Very nice restored stone gîte of 80 m2 for 6 people in a large property located on the heights of Astaffort. The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a completely private swimming pool under a magnificent oak tree and offering views of the fields and the forest. Enjoy the quietness of the countryside 3 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux.

At the gates of Quercy, overlooking the Garonne valley, in a quiet and wild environment, where you will enjoy a pond and forest paths. The Quercy stone welcomes you to pretty typical villages (Moissac with its cloister and Chasselas, Lauzerte, Auvillar). The Canal du Midi shows the richness of the Garonne Valley and the Château de Goudourville will reveal its history to you.

Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet-Arrouy, come and relax in this calm and stylish space. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions. This year, we have chosen to ask for an additional €3 per animal per day. There is more housework and cleaning to do after your four-legged companions leave. Thank you for your understanding.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.

This comfortable and spacious house, located between Gers and Tarn-Garonne, will offer you the quietness of the countryside close to all amenities, to spend pleasant family vacations. We prefer family rentals. We refuse to allow our home to be used as a venue for parties and events. These are strictly prohibited.
