The beach by this place is gorgeous! We saw fish in the water as they swam around our feet. The water is a bit strong, not great for more than dipping feet, but there's a tiny cove thats a bit calmer. The community the apartment is in is very quite, safe and nice.

Hi guys. Bessie's place was great. Located between Cabos and San Jose. Easy access from the highway. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Very quiet area with private beach 3 minutes away. The place was clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend her place.

This house is centrally located between the two main hubs in the Cabo area. The private beach access was phenomenal and the private pool was a perfect place to cool off during the heat. There are three separate entrances, one for each bedroom and a third for the main living space where the kitchen and living room are held. This was a bit tough for us traveling with young kids as we didn't want them so separated from us so we split adults and kids in each room. Otherwise this place was perfect - it gave us a chance to mingle with the residents and avoid the chaos of the resorts. We highly recommend it!

How can anyone complain about this place? Sure the bedrooms are on the bottom floor, but that is nice. Awesome location, relatively close to Cabo San Lucas but far enough away, and the gated community is super safe.

A very quiet place where you can rest and close to everything at once.

Communication was excellent. Bessie communicated and answered all my questions quickly via email. When arriving in Cabo her property manager was easily available by text and phone to help with directions. The accommodations were clean and the kitchen was equipped with basic necessities for cooking/eating. A small beach was a short, easy walk in a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The beach was a little rough and not best for swimming. We rented a car and it was perfect. Cabo San Lucas is about a 10 minute drive and San Jose Cabo about 20 minutes. The only disappointing thing was the layout of the condo. It has 3 locked doors. Two downstairs, separate bedrooms each with a bathroom and the upstairs with a half bathroom, kitchen, and living room. May be challenging with small children being in separate rooms(like a hotel (URL HIDDEN) would have been nice to be able to sleep upstairs. Overall a great location and place to stay in Cabo.

Great, quiet spot away from the crowds. Easy drive into town and to a swimmable beach. The beach at this location is said not to be swimmable. Only downside because it is pretty and quite tempting!

The condo was everything we could have wanted. He had a car so that was helpful in getting around. Andrew was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is an awesome spot for a vacation. The condo is in a gated area which makes you feel safe and is a short walk to a private beach which was never crowded during our stay. Andrew provides most anything you could want for a beach trip: beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler. Andrew was also very quick to respond to any questions I had and gave some very helpful suggestions on things to do. Everything in the condo works as expected. We had problem using the washer and dryer at the same time, but after flipping a fuse in the breaker box everything was back up and running. The cookware and all of the kitchen appliances work well for those who don't want to eat out. The internet in the condo works well; Netflix runs without any buffering. The beds are on the firm side but very comfortable. The only minor complaints we had was the water pressure was a little low in the showers, the refrigerator/freezer did not keep things very cool, and the a/c unit in the living room was a little noisy.

Casa De Sol was the perfect place for me and my young girls to stay on a quick vacation to Cabo. We wanted a safe and relaxing place near the beach, where we wouldn't be bothered by the beach vendors and this beach was super private and secure. The girls loved it - it felt like we had the beach to ourselves - which made me be able to relax while they played in the water and sand... There were also 2 very clean pools here in the complex and an area to BBQ. I love the location and setting of the condo because there are several layers of security and only owners and guests are allowed thru the main gate. And we are several miles away from the loud touristy bars and chaos, so it was very peaceful... The condo itself has everything we needed - beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen (which saved us a bit of money as Costco is up the street). And best of all, I REALLY appreciated that the water was drinkable throughout the house so I would have to worry about my girls or me getting sick. I also really appreciated that the WiFi was FREE and strong and I never had any problems logging on anywhere in the house or the balcony - even better than a hotel! The kids of course liked access to movies on Netflix in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place for families with kids, or for adults who want a quiet place to rest (for those who want dancing and nightlife, you will likely need a car or plan to hire a taxi - or take a bus). We will definitely come back!!

Andrew's place was great. We stayed there with our kids. I love the location. You have private beach and also you can access the hotel without getting stuck in s small hotel room. The house has everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were great to have. We explored so many local beaches. They are all so clean. Everyone was so respectful and friendly. I would definitely come back.

