We stayed at the house of Pilar a group of 10 friends. The house is beautiful, as impressive as it looks in the photos of the announcement. The exteriors are very nice for summer with pool, hammock, BBQ possibility of ... Pilar was a perfect hostess helping us in everything we need. A property highly recommended.

This place is outstanding, much nicer than the pictures and very spacious is the ideal for large or small groups, on the other hand place Pilar is an excellent hostess who ensures that everything runs smoothly from the coordination arrival to the leg, without doubt return and recommend the place.

We were a group of friends with small children and we were very happy. The house is very spacious and very neat, and the garden and pool are spectacular. Pilar helped us in everything we need before and during the stay.

We spent two days sightseeing in Salamanca, a city well worth its culture and charm. Jose Luis is very good host, gave us lots of information about the city, both cultural and leisure, especially gastronomica !! He was even pending (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) us if we needed anything. The house is well located, just across the street from the train station, easy to park the car and be able to approach the historical center a short walk of about 10-15 minutes. It is a clean and tidy with everything you may need to rest comfortably and quietly floor. Recommended.

The house is very central and ideal for walking to the center. It has a shopping center a few meters and the newly renovated bathroom. José Luis is majísimo and gave us directions and useful tips. Thank you for all José Luis!

It is very close to the train station. Walkable to the main sights about 20 mins and very close to the supermarket. Jose is very helpful even though he's not home. Definitely recommend it. The only down side is no WiFi other than that, it is a great place to stay.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from downtown on foot, as the apartment is a little older and cooking is a topic a bit complicated because appliances are rare. Now for the price and kindly owner (and his father) of it makes the apartment acquire its charm.

The homestand Jose Luis has been fantastic. The very friendly welcome, and the location is good because you can walk downtown in about 15 minutes.

We had a great time in Salamanca and our host Soraya was very welcoming. Staying with Soraya felt very much like staying with family. She was helpful with recommendations about the city and more than willing to help with anything else we required.

central room, better for one person, Cristina is attentive and friendly

We spent three great days with Cristina! We were at home and we could use the kitchen at home. The apartment is very well located and comply with pictures.

Cristina was very gentle also always concerned that we were comfortable, definitely repeat.

He waited our arrival until very late with a fantastic smile and lots of fun. The welcome, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the location of the apartment, all great. We found friendship, warmth, helpfulness and cheerfulness !! absolutely we recommend staying at Cristina's house to experience in close contact with the heat and the Spanish liking.

The location is ideal, and the place was quite clean. The apartment is shared with several other guests staying in separate rooms.. I think there are at least 2 or more AirBnB rooms listed for this apartment. However, there are 2 bathrooms. The room was very basic, and clean. Would stay here again if doing another budget trip!

The host was very nice and was very quick to answer my questions. He even tried to speak in French with me as I dod not speak Spanish very well. The place was clean and fully functional, and very close to the centee of salamanca (only 5min by walk). I would very recommand this place, and would go back there if I visit Salamanca again!

The place is great, Shahrazad and Gabriel are super cool. I definetly recomend staying with them. The location of the apartment is perfect for visiting the city center.

The hosts are very friendly, and their English is great (much better than most other people in Salamanca) so this apartment is a great option if you don't speak Spanish. The dog is also really calm & sweet, I have never heard him bark in 4 days and he listens very well. The apartment is spacious and clean. The room is also very quiet, and if you shut the blinds it is really dark even if you decide to wake up during siesta ;-) Lastly, the location is amazing: the city centre is a 5 minute walk away. If you arrive by bus, the taxi will take you there for around €7, a taxi from the train station should be similar or less.

Housing well located for visiting this beautiful city of Salamanca (15 min. Walk from the historic center). Meets descriptions (large, clear and practical). José Carlos accustomed below. So no problem for the appointment of arrival and departure. The place is easy to find. The situation in the top floor is quite pleasant.

Jose Carlos was very welcoming on arrival, giving us many facilities and information. The apartment has a very good to discover Salamanca and is light and airy location, and there are all kinds of shops and services nearby. It is fully recommended.

The apartment is located in an acceptable distance from downtown. It is vast, well equipped in all, very clean, third floor without elevator (hard with suitcases!) When parking, we must seek a place long enough but it's free. No wifi c is boring. It lacks the dishes to the kitchen. In conclusion, the apartment is spacious for four people, two adults and two children or teenagers. And comfortable, jy return.

The apartment is conveniently situated arrive in 15m walk to the center. Jose Carlos made our stay was pleasant, always worried about make ourselves comfortable; He gave us all kinds of information about the city, even bought a headset and mp3 and put us in it audioguide of Salamanca; You can not ask for more. Very much we enjoyed our stay and Joseph was flawless and flexible with arrival and departure time. We recommend and will be back soon!

The owner of the house is very friendly, has recommended a good place for dinner, he explained things in the city. No clutch we are not satisfied with the floor. It was not very clean, had broken cups and dishes in the kitchen, towels and linen (not all) very old. There were things he would have had to pull some time now, but still there and nobody knows who serve a traveler.
