NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds as needed for the night. Next door is the "cottage" in which there is a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, as well as a shower with hot water.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a unit with a bedroom/living room, mini-kitchen, bathroom (shower, bath and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and Lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.