Quiet, secluded paradise with great views and amazing beach

We stayed at Andrew's condo for 9 days and loved every minute of it! A few questions came up when we were there, and Andrew was quick to respond. The beach is absolutely wonderful and very private, at any time there were at most maybe 20 other people so we felt like it was our own private beach. The condo is in a gated community and we felt very safe at all times. The adult pool was clean and quiet, with a shady area that we used during the hot times of the day. I highly recommend Andrew's place, we will definitely be coming back again next year!

The place is in a quiet condo complex. Its newly remodeled and in great shape. There is a pool bar with $2 beers and $4 mixed drinks. There is decent inexpensive food there too. There is a small convenience store block away. The whole marina and night club area is also an easy walk.

This wonderful condo was perfect in location, privacy and amenities. It was very clean with upgraded appliances. The bed was one of most comfortable one that I have ever slept on. The resort is quiet in the evening while located on the beach and walking distance to marina, great restaurants and shops. While it is fraction of the cost compared to other beach front resort. The marina has water taxi that will take you to any desired spots around Cabo. The shuttle to the airport is only $17 per person.

Wonderfully quiet, but not isolated. Recent reviews are accurate, except I didn’t have a challenge with the kitchen cutlery and believe it's no longer an issue. We had all the amenities that we needed, and the redesign was thought through and nicely done. I’d add that the air conditioning units work remarkably well, the towels were nice and fluffy, and the window shades in the living room area block most light. There is also a water filter system in the kitchen for fresh drinking water. Location: Cabo San Lucas is very safe with the local economy recovered from the 2014 hurricane. The locals understand the importance of tourism and are excited to do whatever they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Terrasol is slightly away from the most popular venues yet comfortably accessible. We would often sit outside on the patio furniture after sundown and read while listening to the faded sounds of the music from the nightlife below (you can’t hear the music inside the unit). There is an Oxxo (convenience store similar 7-11) about a 3-minute walk and an organic grocery store (similar to a small Whole Foods) another 5 minutes further down the road. This unit is tucked away located on the front of the resort, and the ocean is on the other side of the building. The Pacific ocean is beautiful to view but unsafe to swim in. There is a strong undertow, and you will want to keep kids and adults well away. The resort pools are beautiful with plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. There are also lounge chairs for the beach area and a tennis court available. Food. The food at the restaurant at Terrsol is fresh and reasonably priced. It’s open for breakfast and lunch, closing around 5-6pm. The drinks are good too with friendly service–ask for Pancho. The main pool has a swim-up bar and covered seating under a patio. Transportation. You’ll need a 45-minute shuttle from the airport which can be arranged ahead of time. We highly recommend Brown's private shuttle. When you need a taxi for in-town transportation, just ask the front desk, and they’ll call one up for you. You can also walk to the marina (15 minutes) and take a water taxi across the marina either sightseeing or to the nearby beaches. Downtown shops, bars, and restaurants are also all within walkable distance. Money. Nearly everywhere accepts US dollars so for those traveling from the states, save yourself the Mexico ATM fees and bring spending cash with you. There are multiple ATM’s on the marina marked for withdrawals in pesos or USD. Credit/debit cards are widely accepted as well. Beach. Medano Beach is a lovely public beach and is a $8-$15 USD taxi ride away. In the off-season and depending on availability, Cachet Beach Club will allow you to use their private seating areas and umbrellas for free as long as you pay for your drinks and food. Otherwise, you can rent an umbrella and chairs...

A gorgeous location on a beautiful nearly private beach, offering a peaceful respite from all the hustle and bustle, yet walking distance from the harbor and towntown Cabo. Great food that was very reasonable priced and a wonderful friendly staff!

John's place was great! Very modern and clean. Good location, walking distance to the action. Terrasol staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant is good. John was quick and easy to communicate with. There were a few nit picky things that could have been done/added to take our experience over the top: a few bathroom lights were broken (but fixed the following day after we mentioned); ran out of toilet paper on day 2 (which we had to replace and buy new rolls ourselves); full kitchen with everything you need to cook except for cutlery and cutting boards; paper towels would've been nice; hotel style tiny bar soap is bleh. As mentioned, these were minor issues only. With a few simple things this would've been an A+!

