Auf zwei Etagen können hier zwei Personen ihren unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit wurden 2 vernetzte Rauch- und Kohlenmonixid-Sensoren installiert. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants & Cafés, zwei Supermärkten, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Se encuentra en una parcela de 500m2. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de 2x2. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de 0,80x2, convertible en cama doble de 1,60x2. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama nido. La cocina está totalmente equipada. El salón-comedor es muy amplio. Tiene grandes cristaleras con acceso a su amplia terraza y piscina, tiene una gran luminosidad durante todo el día. Desde ahí mismo se pueden apreciar las vistas al mar, a la vez que unas increíbles puestas de sol.

The villa is the perfect place for wind- and kite surfers (Rene Egli Pro Center is 700m away) or guests who simply want to relax and enjoy the benefits of having all you need in close proximity (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beaches, sports facilities, etc.). The villa is very well equipped and has been renovated in Dec. 2019. Free parking right next door.
