Welcome to our charming apartment located on Åsen! About 5 minutes walk to the train station/travel center (500 meters) and about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is located in Enköping, close to everything the city has to offer. The apartment is 55 square meters and has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee maker, capsule machine, toaster and kettle, etc. Towels and toiletries are available. High chair and children's tableware are available, as well as a sofa bed in the living room

There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Enjoy the 200° water views and spend the days swimming or fishing from the private jetty with 2 kayaks available for use. Pick berries or mushrooms in the nearby forest or walk on beautiful trails. Cuddle up next to the fireplace and enjoy the sunset before bed. In the winter, experience the white landscape, walk or ski on the frozen lake. The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Fantastic house with wonderful lake location

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake house with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Se även min guidebok som finns i min profil. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband via Telia m.fl. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

Cozy cottage on lake plot

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.

Guesthouse - at the shore of Lake Mälaren

We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