Scott place is indeed incredible. Before i made my reservation, i made sure i read people's feedback and their experience through out their stay. The house was great and absolutely clean. I love everthing about it. From the roof top, pool, and spacious rooms. Close to the beaches and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when i return to Cabo. Scott is such a nice person and available when you need him. I felt like a supertar, cos the area is so beautiful and posh.

If you are looking for a place to host a family or a group of 8 this is the perfect spot. It is just outside the downtown area of Cabo, You can take the local bus into town for $12.50 pesos or take a cab into downtown for $250 pesos. The view from the top deck is a million dollar view and to top that there is very nice patio furniture on the roof top deck also. Scott just lives 2 doors away and is available for any question you might have. I would come back and stay here again in a heartbeat.

My family and I traveled for the first time to Cabo San Lucas, it was especially important to be in a safe and spacious place since we were 7, Scott's house is perfect. large, modern, and very clean with everything a family needs and more. A lot of space and amenities suitable for each of its visitors from children, young and adults and even each individual A/C temp control so everyone could have their own level of comfort. We were all very happy, especially with the attention of Scott who personally received us to show us his home and was always available for anything we need. Pleasantly Surprised! At first we were not sure if we wanted to book such a big house but since there were six of us travelling, this house was way less money than booking 3 small hotel rooms. Actually it was less money than booking one small average hotel room. Also not knowing Cabo San Lucas too well, we were not too sure about the quality and location of this house when we were booking it.Therefore we really didn't know what to expect. Then we pulled up to the gated community of Vistana Del Cabo, which was only a few minutes from the beach and downtown. Here we were greeted by a very pleasant security/gate guard. It made us feel very safe knowing that this house had 24 hour gated security with guard, which is always a good idea in Mexico. As we drove into this residential complex consisting of only 38 beautiful and modern homes, we were speechless. We thought we were at the wrong address! As we approached the house, we were greeted by our host, Scott. We were very shocked that the house owner himself was there to greet us and that we didn't have to deal with his agent. Scott welcomed us and showed us into the house. When we entered the house, our jaws just about dropped! This house was not only 2 levels plus a rooftop deck, it was also newly renovated and tastefully decorated. There were three bedrooms on the first floor. The large master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed with a large en-suite with rain shower and a walk in closet! The other two bedrooms were also big, one with one large bed and other with two beds. There was also another full bathroom with rain shower on this level. Perfect privacy for friends or family! Then we walked up the beautiful staircase with glass railing where we discovered a beautiful living room with a patio, dinning room, full kitchen, laundry room, fourth bedroom with a large bed and another full bathroom also with rain shower! Every inch of this house had marble floors! Then Scott took us up to the beautiful rooftop deck with 360 degree view of Cabo San Lucas which included the ocean, the cruise ships, the famous arch, the sunset and the city lights! WOW! You can only get this kind of view from a penthouse. We asked Scott where we could pick up some groceries and liquor and he suggested Costco which is only couple of minutes away or Wal-Mart which is also very close. Then Scott showed us the pool where we could relax and even barbecue if we wanted to, which we did the following day after picking up some steaks, beers and wines from Costco. We were very happy with this well taken care of house conveniently located in an upscale gated community. This was by far the best choice we could have made. We had all the privacy and space we...

The host is very sweet and easy to communicate with! She made breakfast with her first Mango of season, mucho beuno! Picking limes off the tree for margaritas was sublime as well! The pool was well maintained and had a private feeling. Recomend for the adventurer or person looking for private get away from mainstream tourism and feeling local experience more! Still close to marina and shopping for practicality and beach access! Really enjoyed the host company, easy going and accomadating!

Very private and calm setting. Easy access although if you rent a car make sure it is a jeep because of the bumpy and sandy roads leading to the place. Besides this, the room is simple and satisfying with a beautiful view up stairs in the roof and relaxing pools setting. You will feel like you're living in a desert oasis!

