Great place with all the amenities you need. Gave my family a place to stretch out after camping in National Parks. The washer and dryer really helped since our clothes were dirty and dusty from hiking. Jo was very helpful and did a great job getting the place ready for us.

We had a great stay at JoAnne house! The house was perfect for our needs - we were 3 adults and a baby. The location was very good for doing excursion outside of Vegas (Valley of fire, Lake Mead, etc.), but also close from the strip. As mentionned in the description, it is close from the AirForce base, so you will hear a couple of plane flying everyday. However, then don't start to early, so we didn't find it to be much of a problem. We had somme trouble Airbnb payment and with the internet connection, but JoAnne was super quick to reply and solve them! Greatly appreciated!

The house is nice, it is same as all photos we saw from the website. It is perfect for a family with dog, there is a quite big fence backyard. We were a group of 7 people with a dog, everything was good enough for us. The host is very responsible and nice, get fast replies from her when we had any questions. And she put some fruit for us when we arrived. If we will to Las Vegas again, we will stay in this house again.

Jo was super friendly, answered all questions with quick responses, and had everything clean and ready for us. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely love to come back and stay there when we bring the doggies!

The house is large and good. The host love little animals, and we can feed some cat outdoor :). The only thing I want to mention is I can not say the house is very dirty, but is not totally clean.

Communication was great, arrival was easy, just wasn't aware that kitchen wouldn't have adequate supplies to cook. Can opener, foil, plastic wrap, towel hooks . Shower head in master is set sideways needs looked at. Overall would still recommend just some updates would greatly improve the listing .

The house was a few minutes from the base and close to the highway for downtown access. Lito was a great host. Safe neighborhood, garage parking spot, and neighborhood has a pool. Would recommend to visitors who need to access the base or who want a safe neighborhood off the strip.

Melissa and Krizia are super friendly. They let us in even tho we got there early and showed us around the house. The house and the room was clean and tidy, the bed was so comfy. overall, it was a pleasant stay ;) ps: they have a very sweet dog

Welner was a very attentive, available and helpful host. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met; from assisting my parents with directions, having food available in the house, clean EVERYTHING (towels, bedding, bathrooms, etc), AC, etc.. The house is very well taken care of, stores and gas stations are within minutes. I can go on and on about our wonderful stay there, overall I would definitely recommend this cozy/ beach style house to everyone! The communication with Mayra was seamless. This was the first time I used Airbnb so I had a few questions and she answered them quickly. The house worked out perfect for our needs.

Our host met us at this very nice and clean 3 bedroom home only 10 minutes ,by car, from the strip or convention center. Our host had supplied some bagels, cheese and orange juice along with. 2 cases of bottled water. There were 3 middle age guys sharing this home while we attended a convention. The home was very adaquate but only had 1 large TV with very few channels and no news channels. The only suggestion to the owner would be to change out the "junior" commodes and replace with "adult" ones. We had no reason to visit the neighborhood but it was very quiet during the Ewing and night while we were at the house. We would return to this rental with the above two changed. Thanks

The landlord personally greeted at the door, as we left the house after the introduction to the house is small but clean and well-equipped kitchen, the only regret is that we live in can not be used when the wifi. All in all, a good house.

We needed a last minute accommodation in Vegas as it was an impromptu plan on a long weekend and we found this beautiful home on airbnb. House was very well maintained. This home was a perfect place for our quick weekend to Vegas (We had four people). The three bedroom house was clean and equipped with the necessities for cooking and showering and such. Welner and his wife were also some of the kindest and most genuine people we have ever met! They truly went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and even accommodated to our last minute check in/out times. Our family really appreciated having a garage to park our car in as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we make it back to the Las Vegas area! It was so convenient and close to everything we needed.

A complete joke.... The host honestly accuse us of taking electronics and other items which obviously were gone upon his waking up or they would not have seen as to accuse us of anything there were several guests in the home actually apparently the host host of the forecast at the time we were the last ones to leave of course the ones he is like I said a complete joke I would not recommend anybody staying there

Bob and Ron were incredible hosts. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable- as was the bathroom. I stayed over the weekend in Vegas to attend a sporting event in the area, not to go to the strip. It was the perfect spot for what I wanted- great neighborhood and location. But if someone was coming to Vegas to go to the strip, this would still be a great spot since it's just a 10 minute drive to get there. I would 100% stay here again and I would 100% recommend a friend to stay here.

My experience at Pamela's condo was bittersweet. Although the condo was primarily the same as the description (2 beds, 2 baths, cable TV, patio, free parking, etc.) there were some issues that concerned me. First, we were told that Pamela had roaches upon arrival which did not give us an option to cancel the reservation! Secondly, we discussed an 11am check out on Sunday and Pamela arrived at 9am without calling or texting which completely startled us to be walked in on while sleeping. I thought someone was breaking into her condo.

Pamela's home was spacious yet cozy. There were two bedrooms with very comfortable beds, plenty of living room space, and a beautiful kitchen. Pamela was a joy to speak with and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. She even ran out to my car to return a phone we left in the house. Great home, great neighborhood (albeit a bit far from the Strip, but I would call that a win).

We booked this location to spend time with our daughter while she was in Las Vegas for business. Upon arrival, Pamela buzzed us through the locked parking gate and met us out front. At check out time she was there so we could get on our way. Very considerate. Lovely apartment with so many personal touches. It was a lovely refuge from the heat! Book with Pamela. Pamela was great and welcoming, like visiting family. She let us arrive early in the morning and was flexibile on check-out. Her place had easy parking, nice pool and everything we needed. It was near airforce base but we didn't hear any planes. Perfect for EDC weekend to be closer to the Speedway.

