Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area

Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
