Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Located in farmland but not far from the village of Dannebrog, where you’ll find great pizza and fresh baked goods. There is also a fine grocery store with all the essentials. If you need a bit of retail therapy, Grand Island is only 20 minutes away. There you will find most everything including the Crane Trust, a crane sanctuary.

Our cozy 3-bedroom home has everything you need for your Loup City trip. You will enjoy the entire home to yourself! The house comes fully equipped with everything you need including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, Wi-Fi, TV & Fire Stick. During your stay you can also enjoy using a full sized kitchen with Keurig, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and two living rooms. Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

Find peace and solitude as you relax and unwind in our quiet neighborhood. Our cottage has all new flooring, new furniture, and appliances, with a remodeled bathroom. The big front porch is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal. A quiet street with a corn field to the south of the cabin and a grassy meadow on the other side. Just across the meadow is the Scotia Rec Hall with playground equipment.

You have use of the entire house. The main level, first floor, has a full kitchen with a small eat at table, dining room that seats 12, living room and half bath. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The third floor has one large room with 3 queen beds and bathroom. Basement has 1 bedroom with bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and laundry facilities.

The Red House

The Red House is located just past the business district on St. Paul’s main street, Howard Avenue. The Red House was recently renovated into a cozy little getaway that features historic details. The house is one story, so there are no stairs to climb, with easy access from the street or driveway.
