The Hill House

Relax in an apartment on the ground floor of a house that opens onto a large courtyard with views of the surrounding hills. Located in the heart of the Drôme des Collines, 50 minutes south of Lyon, 5 minutes from Châteauneuf de Galaure and 10 minutes from the Postman's Ideal Palace in Hauterives, 20 minutes from the Crozes Hermitage vineyards. Enjoy an environment combining serenity and fresh air, ideal for walks, bike rides, with the Vercors and the mountains in sight.

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Dear guests! We offer a nice room with independent entrance, consisting of a double bed, a desk and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The room has a TV, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge. House in the center of the village full of charm surrounded by fruit fields located 7 minutes from the A7 motorway (No. 12 Annonay/Chanas) and 20 minutes from the EDF power plant. Ideal for workers for a few days or a week.

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
