Aux abords de la Charente, situé sur la commune de Chaniers, proche de Saintes et de toutes les commodités (Coop, tabac, coiffeur, boulangerie, boucher, fleuriste, pizzeria, restaurants, marché…) à 8 minutes de l’A10, 35 minutes de la Côte de beauté, 20 minutes de Cognac, 50 minutes de La Rochelle.