Hosting reach Pati is magical, is a beautiful experience in Los Cabos !! The place is very close and overlooking the Arc de Cabos, a few steps from the transpeninsular where you easily communicate to beaches and attractions. The room is quaint and very clean. TREATMENT OF PATI is spectacular helps you find options and routes to your destinations. Pati aware you every morning with a delicious breakfast !!! Recomendadísimo !! Great place. Patricia and her family are lovely. For those who are new to Cabo, I would recommend hiring a bike or a car if you do not want to use public transport (which is great and within walking distance from the house).

We are grateful for Patricia and her beautiful little home. The pool was great, views from the rooftop terrace amazing, and margaritas when we arrived, breakfast two mornings and a tank of water inside were just a few of the perks. No air conditioning, but windows on all sides and there was a beautiful breeze off the sea every night that made sleeping great. Couldn't have planned a better stay. Tips on transportation to the city were great too- it was only 12.5pesos each and took 5-10 minutes.

Patricia was a great host. Very knowledgeable, humble and friendly. The place is not central to downtown, but many ways of transportation. Buses stop after 10pm in case your out too late you will need to take a taxi and they can get pricy. She made amazing breakfast and greeted you with a margarita. Great if your wanting a quiet getaway, away from the party life.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! This was our first visit to Cabos and the studio, the location, and the hotel it is in were all fabulous. You get all the amenities of a really cool hotel, including a fantastic restaurant, superb service and a lovely pool and hot tub (with cabanas included). The studio had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved the balcony and ocean view, which was the perfect spot for coffee (and the hotel has a great espresso bar in the lobby) or a cocktail (we were thrilled to have a blender in the room, thanks!). We are sad to be leaving and will definitely be back!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The location could not have been more perfect. There was a slight snafu when we arrived with the A/C, but the issue was resolved immediately and coordinated by the condo management with the property owner and had virtually no impact on our trip. The value that you get with this condo is about as good as it gets. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host did a fantastic job of communicating and making the condo accesbile to us when we contacted Bryan very last minute. The location was wonderful, and we had everything we needed during our stay. We could walk easliy to the beach and downtown, which was great.

Airbnb best you'll find in Los Cabos, everything is super close, Zon makes you feel really at home, gives you real good advice, even was kind enough to go through us when we arrived! Everything clean, quiet, amazing view. The room is quite large and all very comfortable. The only bad thing was that I only stayed one night and could not enjoy trips Zon offers, hope to return soon. Everything was superb! Location was perfect! Everything is walking distance- the beach, nightlife , amazing restaurants. Zon is no doubt, a 5 star host! He was incredibly helpful! He offered transportation information- picked us up from the mall, took us to the beach and gave us tons of suggestions on what to do. He also provided discounts on excursions. Great location, close to the beach. Super clean and tons of room inside. Could easily spend a couple weeks to a month here. It is brand new, as described. Gated community was a nice bonus, that we were unaware of.

I loved loved loved the place! The location in my opinion is perfect. Although I had a car so I could get around perfect. Loved that they had a grill to give you the option to bbq. The place was super clean and welcoming, the decor was excellent!! The security was super friendly and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having a speaker to play music. Or maybe a small tv in the other room or in the living room. Def will use this place again! Cant wait to go back!

Our stay at Gama's apartment met every expectation. The apartment was nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. He even went out of his way to get a blender for us before we arrived. I'd advise people to schedule your shuttle to and from the airport before or once you arrive. The security guards are a good help as well.

This apartment was very spacious and beautiful. Was one block from the ocean and a short walk to the nightlife. Gama was great with all communication. The doorman at the gate was always great and would call a taxi for us whenever we requested one.

Great place. The condo has a great view and AC. The community has a semi-private beach, and a well-priced and fantastic bar at the pool. We had tacos there almost every day . There's also a small deli and doctors office on site. It's secluded from a lot of the touristy areas, but still convenient to get there. There's a bus stop around a 10 min walk from the entrance, but due to the heat we ended up taking a cab to/from downtown San Lucas for about $20. If we were there longer I'd recommend getting a rental car.

Misiones is a great location just outside of town. View from balcony is amazing! Walking distance to a couple great restaurants...hard to beat this place.

