Une maison toute neuve dans une vieille grange, au milieu de la nature avec une vue magnifique et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable seul, en amoureux ou avec des enfants. A quelques mètres du gîte, une cabanétape sous les arbres peut loger deux voyageurs supplémentaire (supplément calculé au moment de votre réservation). Nous fournissons le nécessaire à votre séjour (linge de lit et serviettes de toilette). Vous disposerez du wifi dans le gîte, et d'une place de parking.

Located at the gates of the Morvan, near Vézelay, in the hamlet of Flez in Neuffontaines, the gîte "La petite maison" and its garden have a unique unobstructed view of the Nièvre valleys. Warm and friendly, the house has a living room with fireplace with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), 2 bedrooms (one bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double bed and one bedroom upstairs with 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and a small veranda.

Au cœur du Morvan, dans la rue commerçante et animée de Lormes, à deux pas des commerces (supermarché, boulangeries, charcuterie-traiteur, galeries d'art, brocantes, cafés et nombreux restaurants), un appartement entièrement indépendant au 1er : une chambre spacieuse, sa salle de bains, son WC séparé, son coin petit-déjeuner avec réfrigérateur, cafetière et bouilloire, et son dressing. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. Parking avec recharge VE à 3 minutes à pied.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

Welcome to La Saboterie, a former clog factory from the 1800s, lovingly renovated by us. Nestled in the heart of the Morvan, between forests, rivers, lakes and the starry sky.