Our flight was on time, but securing the rental was exceedingly time consuming. We notified our host we would be much later (just before midnight) and she was very accommodating and met us at the condo.

The apartment location is great. In 15 minutes drive you can be in downtown Las Vegas. Pamela was good hostess and made available to us for any problems at any time. Initially scared us when we did know that a standard urbanization where the apartment only allows the use of the pool for a maximum of 2 guests always accompanied by the hoster. We were staying with our children and pisicina had been one of the key elements of our choice. However, the second day Pamela left the key to the pool to go on our own without having to warn her.

No personally met Johanne, but all the while worried about contact us to see that everything was fine. The house was clean and tidy, bed very comfortable! Very good experience

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here with family and it was wonderful! The pictures do not do this house justice. The home is spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed for our group which is a huge help when you're away from home and can't travel with certain necessities. Tess was very responsive and provided detailed information before we checked in so we didnt really have anything to call her about during our stay. I would definitely recommend Tess' home to any groups who are planning a trip to Vegas. Great vacation get away very quiet neighborhood... beautiful home. Very nice and oriented owner great with pleasing guest!!!! Me and my family love our mini vacation will contact Tess in the future.

Overall, this was a nice, clean large home that accommodated our family. It was wonderful to be together instead of in several hotel rooms. There were several nice amenities with lots of bottled water, toiletries that made it feel homey and we really appreciated that. Two of the showers did not have hot water and this took several phone calls/text and time to rectify. Tess mentioned her previous guest has the same problem and it was disappointing that was not fixed before we arrived. We were in town for sudden death in the family/funeral so it was not ideal to be spending time to get the showers fixed with everything else we had going on. Due to the size of our group and specific events for services- those two showers were critical to everyone getting ready on time. Tess was very responsive but it was disappointing the showers were such an issue. Tess does not live in town so that put more burden on me to rectify than I would have liked. Other feedback: No toaster. No seating outside - I did not expect it given the pictures but that would be nice given the Vegas weather. The couches in the family room were incredibly uncomfortable.

We were a family of 9 people visiting Vegas over the weekend. The house was perfect for a family vacation. The place was very quiet and safe, a residential area. The house is in top condition with all amenities that one could ask for. Cleanness was top notch and pantry was fully loaded for guests to kick off the stay. Tess's place was located in a residential neighborhood which provided a quiet environment for the night after a busy day at the Vegas convention center. Even though we had a large party, all fitted comfortably in Tess's place with our own rooms. The amenities were plentiful and shops (including 24 hour Winco) were nearby, easy to access. Highly recommended.

Ira, was a great host who met us the day of check in and gave us a tour of the property. We where in town for SEMA 2016 at Las Vegas Convention Center. He was easy to access through out our stay and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything.

Very spacious home that fit our group of 9 adults with plenty of room to spare. Ira was flexible and understanding when it came to our travel time and walked us through the home at arrival. House had a blender, toaster, all other basic appliances, and plenty of towels and linens for our large group. There were even a couple of basic condiments in the fridge, which I thought was a nice touch. It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and this was a nice, clean place to relax with family. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at Ira's place for New Years, we were a total of 10 people(5 couples) and the house was perfect! There was great communication with Ira and we enjoyed our stay very much. Ira was very accommodating and we would love to stay there again anytime we visit Vegas. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and there were other games to play as well. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. Honestly pictures don't do the house any justice. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and we were greatly surprised of how spacious and beautiful it was. Again, we would recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a comfortable and fun stay in North Las Vegas.

It was big and had plenty of space for air mattresses and allowed for people to have privacy yet had enough open space to be able to hang out together. Ira was very nice and approachable. Ira was very friendly and made sure I was able to check in when I got in. Very nice house, perfect for our large party of 9 people. The house did lack enough towels for everyone staying in my party, and the towels were not in any of the bathrooms when we arrived. They also do not provide any soap so make sure you bring that with you. The WIFI did not work for our stay but I am sure that isn't always the case. Pillows in every bedroom had plastic over them which are unusable if you are trying to get a good nights sleep, but the house did have additional pillows in the closets that were not still in a plastic bag. Overall we had a nice stay, but were expecting a few more amenities that I typically expect in an Airbnb (ex. Soap, Towels, Working Wifi, Trash Bags, Etc.)

Staying at Jane's home was one of the highlights of our trip. She was extremely welcoming and kind and went above and beyond in being a host. Her garden was beautifully kept and her dogs Dolce and Gabbana are just the cutest. Jane gave us helpful tips on what to see and there was always food to eat for breakfast. I don't believe there is a better place to stay in Las Vegas. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else and I hope to be able to stay here again.

My Boyfriend and I stayed two nights here and we enjoyed it! Not too far from the strip and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very respectful and gave us our privacy. Great communication, always answered my text msgs. Check in and check out were very easy and convenient! You even get to watch Netflix (when most hotels have you switching through the channels). This is my first airbnb and it was a great experience. This house was perfect for our robotics team during our competition in Las Vegas. There was plenty of space, blankets, and pillows for our team. The open kitchen/ living room/ dining room was perfect for group meeting and meals. We would definitely return to stay for next year's competition! Great for families.

This home was perfect for my family! We had everything we needed including hand soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent, tp, etc. We paid it forward too as it looks like most folks do. Ruth was super responsive with a few questions we had and I know that she works really hard to make sure her tenants have a good experience. Lastly, the house is situated in the back corner of a small cul-de-sac...not visible from the main neighborhood roads. This was a huge plus for me as I don't really care for people knowing I am temporarily coming and going. Nice and quiet--GREAT location!