The condo is in a great location to enjoy Los Cabos. Everything in the description/photos was just as described, and what we were hoping for. The view from the fourth floor balcony is AMAZING!! To the left is a private beach, and to the right is the "Monuments" surf break/beach. Both are beautiful. If you'd like to go to Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo a rental car is recommended. Plenty of secured parking and the grounds/security staff is very friendly and helpful. A little market is right there and the swim up bar/café is great too!

Great location if you want to be a bit away from the party but close enough to town if you want to go enjoy all of downtown Cabo. The Cape hotel and Sunset Mona Lisa are in walking distance which are both great. The private beaches are the best!!! You don't have any vendors bothering you and the snorkeling is amazing! The pool and pool bar are great and you have a little market for anything you need

I had an amazing time here with Elena (unfortunately I didn't get to meet Leon as he was out of town). She was a wonderful host and an AMAZING chef. Elena is incredibly insightful and interesting to talk to, and even offered some guidance in my own personal life as well. A few hours before I arrived, part of the roof of the main house had caught on fire (a single rare unicorn experience in her 25+ years living there), yet she was still incredibly accommodating, calm, and resilient. In terms of the location, it's as private-beach as it gets. There was pretty much no one else on the beach. Waking up naturally to the sunrise and waves is a beautiful thing, and it's hard not to find inspiration while having a beer looking out at the waves from your balcony. It's definitely not a location to party or dive into an immersive cultural experience like you would in a place like India, but for me it was absolutely perfect as I was looking for a quiet haven to reflect and relax. Thanks for everything Elena!

Our stay at Leon Y Elena's was a perfect, relaxing weekend getaway (of course we wish we could have stayed for a week or longer!). From the opening of the Palapa where you sleep you have an amazing view of the ocean for picture perfect pink sunrises in the morning. We saw whales from the porch (in front of the opening of the Palapa) at least 5 times a day or more! Although Elena said they are seen less frequently after March. It rained the first night we were in the Palapa and we were amazed that no water got inside. The Palapa has an open front, great for viewing the lightning storm on the ocean from your bed. We don't surf, but there were a few surfers here over the weekend, some who camp on the beach. Everyone in the area was friendly and welcoming. We walked a quick 10 minutes down the beach from the Palapa and found a great, secluded (although the whole beach is secluded in comparison to Cabo San Lucas, or half of Cabo San Lucas) place to swim and lay on the sand. Elena offered us an umbrella to take with us on the beach, and I should have taken it! Take the umbrella! If you don’t, it’s not a big deal but I wish I would have had it. We brought the snorkel masks Elena let us borrow, and we enjoyed long swims in the ocean. The water was, refreshing, and we saw a few fish in the area, and of course, more whales. We rented a car and it was very easy & inexpensive to get around. We spent a day in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. It a beautiful hour and a half drive along the coast. Elena's meals are AMAZING! She made us fresh brick oven pizza - some with smoked marlin, some with goat cheese and vegetables. We had pan seared fish, and pesto pasta with filet, always served with salad and fresh bread. Breakfasts were equally as amazing. You don't want to stay here and not eat Elena's food. I definitely recommend staying here if you are up for a unique experience in a beautiful place. Thank you Leon y Elena! We hope to return soon.

This is one of the most beautiful spots and waking up every morning to a stunning view makes it really unique. Elena and León are lovely hosts - I would recommend booking meals with them for great food and conversation.

Wow what an amazing experience we had at this place! Best part of our trip so far! Was so relaxing and such a perfect location! I've never felt so at peace and relaxed! Host were always there if you wanted them to be! Food was fantastic and Jack scored some great waves! Can't recommend this place enough! We are already planning our next visit all the way from Australia!!! Leon and Elena were so good to us and sitting down with them for breakfast and dinner each day was a pleasure! The place overlooking the ocean was so amazing and we had the best sleep each night with the ocean in the background! ☺️

