You will have everything required for a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Barkly, you will feel above the rest and a piece of mind knowing that not only you but as well your vehicle and belonging are secure locked in the spacious Garage with access from the apartment. Located within a quiet street of the popular inner suburb on the fringe of the City of Melbourne, BRUNSWICK, 400m to the left is Barkly Square Shopping Complex, Sydney Rd with its Middle Eastern Cafes and Restaurants, walk or catch a tram to the City Centre, first stop to the left is Princes Park, a major sports and recreation Park, home to the Blues Aussie Rules Football Club, to the right two minutes walk to Melbourne Zoo Royal Park. second stop, Melbourne University, third stop, the famous Queen Vic Market, and next you're at Melb. My primary home, she’s character-filled and homely - welcoming you with the essentials like milk & butter and a bottle of something on arrival - just as Airbnb was meant to be. Ageing gracefully with a few cracks here and there, this apartment is perfectly located near Ormond Rd's strip of boutique shops and cafes, and the beach is just down the end of the block (a 15- 20 minute walk). Air con is in all rooms to keep comfy.
