The house has all the necessities with its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom in alcove and a great view. 5 minutes walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 minutes to restaurant and ski jump. Wi-Fi and TV with cable and Chromecast. Unfortunately, there is no space for parking on the property, but there is free street parking right above the property, always available.

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for trips in nature. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

A cosy flat in a quiet, leafy suburb close to the city, the forest «Marka» and Holmenkollen. Public transport nearby. Heated floors and a comfortable space. Plenty of storage area to put away clothes and sports equipment. Terrasse and garden surrounding the unit. With its closeness to «Marka» it’s ideal as a base for hikes and swims in the forest in summer or cross country or alpine skiing in wintertime. The city and main shopping strip is just a bus or metro ride away.

Cozy house close to Oslo, in Holmenkollen

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.

Hyggelig og ny kjellerleilighet i rolig område ved Holmendammen/Slemdal. Leiligheten fremstår som ny og har nytt kjøkken og stue i åpen løsning. Kjøkken har oppvaskmaskin. Stort bad med vaskemaskin og dusj. Eget soverom med dobbelseng og masse lagringsplass i stor kommode. Egen inngang fra gårdsplass og ned til leiligheten. Rengjøring gjøres av gjesten ved avreise.