I have never been as relaxed on a vacation as I was while staying in the ocean view palapa at Elena & Leon's place. My friends and I slept with only the sound of waves and under the hand-woven roof, without walls. Each morning a short walk to the surf for snorkeling along a beach almost entirely to ourselves. Then a hearty, delicious breakfast prepared by Elena & Roberto, followed by the afternoon to relax, read, swim, and nap. A tasty dinner each evening became an opportunity to converse over excellent tequila. Leon, Elena & Roberto are well-read, open-minded, and definitely contributed to our experience in Baja. While one can ignore civilization at this remote slice of paradise, the palapa and main house are completely powered by the sun and, believe it or not, offer high-speed wireless internet. Consider booking soon as the newly paved road was just completed so this idyllic hide-away will surely grow in popularity. I am planning to return soon myself.

We started our honeymoon off with a stay at Leon and Elena's, and it truly was a one of a kind experience. The palapa was very comfortable, had an incredible ocean view, and was adequately private. Elena is a masterful chef, crafting a spectacular breakfast and incredible dinners every night for us. The dinnertime conversation was especially enjoyable, as the two of them are laid-back and easy to engage. Leon was extremely fun to hang with, whether jamming out on his Yamaha keyboard or talking long into the night with tequila on hand. The beach is just a short walk away, and a local ranch dog made it easy to navigate our way down. We got the relaxing first leg of our journey that we had bargained for. Just a word of advice: if you plan on not using cell service, print out a map beforehand. Also, we were able to slowly navigate the dirt roads in a standard rental car, but an SUV might be more helpful next time. All in all, we highly recommend staying with them.

This place was amazing! only 45 minutes from the San Jose del Cabo airport, but it felt like a different world. Amazing beach, quiet dirt roads, and very few people. Watching whales jump out of the water from your bed is definitely an experience not to be missed. Elena and Leon were great hosts, I can't wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I booked the casita for some relaxing time to celebrate our anniversary and are already planning our trip back! We loved enjoying the views, the sound of the ocean all day, and all the nearby surf spots. We didn't spend much time inside, mostly on the patio and the kitchen because come on, have you seen that view?! It's definitely rustic and off the grid, and take the 4x4 recommendation to heart if you plan on going beyond the casita. We almost killed our little rental car a few times on the roads north to the snorkel spots. Most of the roads to the casita from town have now been paved and the gps coordinates from the host to get to the casita were helpful. The spot has a bbq pit, propane stovetop, kitchen utensils/equipment, and cooler. We brought cards and a wireless speaker and were perfectly entertained. Our stay coincided with an incoming storm, and our hosts were incredible at making sure we were aware of what was going on and were safe (we were so relaxed we were clueless). They really went above and beyond. Thanks again, can't wait to come back!

Luci's place is amazing. Couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by our warm welcome and the property. Fully secluded above shipwreck's beach with great surf, desert to roam, sitting by the fire at night. If you want a retreat from the hustle bustle, this place was the highlight of our trip :)

My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it will draw more people to this spectacular place! Everything we could have wanted and more. Absolutely beautiful and has everything you NEED to be comfortable. Even our 3 month old daughter was totally content here. Places like this are rapidly disappearing, get it while you can!

We loved this place. Very rustic living but once you get used to it we were in total hippy ecstasy. Loved the local dogs that came to visit, loved the crazy gorgeous view, having fires at night with the waves smashing in the dark and the stars overhead... Long walks on the beach collecting shells. The best place to swim is a few minutes walk north up the beach away from the rocks...you can see the glowing turquoise water there. It was very windy for a couple of the days which was kind of intense. Highly recommend having an outdoor shower! And watch the sunrise right out of the ocean! We had some technical issues with the toilet, lights and water but they were fixed as soon as we mentioned them.(the neighbor kindly called for us) As someone told us on our first days in Cabo “It's (URL HIDDEN) not perfect” The house is modest and simple but the area is so beautiful it will take your breath away. Already planning a trip back.

This is a special hidden gem where we enjoyed beach walks, whale watching and relaxing. We got all of our food in town and made all of our meals at the house. There is nothing really located nearby so you should come prepared with all the supplies you need. The remote location is part of the charm. The sound of the ocean at night makes for great sleeping!

