NEW in the house Senda 495D in Scuol: Top equipped studio apartment (31.5m2) with magnificent south view on the middle ground floor of a detached house in Scuol in a quiet, sunny location for 2-3 people. Private PP, entrance, furnished seating area with BBQ and shared use of the sunbathing lawn. Only about 80 m/2 minutes walking to the cable cars and about 250 m to the train station. Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily mountain/valley ride with the cable cars in summer/autumn!

Alpetta, the alpine hut in the village

In the room, it has a kitchenette (without cooking facilities) with table, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Everything for a small breakfast. We are close to the Engadin Bad Scuol, outdoor swimming pool, cable car (hiking/ski resort), national park region and Samnaun (customs-free). Restaurants/shopping facilities are within walking distance. You'll love our place because of the coziness. It's good for the solo traveler, couples and adventurers who are planning a short stay.

We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers with its more than 50m2 spacious space for 2 persons.
