The second time we stayed here was even better than the first! Bill and Diane made improvements to their already comfortable place, and really delivered on a first rate experience. We're a little sad that we had to leave, but glad it was a great experience! Thanks guys!

The apartment above the barn was great. The scenery, fresh air, and welcoming features of the space were perfect. Note that the rooster does indeed begin his morning around 6:00am in case you're a light sleeper and want to sleep in. The location was a little difficult to find via GPS but Bill was great at helping me finding it. I highly recommend Barn Living if you're looking for something different.

Bill's barn is a great place to stay around Salt Lake and feel like you are out in the country. It's just a 30-35 minute drive to the Salt Lake business area and the drive is easy on the freeways. It's in a quiet area and has some good scenery around it. The place itself is the top part of a more recently built barn. Underneath are some stables (where a few horses might come around from the pasture) and some storage area. It has a private entrance from the side. It has some nice big fans and an AC unit that kept the whole place nice and cool even though I stayed when it was close to 100 degrees outside. It would be easy for a family of four to stay and feel comfortable. 3 beds, nice couches and a table and chairs. I didn't need to cook anything but there are some cooking things there including a double hot plate. There is a mini fridge as well and a few snacks and drinks Bill provides. The shower has really good pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels and everything are provided. If your looking to stay in Salt Lake and don't want to be in the city you should seriously consider Bill's place.

The barn was absolutely charming. We were greeted by the owner and he showed us around . He was very nice and hospitable . The horses & chickens were very cool and made it such a unique experience . The barn is in such a beautiful setting and the views were breathtaking . I would highly recommend this place it was a great experience .

The Barn was a fantastic stay. I taught for the week at a local trade school and was fortunate to find Bill and Diane's place. VARY comfortable. Would have been a great place 10-20 years ago when my kids were little (easily would have accommodated my family of 6). All the things you need to prep meals (I even learned to use a French Press, my daughter would be so proud). Relaxing living room, nice Roko TV (bring your Netflix or Amazon Video log in) and Wifi. Nice beds with plenty of blankets. A big shout out to Mr Rooster for holding back on his morning routine until after 7 Saturday morning. I hope to get back to Salt Lake some time... Barndominium is amazing.(This review is from the point of view of a 10 year old girl.)In case you haven't found out yet, there are four horses and a bunch of chickens right downstairs. You shouldn't stay here if you don't really like horses. Bringing carrots is highly recommended. I spent an entire morning here and felt like it wasn't enough! My favorite horse, I named Shags, was a white miniature horse that was very friendly and even watched as my sister and I built a snowman that didn't turn out that well because the snow was so powdery.

We absolutely loved staying at Bill's place! He welcomed us the first day with information about the barn and wonderful recommendations about the area. It was very cozy yet had plenty of space, exactly as if we were in our own living room or kitchen. The views were incredible, the area was quiet, and our dog loved getting to know the horses. Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

Great place - highly recommend! The place was clean, we had space in the fridge and open access to kitchen, dining, living. The cute dog, Larry, was very quiet and only really barked/howled upon arrival of people - otherwise very well-behaved. Be aware that parking may be a challenge since you are relying on public spots within the condo community. When we arrived most spots nearby were already taken so don't rely on have no your car 'right outside.'

Pahoran was very nice and quick to respond. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Their dog is really cute and Pahoran suggested a great sushi place to go to!

This was my first time using Airbnb and I had such a great experience staying in Kimberley's home!!! She was very helpful with ideas/places to visit while I on vacation. The basement is very roomy and more than I expected. I highly recommend Kimberely's home to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay while enjoying the amenities of Utah.

Kimberely was a great hostess! Her place was neat and clean, and fabulously decorated. She was always more than happy to help me find things in the neighborhood or give recommendations as to where to go, what to do, etc. Highly recommend!

Kimberley's downstairs apartment is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of lighting, towels, & pillows. I didn't use the kitchenette at all, but there's a small fridge and sink available in the living room separate from the bedroom. Entry through the main house is easy.

David has a beautiful home with an amazing city view. He took us in for a last minute reservation. We were very lucky to have landed this gem. Would definitely recommend it.

We loved sitting on the deck, feeling like we were alone on a mountain enjoying all the lights from the city below! We also had a few visitors while we were there, a buck and a doe showed up to say hi a few times.

This townhouse was absolutely gorgeous and super clean! Our rooms were perfect after a long day of traveling. We got in and got showered and went straight to sleep and got up early the next morning and left without any problems whatsoever. If I ever come back through, I would love to stay again.

It was great to walk in to a home that is well kept. A new and safe community in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfy and aircon kept the rooms cool and comfortable. Stefania and Mark were amazing hosts. From their detailed directions on how to get there, to their welcoming smiles and conversation. Their home is in a beautiful secluded gated community in the mountains, with amazing views of the city . We encountered deer, wild turkey, squirrels. It was amazing! The apartment is the lower level to their home, with private entrance from the outdoors. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. With plenty of towels and blankets. They were helpful with everything we needed, they even provided an iron and ironing board , and were more than willing to help when we had problems connecting to wi-fi or needed extra blankets. The supermarket and access to freeway were about 10 minutes away, so we got the privacy and relaxation of country life, with the conveniences nearby. We were grateful for their kindness towards our kids and letting them experience the animals.(horses and donkey). We hope to stay with them again in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Mark's house. It is a great location with beautiful views of the mountains and quiet. It was fun to see deer, quail and rabbits in the morning outside the windows. The house had everything we needed and Mark did a great job welcoming us and even provided an easel with paper and pens for our grandkids to draw on when we had everyone over for lunch.

