Beautiful home, Grace was very welcoming of strangers in her home. Very close to Meadowlands Hotel where we were attending an event also within walking distance of town, very quiet area, only thing we missed was a TV in the room

The location is great for either visiting Tralee itself or as a base for exploring the Dingle peninsula, as we did!It was spotless, plenty of parking, nice small touches like a jug of milk,tea bags etc. The value for money is excellent!We will definitely we back!Helen had no problem with our dog joining us either which was the icing on top!

We really enjoyed our stay at Barbaras place. She and her family are very friendly and we had a warm welcome. The kitchen which we were allowed to use has everything you will need. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. We almost felt like a part of the family, thanks for all.

Debby's place is an awesome, out-of-the-way, cottage that we thoroughly enjoyed. Debby was a great host that made sure our accommodations were in perfect order and her communication was timely and easy to understand.

Loved this place. Stocked with snacks, quite, and cozy. The heater worked great as described and everything was better than expected. Definitely recommend!

Definitely the best airbnb I've ever seen in terms of thoughtful touches, there was milk, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, juice, cereals, porridge, fruit, snacks, fresh pan of bread, butter, you name it. I had even forgot my Toothbrush, but it wasn't an issue as there was new Toothbrushes and toothpaste, Shampoo, body wash even tampons and pads. Truly amazing, very well thought out.

Debby is a lovely host. She'll do anything for you to spend a sweet stay. The house is tiny but cozy and you'll find all the stuff you need. Good distance from the Killarney Park.

Our stay at Debby’s place was great! The apartment was sparkling clean and we have been welcomed with a super breakfast, including chocolates, eggs, yogurts, cheese and bread. The place has everything you need and Debby has been so thoughtful to leave local tips and, books and board games inside for us. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a cozy place to spend the weekend immersed in the nature.

Adah's place is perfect for my little weekend getaway from Dublin. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfy. We stayed in the 2nd floor bed room, that allowed us to have a view over the field and the mountain and sunrise! Adah and everyone in the family were very warm-hearted and friendly, and it made us feel like at home. Also, you'll have some little surprise there around the neighborhood if you are into animals! Highly recommended!

Adah was one of the most thoughtful and accommodating hosts we have stayed with. She was open about our arrival time and warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home. The room was luxurious and included many thoughtful touches. It was warm and well lit, with spare linen and homey items. She was prepared for all travel related questions and had many brochures to offer us. We enjoyed chatting to her and the family over an amazing breakfast while we watched the emus across the road. Overall a wonderful stay.

This is a lovely spacious house with a beautiful garden a little way out from Killarney but easy to find thanks to Sarah’s excellent directions. Sarah also great with communications, from initial booking enquiry through to relaxed departure. We were there for one night only and were grateful for the warm welcome after a long journey and the generous breakfast. Sarah will guide you to a nearby superb and lesser known viewing point over the lower Killarney lake (Lough Leane).

Sarah's room is really comfortable and her hospitality is unique! The breakfast is plentiful and Sarah takes great care to make sure everything goes well, she is good advice for visiting the city and its surroundings! A car is necessary to get to Sarah's, but it's worth it!

Sarah was a lovely host and staying at her place was an absolute pleasure. She was very friendly when we arrived to show us around the place and was great with communication. She gave great local tips for what to do around town and the breakfast was very tasty each morning. I would very much recommend staying at her place as it has very homey feeling and it’s very close to all the tourist attractions you’d want to see. Lily the cute friendly dog was also a very nice bonus as well!!

This place was very clean and the check-in process was seamless. Padraig answered any questions we had about the stay very quickly and he went out of his way to make our stay in Killarney enjoyable. This accomodation is worth to go. Padraig and his wife are really nice and gave us a lot of good informations about trips and restaurant. The room was nice and tidy but the best is the location. In the middle of nowhere you can just enjoy your holidays.

Despite the comprehensive list of house rules that was quite daunting, we had a lovely stay. Lovely Hosts who greeted us on arrival. Sparkling clean, great shower, comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, great view.

We loved our stay at the railway sleeper. The location is beautiful and very convenient if traveling between locations in the west. Peter and Helen were excellent hosts! The cottage was well equipped - we appreciated the opportunity to do a load of wash, and the board games and books kept us occupied in the absence of tv/WiFi. We unfortunately had bad weather, but the cottage was very warm and cozy on a cold rainy night. We would absolutely stay again.

