We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Apartment located in the neighborhood of Moratalaz of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, full kitchen and living room. The apartment was renovated recently for doors, paint, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. It has also air conditioning in all the rooms and living room. Ideal for groups of 6 people, with good connections to the city center. 250 meters is the Place of Meeting in which is located bus stops 20, 30 and 32 leading to downtown Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Parque del Retiro, Puerta de Alcala, Goya and Atocha in just over 20 minutes . The metro stop is a 10 minute walk. The apartment is in close stores where purchases of everyday life as well as a Carrefour Express supermarket 200 meters that opens 24/7 There is a wide pedestrian area near the building to enjoy a drink on the terraces and children to play. Front of the building to play basketball courts and other sports.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.

Our 64m2 apartment is located in Moratalaz area, in the eastern outskirts of Madrid. The tourist center (Puerta del Sol) is about 30/40 min away by public transport. You have several bus lines between 200 and 350m :) We are 10 min by car from Atocha (or half an hour by bus) and 15 min from the airport.
