The house was perfect for our big family vacation. Everything was clean and well kept. Communication was with Davis was great. If we do another big family vacation we would book with Davis again.

Beautiful, wide open view of the ocean, beach, and pool from the eighth floor bedroom balcony. Easy access via quick elevator to the condo. Luxurious sitting room with more great views. Steve and Charlotte are both very friendly, gracious hosts.

Great Location, Steve was really nice and accommodating. Had lot of fun stuff for kids. We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony. Place was sparkling clean.

As a return solo traveler, Steve and Charlotte's condo is a welcoming stay right on the beach. They offer wonderful amenities, are excellent communicators, and make you feel right at home. I look forward to returning again!

Everything perfect!!! It was super clean. The location was perfect. We had a great room with a great view. The beds were comfortable. We had our own bathroom. Gym and pool were just as great. There is nothing to criticize.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. Everything was easy with clear instructions. We loved relaxing on the balcony and the king size bamboo bed was fabulous. I never wanted to get up! We definitely will stay here again as soon as possible.

If you are coming to panama city beach you MUST stay here! Great place, great price. It feels like its in the dead center or close to literally EVERYTHING. Its got a beautiful beach spot and a nice clean pool area. Cannot recommend enough for PCB.

Amy's place is at an amazing location. Gorgeous view out the window, and the access to the beach out back. She was very quick with responses too. Just make sure you read her instruction on cleaning, and don't forget to bring your own shampoos/body wash ;)

The view is amazing from the minute you walk in. Loved being able to lay in the bed and still see the ocean. The patio was large and the building was very clean. Very comfortable bed, she provided new sheets which were fabulous! We had a great time. Great condo for a couple.

Spectacular view! Even saw dolphins in the ocean! Condo is very cute and cozy! Any is an amazing host very responsive! Everything was easy! Nice pools and beach is amazing! We stayed a week in October and couldn’t be more happy!

Cindy’s place is in a really nice location. It backs up to a very pretty lagoon and is a short walk to the beach.

A quaint, cozy room in a unique timber frame home. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Spotless bathroom located right next to room. Location is easy to find and the Host is attentive, personable and accommodating.

This room is in a super cute house tucked off the main road with lots of charm! Many extras such as outdoor bistro lights and quaint landscaping make for a very relaxing stay. It is on the water with a place to sit and watch the sunset. Cindy is very accommodating. Great stay!

This is the place you want! Right on the beach. Perfectly set up for a lot of fun!!! Great communication with the host and no issues during our stay! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Also lots to do in the area. When we go back to the beach we will stay here again!

If you have young kids this place is AMAZING!!! Going to the beach was as simple as 20 steps off the back porch. If someone needed to go to the bathroom or forgot something they would just run back in. There were a lot of leftover sand toys from previous guests. The shells are amazing! There are some parts of the condo that are a bit dated but you certainly can’t beat the location!

Great place right on the beach, with two decks to overlook the ocean for beautiful views. Came for a bachelor party during spring break and it was the perfect location. Not too many kids around but enough that made it still fun and lively

This house was amazing, There was more than enough room for everyone, right on the beach, very clean. This was so much fun, if I come back to Panama City Beach I would definitely stay there.

Wow! Great location! This townhome has everything you would want for a family vacation. There’s lots of space to spread out. Each, very large, bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. There’s plenty of room in the dining and living area for everyone. Beds and couches are very comfortable. Easy check in and out. Great communication with our host, Twyla. Thank you, Twyla. But most importantly, this home is beachfront with the best sunset views you could ask for. This home has it all.

This is a great find. Right on the beach, with a deck and everything you need for a wonderful day at the beach. Large house that will accommodate a big group, clean with everything working properly. Checking in and out was very easy, there is good communication with the host. You need a car to go to shops and restaurants. I would also bring a pillow if you do not like hard pillows and toilet paper, very limited.

SO close to the beach, perfect for hauling your stuff down! Great to watch sunsets here as well!

We had an enjoyable stay at David’s place. It was very clean and he gave us very quick responses to any questions. Our little dog loved the back yard.

