautiful fall colours. The drive way to the cottage was just perfect for fall photography. We had our morning cup of tea in the porch outside watching sunrise and at night sky full of stars to gaze at! (I wish I could attach photos in the review)

    Arthi2019-10-08T00:00:00Z

    Tsun2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • We greatly enjoyed our stay at Davignon Farm. Cindy was out of town, but we enjoyed meeting her gracious and welcoming husband Chris. The house was clean, pleasant, and comfortable and the tap water was delicious. For us, the main attraction was the serene and beautiful property. In the front yard, a magnificent oak tree shelters the house. There are rolling fields to wander, wooded trails to explore, spectacular vistas and starlit skies at which to gaze. If you crave tranquility, this is the place!

    Maggie2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • The beauty of the Northeast Kingdom, seen from the windows of Cindy's home, is breathtaking. It does not matter if it is a sunny or a rainy day; it is just gorgeous! The farm is secluded, peaceful and quiet. The property is extremely well maintained, the house spotlessly clean with all amenities needed for the two senior couples we were. Our visiting friends from France fell in love with Vermont. Even if Cindy was not present on the property at the time of our stay, she went out of her way to answer our inquiries by email. We want to come back in winter :-)

  • Cindy’s place is spacious, super clean, and feels Like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Soak up the sunset drenched water views of this Northeast Kingdom lake house. Perched on Lake Parker, three verandas surround the house providing a choice of sunshine, dappled sun, and shade. Or, walk out on the dock and take in the big sky any time of day. Hear the call of the loon and perhaps glimpse the resident eagle. Sky and lake views pour into almost every room in the house. Comfy furniture, plenty of dishes, games and books are conducive to quality time with family and friends.
Great room, with propane fireplace, opens onto large deck with lots of space for lounging and dining. The kitchen is equipped with propane stove, fridge, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and a breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with a queen size bed, a private bath and balcony in the master bedroom, and a double bed in the other bedroom. Finished basement opens onto lakefront, with TV and table for games or computer, and futon sofa for additional sleeping. The other bathroom is on main floor. This multi-level house is NOT handicap accessible or easy for people who have trouble with stairs. There is a garage for storing bikes and easy access to two kayaks under the deck.
This is the friendliest neighborhood ever. The local pizza/beer pub and community gathering place Parker Pie is a mile down the road. Beach Hill Fitness, a gym with exercise equipment is two miles in the other direction. This area has world class gravel road biking. The Orleans County Fairgrounds is 4 miles, Bread and Puppet Theater is about six miles. The house is a 10 minute drive to both Barton and Glover Villages, with groceries, libraries and gas. Less than a half hour drive on the back roads to world renown Hill Farmstead Brewery, Highland Center for the Arts, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Sterling College, the Old Stone House Museum, the Bread & Puppet Museum, the Museum of Everyday Life and Willoughby Lake with miles of hiking trails. Visit the Farmers Market in Glover on Sundays, or any morning indulge in fresh baked goods from the Barton Bakery Company.
  • Such a great host! Amazing views and wonderful hospitality! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

  • This is a rare property with amazing hosts Denis and Peggy. Place is big and at beautiful lake. Hosts are really helpful and keeps the place neat and clean. We stayed here 2 nights and they were not enough for this amazing experience . Definitely would like to come back.

  • 5/5! Perfect spot for a getaway break. Beautiful location and property. The decks are fantastic to unwind and relax. Enjoyed the kayak's and paddle boards too. Would love to return!

    Tom2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Peggy’s place was a dream! The area is beautiful and the lake is lovely. Having the canoes and big wind surfing board was super fun and the dock was a great space to enjoy the day and have a nice sunset snack. The house is fully loaded and there’s everything you need there, the kitchen is better stocked than most peoples homes! Loved the area, the pizza place was delicious, hill farmstead brewery was great, and the Puppet show was weird and not sure I would recommend but the museum there was amazing. Would definitely return to the house.