Unfortunately we had to leave Marks place due to several issues! Cleanliness and safety were the main concerns but the general upkeep and neglect of the property was a major concern also! Mark is a very nice person to deal with but his property needs plenty of attention to bring it back up to Airbnb quality!

I would just like to say how amazing our trip was and what an amazing host Mark was. Mark was extremely helpful in ideas of what to do and the weather turned out to be a little more than we had anticipated and Mark was there throughout the whole process to give us a hand and guidance. Amazing experience, the house was amazing, very comfortable for our family and our kids loves the animals on the mountainside and on Mark's property. We are so happy we found Mark and his home. Everything depicted in the profile is accurate but what can not be described or seen in the pictures is the feeling you have while staying at Mark's home. It is peaceful, relaxing, intriguing and just lovely. My husband and his co-workers felt right at home. My kids and I had an absolute blast. Kids just loved exploring the property, visiting the horses and donkey Jelly Bean. We had several deer and turkey sighting right in front of our doors. Kids couldn't get enough. The tree house was a bonus as well. Mark is so friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. We would definitely love to stay with Mark again once we are back in Herriman. Thank you Mark!

This is one of he nicest places I have ever stayed in, it is perfect for exploring the Salt Lake and Provo areas, easy driving distance between both. It's a beautiful place to stay with a bathroom that I was very sad to leave behind!!

Our experience was great! We pulled into the drive way and parked. Walked over to the place and found the key on the table. Your place was amazing! Very clean and tidy. It was a lot of fun seeing all of the books on the shelves and reading a little bit about the history of the place. Thanks again for letting us stay there. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. The bed is comfy, the bathroom exquisite, the kitchen is very well stocked and features high-end appliances, and the living room area is just the right size. The restoration work is simply amazing - everything is top notch. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. We loved the location too, with nice places to stroll, including the Jordan River trail, close by. And, it's located midway between Salt Lake and Provo/Orem, which works out perfectly for us. Barbara and John were wonderful hosts - quick to respond to every inquiry and making sure that we had everything we needed. They were very gracious in allowing our four little granddaughters to play in the spacious back yard when they came over for a visit. We are completely delighted with our stay, and will definitely be back!

The best AirBnB in the SLC area. High quality renovations of the old school house were not only beautiful, but it also made the place a home away from home. Convenient to everything you will need with the awesome backdrop of the Wasatch Mountain Range. Very friendly hosts and there when you needed them, but not intrusive.

The loft is very nice and includes a private bath, a full kitchen, a very comfortable queen size bed, a balcony, and lots of privacy. We loved it.

Shad and Melony were amazing hosts. We got to their place after midnight but Melony and Shad accommodated for the late arrival without any hassles and Melony welcomed us with a warm smile. Their loft is private, clean, spacious and bright. It's well equipped with a stove, a coffee machine, a fridge and mugs and bowls. It's conveniently located 25 mins from the airport/city and about 20 mins away from the great salt lake. We had a comfortable stay at their place and would definitely recommend it.

Loft was super clean and there was more than enough space for our family of four. In fact, there's far more room than the average hotel. Very comfy bed, plenty of privacy and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The loft is up stairs in his house. You must go through the main front door to enter. There are small dogs at the house so you need to let the home owner know when you are coming and going. This is not a big deal, they are friendly. The room itself is very nice and clean. It is one of our favorite places on Air BNB yet. The balcony is great for sipping wine as you watch the stars go by. The bed is very comfy. The location is close to the Aquarium, and about 20 minutes to downtown SLC. We recommend this place for a stay in SLC.

This family is so much fun. We felt very comfortable coming and going. The studio is exactly how it is advertised. It's beautiful! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bathroom is clean and shower has great water pressure. You will love your stay!

Cozy, spacious and delightful. I would highly recommend Kay's Loft to any single travelers. Shad was courteous, accommodating and easy to communicate with. He provided at Cici it all local hotspots, grocery stores and restaurants and even let me use his elliptical trainer that was in his personal area of the house. I felt very welcome and would definitely go back. Well worth the price.

I was very impressed with my stay at Pahoran's place. First, he accepted me at very late notice. House is new town home with convenient floor plan. Place is clean, neat, quite. I was able to use club house gym. Kitchen had modern appliances. Panoran and his fiancee were super friendly and professional. I definitely recommend to reserve their place. Ruth's place is excellent! Highly recommended. Myself and 2 other buddies came down for ski trip in the Wasatch. Ruth's place is in a quiet residential community between Riverton and South Jordan, only a 15 minute drive from the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon --- easy access to Snowbird/Alta. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the place (It is much bigger than the pictures)... well over 1000 square feet. Basement suite with some windows for light. The bedrooms and living space was well furnished. 2 very clean bathrooms and completely stocked full kitchen with large fridge. If you are tall, the bedroom with 2 single beds might not have enough leg room for you. Ruth was an excellent host. Spent plenty of time showing us around her suite. Made herself available offering her cell phone number. She even invited us over for dinner with her family (who live upstairs in the house). If you want a comfortable, spacious place where you can cook meals and kick back in the evening... you won't be disappointed. Incredible value!

Ruth and Robert's place was just perfect! They are awesome hosts and really nice people. The apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It's great value for money - especially since they very kindly don't charge a cleaning fee. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is a BBQ out back which we enjoyed a lot. We found the location to be ideal with all the family friendly activities nearby. We visited the zoo, aquarium and thanksgiving point (curiosity museum) which were all within 20 minutes drive away. There is also an amazing park just a few minutes away that has a splash pad and great play structures. I would totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable place in the salt lake area. Thanks again Ruth and family for your warm hospitality!!

This place is fantastic! Julie is a wonderful host and provided everything we could have needed. It's incredibly clean, and has a very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and fully-stocked kitchen. Great access to skiing!
