Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and mezzanine with double bed, then a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is ideally located south of Deux Sèvres, 40 minutes from Niort, less than 1 hour from Marais Poitevin, 1 hour from Futuroscope and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle.

The gite itself is well equipped and has a private garden with seating and BBQ. Guests have access to the 12x6m swimming pool, games room and children's play area. Ample parking, good Wifi and English freesat and French TV. Lots to see and do in the local area with the sea just 90 minutes away.