Just wow! First off, being a furr parent can be really hard when you travel. Boarding or pet watching fees add up - plus you miss your pooch! But, David & Donna don’t make you choose. Not only do they allow you to bring your pets - they don’t make you pay a fee! This is our new home away from home, an oasis. I loved every minute of it! The dogs enjoyed and were able to play with lady, Ellie, and fox! The space is perfect, and the back yard is beautiful! We got in the hot tub every night and enjoyed watching movies while relaxing! This place is no short on amenities and close. To some of our fav local places! Honestly, i could write a book on how much we enjoyed! We will 10000% return ASAP! Thanks David and a Donna!

David's place was clean, stylish, and had everything we wanted while we were there. It was close to the beach but far enough a way from the main hubbub to allow for some relaxation. The state park near by is fabulous and overall we had a great stay.

Maksim's place was in a wonderful area. Far enough from the loud and busy parts that we weren't disrupted but close enough to get to the beach and back in no time. Plus the neighborhood is friendly and easy to navigate. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was incredible the back yard is a great space to hangout and cook. Arriving at the house we were met with a neat and well put together space. The property is in a kind quiet area with a short enjoyable walk to the beach. The price can not be beat either. Only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer.

This was my second time at Maksim's and just as before, I can not say enough positive things, it's perfect in every way, I feel like it's my home away from home. I will go back whenever I can because I really don't care to stay elsewhere unless I have to!!! Maksim is a host extraordinaire!!!

A very cute place at a great location with fantastic value. It really only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach from this place. Many great restaurants are nearby. The provided washer and dryer really helped us with this beach vacation.

It was our first time in PCB so we were not sure what to expect, but the place was amazing. Communication with the host was fast and easy! We got to meet the host when we arrived he gave us a tour ( they were finishing up cleaning and inspecting) he was super sweet. We felt right at home the entire time. If you are traveling with dogs like we were the fenced in back yard was amazing and our little poodles loved it. It is about 6-7 minute walk to the beach. We walked a couple of days then realized we were right at a public beach parking and we drove the rest of the time. There is tons of great bars and restaurants right at the corner of the street. Everything was easy to navigate to, we were so comfortable we extended our stay an extra night and even ordered dinner in for 2 of our nights. We also fell in love with Off the Hook on our last day but we hit It up twice that day I highly recommend it and it's less than 1 mile from the house. There is beach gear available to use which was also a nice touch. Great stay and we look forward to next time.

We decided to make a mini vacation with our son and this space was perfect. Linda was amazing with communication and made this stay easy and fun.

Linda was a great host!! We booked this trip very last minute and she was awesome at communicating with us and being as flexible as possible. It was located across the street from the ocean where all the spring breakers were, which in our case as college students, perfect! She adds tips of where to go while we are staying and has some goodies! We loved Linda and definitely recommend:)

Perfect place in the middle of everywhere we had to go this weekend. Linda was awesome, from initial contact through checkout everything was flawless.

The room is quiet, very clean and well stocked with towels and dishes. The bed is comfortable with extra blankets available. There is a Keurig and a basket of snacks.

Got this room after the resort tried to hit us with $200 in hidden fees at check in. Decided to give Linda our business instead and are happier for it

Linda is a great host. We went to Panama City for bike week and we had an issue with parking the bike trailer and Linda quickly resolved the issue. It was a perfect unit for us and perfect location for the things we wanted to do. And we're looking forward to going back and a future

This place had restrictions in place that made us feel extremely safe our whole trip! It is in a great beachfront location where there aren’t too many people crowded on the beach in front. Very clean. Overall great stay!

Fred & Rene were awesome, friendly and kind in getting in touch with us on arrival, notifying us about any issues or updates. I had the pleasure of meeting Fred and shaking his hand, the gym in the building was just what I needed, the pool was even better than expected. Hands down it was such a lovely stay and wish we were able to stay longer. Definitely will do this again with Fred and Rene if we ever come to Panama City Beach.

Amazing view, helpful amenities, and a perfect location for visiting Panama City. Everything we needed was within walking distance or within a very short drive. Not to mention the beach and pool being so close! The living room was quite spacious and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, there. We will for sure look at staying there again!

