This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

This gîte has been a family memory since 1966, the story of entrepreneurs in the transport sector, whose premises have been transformed to accommodate new activities. It was renovated in 2022, using the codes of the automobile in decoration, my father's passion in connection with his activities with the Circuit du Val de Vienne. Our house has a beautiful view of a large pond. Fishing is not allowed there, because we are not the owners of the ponds. You are on a farm of which we are the operators, calm and rest are guaranteed.
