Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .
