Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

This modern and generously furnished chalet for 14 people has a unique location on the Silberleiten residential complex in Hochkrimml, directly on the piste and with a view of Königsleiten and the magnificent mountain peaks! From the living area you have access to the sunny terrace. The cosy sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a wonderful place to relax. The house has a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml waterfalls are only 10 min walk away. The ski bus to Zillertal stops about a 5 min walk away. By car it takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is also located in the house.

Farm stay at 1098m altitude

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was rebuilt in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, bike rides or just enjoy the beautiful view. In winter, slides, tobogganing, tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