  • Backyard incredible!

    Caroline2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the kayaks and paddle board. There was a fire pit and even a small garden with fresh veggies! Peggy was prompt with responses and we would love to stay again.

  • Just book this place! It was fabulous!!! If you want to just relax by a gorgeous lake in a beautiful home, take in the scenery, and just recharge, this is the best place to do it! It is clean and comfy, open yet still has a cozy feel. Everybody around is super nice and some fun things to do as well. I give this place 10 out of 5 stars!!!

    Alison2019-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • This lake-side house has a wonderful deck and dock: the deck is enormous and well-furnished with chairs, tables, and a propane grill. The sunsets are beautiful. The dock, too, is a lovely place to sit and read and from which to take a swim in the truly magnificent. crystalline waters of Parker Lake. There are several kayaks, as well. Given the number of houses surrounding the lake, it is remarkably quiet and peaceful; the haunting and sometimes comical cry of the resident loons was the only sound we heard some evenings and every night. The location of Peggy's and Dennis's home can't be beaten: on the lake and just a wee bit down the road from the fabulous Paper Pie! The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped: the kitchen contains a good stove with a griddle; a large fridge and freezer with bountiful ice; nice stoneware plates, and plenty of cabinets & workspace. The living room has a big window overlooking the lake and a large gas stove for chilly Vermont evenings. The deck off the master bedroom also overlooks the lake. And if you want to stay in touch, both internet and smartphone reception are strong. Dennis and Peggy are considerate hosts: they answered emails quickly and were friendly and welcoming (Peggy greeted us with a sweet bouquet of wildflowers). The guest book contains many good suggestions in regard to food, beer, maple syrup, hikes, etc.and some nice history of the region. Neighbors, too, are friendly. All in all, we enjoyed another terrific stay in the NEK--one of our favorite places in the USA and our time at Sunset Perch only added to our pleasure.

For a short time a special discount will be offered for any three night stay during this winter. Now is the time to enjoy a winter in the Northeast Kingdom. 10-15% discount when booked. This spacious house is overlooking Lake Willoughby with breath taking views. The house is on a dead end road. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. While relaxing in the Great room enjoy the ever changing views including wildlife. So much to explore and do in the North East Kingdom.
The bathrooms have recently been remodeled and the kitchen is next. We are offering the house at a reduced rate until the kitchen is done. The three season enclosed porch does have a pull out couch for those who enjoy waking up to the sunrise. The Great room with the covered porch is most guests favorite where they spend time relaxing enjoying the breath-taking views.
Lake Willoughby, Westmore is a very special area with so much natural beauty. Hiking trails, beaches, local fairs, farmers markets, and special celebrations allow opportunities for you to enjoy the area. Burke Mountain is 30 minutes away and Jay Peak is an hour away.
  • We loved staying at Donna’s place in Westmore. The view from the house in amazing. Very private location. The house had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms and living areas are super cozy. The bathrooms are amazing. The ‘locals’ are very friendly. We highly recommend.

  • This place was awesome, everything was perfect! Thanks Donna :)

  • I stayed at Donna’s beautiful home. Even with it being winter time, it was absolutely amazing. The views were unbelievable. The home was impeccable. Very clean. It was just simply a perfect stay! I especially loved the shower and tub to relax in! Plus Donna was very responsive, immediately answered my messages and was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend checking out her beautiful home and enjoy a great stay! I will be back for fall time😍

    Jourdan2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet getaway after the holidays. Donna’s place was perfect! We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and looking out at the insanely beautiful view. The updated master bathroom has a steam shower which was a pleasant surprise. Donna was a great host and provided info about the area. We had never heard of Lake Willoughby before and were totally surprised by their resemblance to Norwegian fjords (Stunning glacial lake between two mountains). We hiked Mount Pisgah, well worth it for the view!