Great stay

Such a lovely peaceful place to switch off. Peters mum met us on arrival and spoke to us about the gardens as we have just bought a house ourselves and need inspiration for neglected space. Met the friendly sheep around the corner too!!What can I say, this place is perfect to switch off and just relax without the hustle and bustle of life, would highly recommend to anyone to visit this gem.

The views at this location are truly like something out of a movie. By far one of the most peaceful and tranquil places I’ve ever stayed at. Kieran is quick to respond, very helpful at recommending local places, and the breakfast options were phenomenal!! This is definitely a place I’ll be visiting again soon.

I wish I could give this place six stars. It’s an adorable little space, with such thoughtful touches. Kieran seems to be a really wonderful human being, and my friend enjoyed our stay in his place very much. It’s a very unusual place to stay (in a good way!), and I would certainly recommend it to anyone near Killarney National Park.

Kieran and Laura are amazing hosts. They were very thoughtful and greeted us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The cottage is located in a beautiful part of the country, not too far from Killarney, the Killarney National Park and Ring of Kerry (all in which we recommend visiting), just to name a few. Their place was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was provided with homemade bread, other ingredients from their farm, and local coffee. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Can only be recommended! It is a very nice property that is idyllically located. As neighbors you can greet chickens, a horse and a donkey. Nice hosts who make every effort to ensure that nothing is missing. You can cook in a trailer and then eat comfortably at the accommodation.

Kieran was so welcoming from the beginning of our stay til the end. He greeted us when we got there and showed us around, and even had a fire going in front of our pod in a little fire pit, which I thought was a nice touch. He also made sure to say goodbye to us before we left. This glamping pod was such a fun experience for my husband and I— we really enjoyed being on their farm and seeing the beautiful nature surrounding us. Kieran and his wife also provided fresh eggs from their chickens (which we also met!), fresh baked bread with gluten free oats, and honey from their own bees! So cool. It was so clean and the water pressure in the shower was surprisingly amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway who wants something memorable!

What a great stay here in Kerry. Weather was horrible, but I enjoyed visiting Ireland. I experienced driving on the left side it was pretty cool. I recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay in Kerry to have a stay at Maureen’s.

We unfortunately didn't spend much time at Maureen's place as we had an early flight out the next morning. But she was super helpful with the transportation and the room was super comfortable. Just what we needed after our vacation!

Very clean and modern space. A little hard to find so make sure you know exactly where you’re going but Alfie was more than accommodating and even offered to meet us and show us where to go. A very peaceful location with beautiful views.

Alfie’s house was warm and welcoming! He’s a lovely host who provided a spacious, clean room with lots of nice hospitality touches! We arrived in the low season, so the local village of Castlemain didn’t have much going on, but his excellent hosting more than made up for that. This is a wonderful place to stay over before you embark on the Ring of Kerry journey!

It is a good place to stay. It is about 24 min walk from ITT Tralee approximately. It is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood although it is a bit far from the city center (26 min walking). It has supermarkets 6 minutes walk and the owner is very attentive and responsive. 100% recommended

Staying at Collin's place was quite good. The neighbourhood is really quiet, the house is nice and spacious. Nice location if you want to go straight away to Dingle Peninsula. My only objection is that bathroom could be a little cleaner. I am sure Collin can improve his services.

Excellent accommodation and a welcoming host. Particularly liked the chocolates for Valentine’s Day. Plenty of space and stove gave great heat and the dvd and books are very welcome. All-round a great experience.

Catriona's house is wonderfully rural, with views of the valley, a comfortable bed and bathroom, and an open welcome to the rest of the house. We were made to feel like members of the family!

Definitely take it slow and follow Catriona’s instructions, you’ll have no problem. Once there, you’ll love this little hidden gem oasis just like my partner and I did!

We stayed two nights at Catriona's place as part of the 2-week driving tour of Ireland. It was a great location as a base for touring the Dingle and Derry areas. Catriona place was peaceful & quiet, the room/ensuite was comfortable, and she provided some helpful tips.

Catriona’s place was very homey and quiet. Out of the main spot of town about 10-15 mins but we loved that about it. Very comfy bed and great view!