The place was sparkling clean with a beautiful balcony view. Kc also provided a list of PCB local attractions, restaurants, bars and etc which made it easy for finding things to do. I’ve visited PCB on many occasions and Kc by far has raised the bar high. I’ll definitely be staying at Kc property when I return to PCB.

Awesome place! First time using AirBnB and honestly I was at first skeptical, but I will most likely be using this instead of regular hotels from now on. The room is clean and close to everything in Panama City Beach. Close to the beach, Walmart, wonder works, and all the attractions that probably brought you to the area. Amazing host. She will respond relatively fast to your concerns and is was quick to help out! Again, blown away by my experience and will definitely go back to Kc if I find myself in that area again!

This place was truly a mini paradise. It was so homey yet also had a tropical feel to it as well. I went on a solo trip and never felt unsafe being that I was in a gated community. Great studio apartment for those looking for a safe and quaint home away from home. The small kitchen is very functional, the decor clean and boho chic, and the animals so friendly and soft. Izzy has bikes and paddle boards to borrow and the beach is easily accessible with either. The trundle bed is on the shorter side, good for petite adults or children, otherwise very comfortable. We saw no pests of any kind, the apartment was sparkling clean.

Very very very nice place, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location, apartment is extremely cute, close to everything, and of course directly across from the beach which is absolutely beautiful!! Only note I will add is that you cannot have animals on the beach and seeing as how the apartment allows animals I was disappointed, but the dog beach is about 25 minutes away so still absolutely worth this stay!

Great first stay in PCB!

This is a great place in an excellent location at an unbeatable value. The hosts are very courteous and responsive. I greatly enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend Marina & Alen's place to anyone.

It's a nice little place.

Super clean and spacious with a fully functional kitchen and in-unit laundry. Location is right off Thomas drive with shops, restaurants and beach access nearby. Check in was seamless. A great space for a couple or small family.

Everything was great!

Brandon’s place is absolutely a one of a kind! The location is perfect the view is absolutely amazing, the perfect size for our whole family of 6. Bunk beds was perfect for our kids and the bedroom was perfect for my wife and I and even had a play pen for our little guy which was very thoughtful. We definitely will be staying at Brandon’s place again. The condo had everything we needed to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. Very welcoming and felt like home. If this place is available you definitely don’t want to pass it up!!! Thanks again Brandon for everything

Brandon's condo is really nice. Very clean and has a wonderful view. The pools and hot tubs were very well maintained and clean as well. Even though it was the off season in PCB they opened the tiki bar by the pools for a few hours a day. Got clear check-in instructions for the trip and while I didnt need to reach out to Brandon during our trip as everything was perfect, it would have been very easy to do so. Highly recommend staying here.

You cannot ask for a better view from that balcony! The washer and dryer were so handy and kitchen was stocked with every essential you could hope for. I was not ready to leave! The resort was under construction, but didn’t cause us any inconvenience.

Brandon was so quick to respond to my many questions and was wonderful. The condo is an older condo and building. When we were there they were doing a lot of construction and places were blocked off in the parking lot and around the building. The elevators were a bit iffy and took forever. There is a really good little food place called Bikini Bobs that’s cheap right on the property. The ocean access was great!! The pools were wonderful and my kids loved it all!

Stan’s place was just what we needed. My family and I took a day trip and enjoyed ourself throughly. While there we had everything that we needed. The location was great and the atmosphere made you feel at home. I would defiantly stay here again in the future.

This cottage is so cute, and was exactly what we were looking for. We were close enough to walk over to nearby bars/restaurants. The waterfront area is beautiful. The cottage is great, very clean and well decorated. Thoughtful touched included bottled waters and a local gift. I almost wish we were able to spend more time in the cottage! Easily slept 3 of us. Nicole is very communicative and responsive.

Nicole’s place is cozy and comfortable. The location is close to major roadways for ease of access to town but not so close you hear the traffic. I enjoyed her overall hospitality during my work stay and the swag was a nice touch.