Epic surf, spectacular evenings under the stars, and amazing hosts! A couple of days of amazing waves, delicious food, and beach relaxing was everything we hoped for and more. The Aripez's place is so wonderful and we can't wait to come back! And it came with a companion dog, who I miss already! Love to Negro!

The place is everything the pictures show - brand new, all amenities, 5 minutes to beach, and restaurants, nice pools, and a great onsite manager (Hugo). Welcome guacamole / chips and beer was a nice touch. Big deck is wonderful to set on and look out to the ocean plus if interested can watch some entertaining soccer and baseball games next door. Owners are great and constantly checked in on us to make sure had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay other than the tropical storm that dropped in on us. One note will add - there is a good bit of noise from soccer fields and main road which are right outside master suite. But after a while really kind of get used to it. But if a light sleeper might have an issue. Loved our stay and will definitely be going back once the beaches are built back from storm damage.

James responded in a very timely manner! The description of his place was exactly as described. My boyfriend and I have frequented Cabo many times, but this was our first time not staying in a hotel [as this was a last minute trip for us... and I don't think we will be staying in a hotel anymore! Much more conveniency & privacy, and the homely amenities included were quite beneficial with Walmart only 5 minutes away! We had a rental car which helped with the conveniency and a secure parking spot with a guard always at the gate, and another one watching the cars at night. Hugo, the property manager, was awesome also! Greeted us with fresh guacamole and cold beverages :) he was detailed in explaining the apartment and the amenities included and is easily accessible, always responded within minutes. On our departure, he was there promptly to pick up keys with the cleaning service in tow to ready the place for the next guests. He also recommended a delicious mariscos place that was on our way to the airport. We would DEFINITELY stay again!

It was our first time in Cabo and we had a great time! But honestly my favorite part was the condo, it exceeded all of our expectations. I was a little hesitant in the beginning since there weren't any reviews but that is because the condo is brand new, we were told we were the first ones to stay there. It is definitely worth it, the location, communication, and modern chic interior design was perfect. The beach and downtown were all at walking distance. In addition everyone including James, Hugo and Christian were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Perfect location. Perfect spot for a guys fishing trip which is what this was. AC worked great, the view off the balcony is hard to beat. Only issue was shower wouldn't get hot for us but it was so hot outside the cold showers didn't bother us, had a brought my wife, it may have been different. Will stay here again for sure as Cabo is my spot.

This condo is in a wonderful location, couldn't ask for a better spot. There were a couple of quirks getting checked in, make sure you get directions from the property manager prior to arriving in Cabo about where to meet. Great view of the marina, extra firm bed.

Where to begin!? Leading up to my stay, me and Robyn were in regular contact and she was so quick with responding and answering all my questions. Robyn picked me up from the airport and I immediately felt comfortable; she was so warm and genuine and provided me with so much information about the area and offered lots of recommendations on things to do. The house itself was great - spacious and clean, and located in a secure area, which was great for me as I was by myself. I felt very safe walking around the local area, even at night time. I highly recommend Robyn's place and would definitely stay again if ever I make it back to Cabo!

Robyn's place was perfect for a trip to Cabo. Safe, quiet neighborhood and able to walk to marina in about 5 minutes. Robyn is great with communicating and everything went smoothly. She coordinated transport to/from airport which was great. AC in bedrooms, wifi, bottled water, pool were all great amenities. She also dropped me off at beach to make sure I got there and didn't get lost. Robyn has excellent recommendations for food/activities, highly recommend her sushi restaurant. Overall a perfect little beach escape.

Robyn's place is at a great spot, about 10 minutes walking distance to marina and all the restaurants / bars in the area. It is close enough to walk comfortably wherever you may want to go in Marina area yet far enough to be quiet and tranquil at night so you can sleep comfortably without the music and noise coming from the clubs. Having access to Pedregal beach is also a great plus if you are interested in shore fishing on the pacific side of Cabo. The room itself was clean and spacious, which I definitely appreciated

Robyn responds very quickly and picked me up from the agreed-upon meeting place. Easy communication. She was always helpful in everything and also had cereal concerned especially for me. The room is lovely, large, sunny, with a great balcony. The whole house is very clean and surprisingly large. In addition, it is wonderful: close to the harbor and various beaches, simultaneously in a guarded residential area with private beach (!). The waves are indeed stuck to for swimming, but the beach is a must. Super location for various running routes. Robyn and George currently renovating diverse Häsuer that leigen adjacent. This should be a BnB. I was the first guest and some things are obviously not perfect. So far, there is no pool and no breakfast as the BnB. I really enjoyed the days there.