Colin's place is clean and overall it was a nice stay. The only thing I didn't like that - in my opinion - the bed in our room was a bit too small for two adults. I didn't sleep very well because I'm not used to being so close the whole night, but if you love cuddling you won't have a problem ;) I don't know about the other rooms though. There are three of them. Thanks for the stay :)

The room was like we expected it. The check in was really uncomplicated, even though we booked the room really spontaneously. Colin is a really friendly and helpful host. He even drove us to the city center, when we wanted to visit a pub in the evening. And also offered us many tips and help. We can recommend the room if you are looking for a short and cheap stay in Trallee.

The overnight at Colin was very straightforward. He received me kindly and showed the house. Everything was very clean. Again any time! Thank you for the hospitality!

My family and I stayed at Nora’s property overnight and our only regret is that we could have stayed another. The place is just fab! I’d booked the house because I saw the view but it was a lot more than that in the end. The atmosphere of the house (although super name) was incredibly comfy and homey. Everyone complimented on what a great find it was! We even skipped out on going out in the town so we could just hang out there! Nora was rally quick to respond to any questions and made a great effort to make us feel welcome. :) Thanks so much Nora for everything!!

This is a beautiful little cottage in the countryside with a wonderful atmosphere and lovely hosts. My daughters and I really treasured our stay in this perfect little retreat. It is well looked after, beautifully kitted out and just the right place for a lovely hideaway. Too bad only we didn't come in the summer - but then the rain outside made us appreciate the cottage even more!

Great stay in little white house, it's a bit like living in an adventure house. Clean and neat, and everything one needs. However, it was really cute and it was nice to wake up to fields and birdwatchers. A good starting point for both the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park and Slea Head Drive on the Dingle Peninsula. Would definitely recommend staying in the little white house.

We loved the coziness of the cottage, and the private location! was a great way to experience a night in Ireland, very traditional. elisa was very sweet and communicative! Dog was the most well behaved pup and we loved playing fetch with him and having him welcome us when we pulled up :)

Just returned from a lovely stay at this cute cottage. A perfect base to explore Kerry and we loved all the little touches like the traditional Irish decor and milk & butter to make breakfast. Thanks very much also for your local recommendations- we loved the trad festival 😊

The house is located in a beautiful quiet place and looks exactly like the pictures. We were totally in love from the first moment. Prepared with so much dear. Despite short-term booking, everything worked out great. We will be back.

Fantastic house! Lovely and clean. Susan had a few basics we needed in the kitchen like milk and butter in the fridge and tea and coffee in the cupboard. Theres two shops within 5 minutes walk if you need a few other bits Upstairs there is a small room which a changing table and travel cot, along with two stair gates if you want to use them. This made our stay so much easier with our 18 month old. It's a great house for anyone with young kids. Theres a handy back garden which is secure. House is nicely located. It's close to the main road around the town if you're going outside Tralee but still close enough to the town centre if you wanted a nice walk in. You can pretty much drive to anywhere like Dunnes, Supervalu, aquadome or Cinema within 10 minutes. Overall top notch and one of the best we've stayed in. Will definitely recommend to any of our friends for a break.

Beautiful, warm, cosy, stylish, spotless house in a great location. Lovely thoughtful touches like juice, milk, and butter in the fridge, herbal teas, coffee etc. Susan responded quickly to texts. We loved it!

Stayed here for Christmas with my hubby and 2 kids. Place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, nice and close to Tralee town and Susan had put up a Christmas tree and decorations which was a lovely unexpected touch. Plenty of hot water, cooked Christmas lunch for 8 people so good sized kitchen. Lovely log burner in the living room and the central heating was great. Had it off most of the time as the house was already pretty warm. Once the fire was on it was lovely. We had a really lovely stay, Susan was very responsive but all was well so we didn’t need to reach her during our stay. Highly recommended

This townhome in Tralee was beautifully appointed, well equipped and perfectly located for our travels in Kerry County. We definitely recommend it and would stay again. If you want a fresh seafood meal, check out Quinlans in the town center. Wonderful fresh fish.

Rita is a fantastic host, she had the fire lighting for us on arrival and some treats for the kids aswell. Will definitely be back!!

A lovely couple who welcomed us in to their house and had good knowledge of the area.

Very friendly welcome from our hosts, with the added bonus of two dogs on site to welcome us too! Peat burning stove kept us lovely and warm, and the electric blankets were a nice touch too.