    Jessie2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Donna’s house is at a great location!! We enjoyed the sun set from living room couch, and played games by the fireplace!! And everyone loved the standing shower in the Master bathroom!! This is perfect spot to enjoy winter and summer activities!! The house was very clean!! Luckily sky was so clean and we were able to do star gazing from out side of the house!! This was something not planned so this was surprise for us!! Since this area is kind a remote if you are coming from city then the “Willoughby Lake Store” has almost everything if you forget any basic things to take it with you.

    Harsh2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was great! We had a lovely girls weekend. Super comfortable and cozy. Loved the fireplace and the cozy couch, comfy beds and stunning view from the front porch. Beautiful spot. Friendly neighbor even offered us dry firewood - amazing! Kitchen update will be awesome. Donna was super responsive. Would definitely come back!

    Susan2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Donna’s home was in the perfect location and had beautiful views of lake Willoughby. Her communication was excellent and her response to questions was so fast! The accommodations were comfortable and I wish we had lore time to spend outside on the amazing porch/deck. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the NEK!

Unplug, relax, and marvel in a magical tiny house in the woods of the Kingdom. Perched high on a mountainside, this little cabin sits surrounded by towering sugar maples. It is a step back in time — a place to read, hike, create, and recharge. Enjoy cozy evenings by the warm glow of a wood stove. Explore thousands of acres of forest by snowshoe, ski, or foot. Eat fresh eggs from our chickens. Minutes from Caspian & Shadow Lake, Parker Pie, Craftsbury Outdoor Center, and Hill Farmstead Brewery.
**Read this: this is a rustic cabin — water comes by operating a foot pump by the sink. There is a shower in the main house or gym across the street. You’ll need to bring a couple bundles of firewood in the winter AND be okay with using an outhouse. There IS electricity.** **As much as we love them, no pets in the cabin — not even our own dog.** I had a dream of living in a tiny house in the woods when I was very young. I still remember every detail — a little kitchenette, a cozy bed, some skis outside the door, a whole mountain range out the front window. In October 2019, my brother and I finished the Analog Cabin, and it seems that dream has come to life. Named the Analog Cabin because it’s also where we write and record music, this cabin has been a true labor of love. Each of the logs weighs between two and four thousand pounds. Every notch was carved by hand. We improvised a lot as we went. As you approach the Analog Cabin, you’ll notice you're climbing higher and higher. That’s because you’re entering the highland snow belt of Beach Hill, a veritable Narnia within an already snowy state. As you pull into our little pocket of the forest, the cabin will appear through the trees. Inside you’ll find a luxuriously comfortable American Leather Comfort Sleeper queen-sized bed, a writing desk/table, a bookshelf made of repurposed antique delivery boxes, and a tiny kitchenette with a mini-fridge, induction cooktop, and toaster oven. Then there’s trusty Jove the Stove in the corner, ready to heat the cabin and create the perfect atmosphere on cozy nights. Spring, summer, fall, winter — The Analog Cabin is a fairytale come to life. **Our house is about 50 feet from the cabin and is fully visible from the porch. You can take a shower there if you’d like, or go to the gym just down the road. We’re still building our house and are happy to chat about the process of homesteading in the modern world. **You’ll need to bring bundles of firewood to help keep our supply in stock (1-2 per day). We’ll tell you the best places to get a bundle once you book, including a discount code for our local store. **Kitchen includes a hot plate, microwave, and mini-fridge, but is not equipped for full-on cooking. **Driving in the Northeast Kingdom in the winter is no joke. Snow tires, all-wheel drive, and/or front-wheel drive are recommended. Our road and driveway are plowed. **The cabin is about 12 minutes from the supermarket in Barton, 12 minutes from the Craftsbury General Store, and 15 minutes from the Willeys’ Store in Greensboro. You are nearby tons of pristine lakes and rivers, the best brewery in the world (no joke — look up Hill Farmstead Brewery), the best cheesemaker in the world (Jasper Hill Farm....also no joke), nordic skiing at Craftsbury Outdoor Center, mountain biking at Kingdom Trails, and ski resorts such as Stowe, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, and many more. Check in: 2pm or later Check out: 11am
Parker Pie, arguably the most famous pizza place in Vermont, is right down the road! A little farther is the Barton Bakery and Parson's Corner (excellent brunch/lunch). In the other direction are mouth-watering meals at the Craftsbury General Store and the Willeys'.
  • Thinking dark but cozy? I was, but found light, lofty and cozy! Massive logs form the walls of the Analogue house that Kyle (and bro) built. A great host, Kyle has made elegant, thoughtful use of space and amenities. Light gray runs through the inside with a large slab of grey marble as a base for the little wood stove that could ( keep you nice and warm). The pale gray sofa yields a comfortable, supportive queen size mattress. Grab a book from the North Woods library corner and hunker down for a seasonal read or nap. Hungry? Function changes with color in the cheery red and yellow kitchen corner. Kettle, hot pad and toaster oven. Foot pump for water. Finally tuck tongue in cheek and check out the latch of the out-house—hmm, or have you instead been sent to the dog house? Do Have fun!

