For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

This elevated cylindrical dwelling offers solitude and a large deck with comfortable chairs and forest views. Shaded and cool in the summer with air conditioning and fans available. This Yurt provides a wonderful respite from the hectic world. Perfect for nature lovers with a nearby brook and miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking.

Quiet and private in-law suite. Located close to the center of Cheshire, convenient to Route 10, I-691, and Route 15. Near to grocery stores, great restaurants, and shopping centers. 15 minute drive to Toyota Oakdale Theater, 20 minute drive to Lake Compounce Amusement and Water Park, and 30 minute drive to Yale University, Museums, and downtown New Haven. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. The Garden Loft - A Charming Choate Stay

Welcome to The Garden Loft! Located in the heart of downtown Wallingford, CT. The beautiful "School House" sits in the heart of Westville, New Haven's most artsy and eclectic neighborhood. The "School House" is a 15 minute walk to the Westville Concert bowl, and the Yale Football stadium for an easy commute to a concert or game. Just a one minute walk to the center of Westville you will find Lotta's artist studio, Bella's restaurant, RAWA, Pistachio Coffee and Manjares Tapas & Wine, as well as the famous Camacho Garage restaurant amongst other attractions.

Lake Beseck cottage

Very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage 200 yards from the lake. Large bathroom with shower, heated floors and laundry. Full kitchen, living room with sofa and TV and wifi. Bedroom has a long double Tempurpedic bed. Finished porch with dining table/ chairs and a desk/work area. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, Patio with gas grill, popcorn air popper, rice and vegetable steamer. WIFI printer. Pack and play upon request. Washer and dryer, hair dryer.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
