Spacious w/ kitchen near downtown

Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. We do allow pets, but there is an extra charge, depending on length of stay, how many animals, etc. Please let me know right away, if you are bringing an animal, and we can discuss details.