Robyn's place was perfect! It was walking distance to the restaurants, marina, activities and was in a great area. The house was adorable, spacious and clean. I came with my girlfriend and it was exactly what we needed. Robyn and George were very kind and helpful and even offered us to pick us up at the airport for a much lower fare than the taxis charge. Totally worth the price!

This place was awesome! Exactly like the pictures. I had communication with the staff and host my entire trip. Whatever I needed they were there to make happen even requesting a private chef! The price was great the location was great! Just be prepared to spend money on cab fare when touring to town! This is a great place to stay with no worries!

Awesome stay at this classic Cabo Hotel. It was a bit like taking a step back in time. We were upgraded to an amazing suite with two levels with a complete and modern kitchen. The two pools were marvelous and the quiet area at the beach was a relief from the action farther down toward the harbor. The resort is immaculately maintained and the staff is friendly and aims to please. The wireless was spotty and thankfully there was no TV in the room. I will definitely return again.

The location of this resort was great! Really nice beach and can walk into town. We enjoyed all the food at the resort restaurants and had cheap drinks all day. Staff was kind to us

The villa was spacious, had a balcony and lots of natural light! The resort equally beautiful, beachfront, and with great food and drinks! It was close enough to walk to the city center (20 minute walk) and far enough from the party areas. We spent our days by the beach and the pool, and evenings exploring the town. The club also had fun events planned including a tequila tasting. If there was one thing I could change, that would be the beds. The mattresses were a little too hard for our comfort, but all in all such a great stay, and highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay. I really only was there to sleep, as I spent my time with my friend and his kids at a resort nearby. Loved the coffee shop and convenience of the mini-mart. I ate breakfast at the restaurant once and it was very good. I would definitely stay again.

The place is nice and the price is amazing. This one isn't too good to be true! Paulie is the nicest guy on earth and so easy to work with. He's super accommodating. He's really the best a host can be. The location is unbelievable, with miles and miles of beaches with no people on them. What i loved about Pauls guesthouse: -Located really close to Zac's restaurant bar and About 25 minutes to shipwrecks beach break -Great security- entrance thru electronic gate! - Outdoor shower - large bed - the amenities are just more than you would expect for living out in the desert. - and best of all, Paul is the best host I have ever met. Staying at Paulie was the best Airbnb experience ever. The house was impeccable. It had everything we needed. Everything worked as expected. Paulie was really kind to leave us beach towels as well as some towels for the house. We really loved the outdoor shower and the fireplace outside. The location was perfect. The house is in a really quiet area only a five minute walk away from a beautiful beach and only a 15 minute drive away from the best surf spots in the Los Cabos region. But above all what really made a difference was Paulie. He had a great vibe and really went out of his way to explain everything to us and was always on call to answer any questions or lend us a hand with anything. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. We are planning on going back as soon as possible. Thank you for an amazing time Paulie!

Words cannot describe how cool Paul's place is, but we'll try our best. The property is about 30 minutes up the east cape from Cabo San Jose, and is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to town if you need groceries or supplies. If you want to get away from the Cabo hotel crowds, this is the place for you. Paul is a super nice guy that offers many great tips on places to explore. The people there are very warm and friendly, which is great for first-timers like us who needed to be shown the ropes. The casita is a quaint and well designed space that has a well stocked kitchenette, surprisingly comfy queen-sized bed, storage for your clothes and items, and our favorite - a roomy bathroom with outdoor shower. The casita is only a quick walk to the beach, and Zac's restaurant is an amazing resource for delicious food and tasty margaritias (we recommend the jalapeno margarita!) We highly recommend Paul's place and are already planning our next trip! Thank you again for everything Paul - we will be back.