The place is lovely, out in the countryside in Kerry. There is lots of space and a beautiful garden with dogs, kittens and chickens. The house itself has a good atmosphere and is well kept. During the winter, it can get a bit chilly but there were plenty of electric blankets, radiatiors and a stove. Rita and her husband were especially thoughtful and offered to put on the stove for us when we came back at night. It's the little things that count. Thanks for a great stay.

The house and surroundings were excellent and quite. Not just the house, Rita and her family were super cool and loved their hospitality. The place was so clean, tidy, and all things were kept ready before we reached there. We felt at home the minute we arrived. I highly recommend a stay here.

This is definitely a place we would recommend. It is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The hosts are delightful ....they left us so many goodies....fresh bread, cupcakes, biscuits, fruit and everything one needs for breakfast. We were upset we did not get a chance to stay longer. Gail

A very comfortable and quiet place. We used it as a base to see the ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula, Cork, and the Cliffs of Moher. Very clean, well stocked, and Samantha was a great host. The city of Tralee has a very nice local theater with some good shows. We had a great time there.

Samantha's place was above and beyond what we expected. She has given it touches to make it really feel like a home away from home, cozy decor, nice snacks. Her place is sparkling clean. Samantha was very hospitable throughout our entire stay whenever we had a question. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 to spend together in different rooms and have our space. The living room is spacious and the fireplace was a great place to come together. We also loved how convenient Tralee was for our vacation to see Dingle, the ring of Kerry and even the cliffs of Moher. It was much better than dealing with the traffic of Kilarney and we were able to see some amazing views of the mountains on our drives home.

Lovely spot to stay just outside Killarney. The apartment was beautifully finished with stunning views, a cosy wood-burning stove and everything we needed for our short stay. Great communication and easy check in/out. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Had a wonderful 7 night stay at The Lookout on our Ireland trip recently. The apartment was cozy and clean to our expectation when we checked in. It is exactly the same as it is in the picture shown in Airbnb website. Thanks to Dee for her hospitality especially helped to do our laundry during our stay. Really appreciated that :). The Lookout was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend in Killarney. It had everything we needed plus the extraordinary views. Dee and Aidan were welcoming and easy to get in touch with.

The Lookout is exactly as pictured. Perfect for two people, cozy and comfortable but not cramped. Furnishings and amenities are all premium and the construction was very well done. Dee and Aiden were most hospitable, offering the use of their washer and dryer for laundry day. Close enough to Killarney to be downtown in just a few minutes yet nice and quiet at the place. We stayed five nights-did the Ring of Kerry one day, the Dingle Peninsula one day and Killarney National Park one day-all were convenient and we were home before dark. We would definitely stay again.

The Lookout is a perfect choice for travellers wishing to access the Ring of Kerry and The Dingle Peninsula. A lot of thought has gone into making this a perfect ‘Home away from home’ atmosphere from the tasteful decor to the extras supplied such as a bottle of wine, fresh milk, butter and chocolates. The picture window looking over the Killarney countryside was spectacular offering continually changing panorama. The hosts are available at all times but not intrusive allowing total privacy. We would definitely recommend The Lookout!

Bob was such a wonderful host. I really enjoyed our evening conversations and she made me feel at home with her warmth and great hospitality. She even sat down with me with a map to sort out the second leg of my trip here in Ireland, which I was not very confident about prior to our conversation. Her home was an eclectic yet inviting space that I was easily able to cozy in to. I would recommend staying here to any of my friends and family.

Do not hesitate to spend a stay at Bob, it's an unparalleled and experienced hostess. She is very welcoming and her tourist advice is good. By opting for his home, you make an excellent choice.

Bob is just amazing, if you want to know where to go not just in Kerry she has loads of personal insight and flyers to help with your journey. We had the most amazing stay, felt completely at home. Would happily stay with Bob if we ever got the chance again. Although a bit out of town (car needed) definetly worth the stay. Lovely home built by Bob herself, you still feel very private in a large room with ensuite. Great selection for breakfast which we were free to have whenever we wanted.

Bob's place was amazing, it was uniquely decorated and very creative. Love our stay at her small palace and above everything she is a great person, sweet, humble and thoughtful. Would definitely go back:)

Bob's house is a bit isolated, but the peculiarity of the furniture and the kindness of the guest make it a negligible detail.

This was our second stay with Adah and her family, which speaks volumes! Yet again, we were welcomed in and made to feel right at home. The location of their home is so peaceful and beautiful and it's a nice change of pace from Las Vegas where we live. You will not regret staying at their lovely home!