    Mary2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The Analog Cabin is truly a magical and memorable place. We came when it surprisingly snowed a foot and a half, and the wood stove was able to keep us at a perfect temperature. Kyle was extremely hospitable, and we felt as though we could go to him for anything we could have needed. The view in the morning outside of the cabin is spectacular, and we actually spent most of our day in the cabin because we didn't want to leave! :) You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the building of this place. It was extremely clean and cozy. We were able to heat up a bunch of food for dinner, and make our own breakfast with provided local eggs on the hot plate in the kitchenette. I would highly recommend staying here in any season if you are looking for an NEK getaway. :)

    Emma2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin is a perfect escape from anywhere you need escaping from! Kyle was exceptionally accommodating by starting a fire and preparing the cabin before our late arrival. He also made an extra effort to make sure we had access to showers if we needed them. The kitchenette was very functional and easy to use. The space is very thoughtful and cozy, and the views out the window were fabulous. We enjoyed exploring the area (cheese, beer, skiing, pizza) and reading some of the books by local authors that were in the cabin. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone who enjoys peace, nature, and woodburning stoves!

    Jillian2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • As host, Kyle is absolutely amazing and care about your stay. It’s a peacefull place where you can breathe fresh air and relax away from the city, I totally recommend!!! We went to mount Pisgah that is really close to the cabin (amazing in winter) and also the Hill Farmstead Brewery (also close to the cabin), it was a great week-end !

    Jérôme2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • The Analog Cabin is very cute, cozy and surrounded by an amazing landscape. Kyle is a perfect host : very helpfull, friendly and full of good advices. We will return and I definitaly recommand this place.

    Magalie2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Kyle is a great host! We had clear directions for everything - how to get to the cabin, details about the outhouse, how to build a fire etc... The scenery around the cabin is breathtaking and the location was perfect for us - close enough to get to town but far enough to feel like you're in the woods.

    Tiffany2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome stay, would highly recommend! Kyle is a great host, beautiful cabin and really fun area.

    Heather2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! It is a beautiful and functional little space with a great view. It was a fun game to keep the wood stove stoked all day. The kitchen was surprisingly functional and well stocked considering it is small. Kyle was a fantastic host, giving us local tips and even shoveling out our car for us after a snowstorm! He also lent us his snowshoes so we could explore the cross country ski trails through the woods around the property. Overall a phenomenal spot and would definitely visit again!

Bright, airy, private one bedroom apartment in our 1840's farmhouse. Surrounded by craft breweries, farm to table food, cross country & downhill skiing, lakes & mountains, miles of dirt roads, beautiful views -- and only 5 minutes from I-91 and a 5 minute walk to Parker Pie.
Relax into the comfort and convenience of your own private apartment. You'll have a large, airy, light-filled great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas, a cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (and a French press if you prefer to bring your own special grind), dishes, pots & pans, utensils, a microwave, and toaster. There is a small fridge and a 4-burner gas stove. We supply a selection of K-cups, cream and sugar, a few basic spices and other non-perishables. Please help yourself to anything you find in the cupboards. The lodge is spacious for a couple, and will comfortably accommodate four people. There are three queen-size sleeping options -- in addition to the bedroom, there is a pull out sofa in the great room and an air bed if needed, so up to six people is possible. Our house is a typical Vermont farm house (1840's) and has a stable attached to the house. We have 35 acres which includes horse pastures and lower woods and wetlands that are fun for aimless, meditative walks. We also have a dog and two cats. Although the opportunities to explore the rich cultural and recreational offerings of our area are almost endless, many of our guest seem to enjoy simply being in the lodge. It is a very pleasant space, no matter the season or weather, to escape, relax, and rejuvenate.
The Northeast Kingdom of Vermont has become a destination for people interested in world class craft beers, ciders, and spirits, artisan cheeses, and a vibrant local food scene. We are within half an hour of Hill Farmstead Brewery, Jasper Hill Cheese, Craftsbury Outdoor Center and numerous lakes and hiking and biking trails. Bread & Puppet is just down the road in Glover. Burke and Jay Peak ski areas are an easy 45 minute drive. From our house you can walk or bike to Parker Pie for great Pizza and beer. Lake Parker is a five minute drive and has a public boat access. Bring your bicycles, and you could spend a weekend exploring the miles of beautiful dirt roads that connect West Glover, Irasburg, Albany, Craftsbury, and Greensboro.

  • This was our 4th visit to The Lodge and it did not disappoint. Anne & Brian's space is well-appointed with all you need to be comfortable for a night or several. The space is spotless and full of sunlight, yet so quiet that you'll rest peacefully. You're a short walk away from Parker Pie—the best pizza in Vermont)—and there is snowshoeing available right outside the door. This is an excellent spot anytime of year. We're excited to come back.

  • Anne and Brian's apartment was perfect for our short 2-night stay. Very spacious, surround sound tv, and an extremely comfortable bed. The best part though was it's right up the street from Parker Pie Co. Great food and beer! We will definitely be back next time we find ourselves visiting the area and Hill Farmstead Brewery.

  • Nancy’s house is just the sweetest place. All you can dream for in a birthday retreat weekend. Yes! Million dollar view!

    Isa2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful scenic views combined with a cozy cabin having all the right touches.

    John2019-10-04T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy’s place is so beautiful. The view is astonishing !! It’s a perfect getaway if you want a quiet and calm time. The private access to the lake is so great. We stayed the whole day on the deck and at night staring at the stars. Nancy was super reactive for any questions regarding the house or the area. I would definitely go back again and recommend it. Just so you know, Nancy was with her husband on the 1st unit of the house but we didn’t hear them at all. Thank you again!

    Juliette2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin is nicely furnished with vintage furniture. We enjoyed the view from the rockers!

    Judy2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Charming lakefront cabin. Everything was very clean. Comfortable bed, good heat, if needed. Great views up the lake. Newport has undergone many positive changes over the last years and has a lovely walkway along the lake, a bike trail to Canada and some new restaurants. We were impressed with the upgrades to the town. Also, the dairy farm areas with high rolling hills and broad valleys, to the west of town, are gorgeous..this would be a great, probably less crowded, fall foliage area to visit!! The cabin is in a semi-suburban rather than wilderness setting, but neighbors were very quiet...perhaps not even around. Nice selection of books, in case you forget yours!

    Nicola2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful experience! Nancy and Jon went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their beautiful cabin.

    Kate2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful location with the perfect amount of space to settle into. Extremely clean and all the amenities are included. The whole place has been mindfully decorated. Nancy and Jon were gracious hosts who were on site during our visit. They offered suggestions for things to do in the area. The walk to the border on Lake Road was gorgeous and well worth the time. The view and access to the lake couldn't be better. The only problem that we had with this place is that we didn't stay longer. We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again!