This place is absolutely stunning. Although we only spent 1 night, we tried to make the most of it by visiting the pool and playing the games at the poolside. The condo was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The bunk was perfect for my trip! It's in an awesome location with a lot of walkable places and of course, the beach. Katie responded very quickly to my inquiry about the room, I was impressed with how quickly she responded. The bunks are hostel-style so it's just the basics, but so affordable for the area. Katie and her husband were very warm and friendly - they even came down to my comedy show that was at a bar in the building! I would definitely stay with them again next time I'm in town. Excellent place to stay if you are a lone traveler. Great location with super market, restaurants, and beach access well within walking distance! Arrival instructions and communication with host was quick and efficient would definitely stay again. There’s a fitness room with free weights and cardio equipment on the same floor if you are looking for a quick workout during your stay.

Awesome location and great check in experience. If you are a lone traveler like me, it's a good place to crash for a night!! Great views from the complex.

Very convenient location. This is basically a giant AirBnB hotel with it's own reception desk. All is automated, enter via keylock, etc. so I didn't get to meet the host in person but she was super responsive to my questions even at a late hour. There is a multistory carpark belonging to the complex at your disposal, which is super handy.

Roxanne's place was perfect for our bff reunion. We had everything we needed, with soothing decor and a beautiful view of the ocean. Roxanne's instructions for entry, parking, and clean up were very detailed. We stayed off season and loved the slow, relaxed vibe. The resort closed the indoor pool our last day there and one of the elevators was closed due to off season repairs. Roxanne kept us updated of the changes via text. Great stay!

This was an amazing stay! Roxanne was very quick and polite anytime I had a question. This place was clean and had many things to do while at the hotel. The only ehh part about the hotel are the elevators. One got stuck on our floor for a while, would not go up or down and one kept stopping on the 13th floor. BUT the elevators will not keep me from staying at this place in future. Yeah they weren’t that great but they still worked and the room/everything else about the hotel was fantastic!!

Roxanne’s place is awesome for a get away with great views of the gulf coast. If you open the balcony door at night you drift asleep to the sound of gently crashing waves. It is stylish and can sleep 4 individuals. Great location and host.

Condo looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful, clean space right in the heart of PCB. Resort has great amenities, a beautiful pool, and beach access. We enjoyed our stay.

We brought our family down for a short trip. The condo is laid out very well and overall decor is nice. Perfect size for our family and in a great location. Parking was easy.

Was very friendly and made the whole process easy. We enjoyed our stay and will reach out to stay again on return trips.

Very clean unit in an absolutely amazing location. Centralized to any kind of activity you would want to do. Great view of the pool and quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect Airbnb for a single person or a couple. It’s very comfortable, well decorated, pet-friendly, easy to find, centrally located, and very peaceful. The hosts had several thoughtful touches that made it even better. I will definitely stay here again. :)

My husband and I visited for a quick weekend getaway in PCB and the condo was great. Everything was clean and neat. The location is amazing! So close to everything. Communication was clear and prompt. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would love to stay here again

The place is very well located near the beach, it was also very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the Ironman Florida and the walking distance to the event was very convenient.

What a view!! Spacious, clean and all the extra we needed like beach chairs and cooking utensils, cups plates silverware ect. We did NOT want to leave! Eddie will for sure be our host for future family vacations!!!

Small condo close to the beach, excellent for 1-2 people. This place was sparkling clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nora is quick and friendly with her communications. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Nora!

Everything about the place is as advertised, and more. The host provided plenty of extra towels, face cloths and dish towels. Everything was clean and well styled. The complex pool was very nice, and it sits on the lagoon for a great view. It is across the highway from the beach, an easy walk. There were plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance. We didn't visit them, but it is also close to amusement parks, rides and miniature golf sites. It is a couple of miles from St. Andrew's State park which is a must see!

A great space with everything you need and then some. Just far enough from most of the resorts to be away from all the noise but still within walking distance to beaches and a short drive (or scooter ride from the rental place around the corner) to pier Park. Plus access to a nice pool as well. An all around great place to stay in PCB.

I loved the cozy feel of your place, waking up to see the beautiful beaches and only being steps to the sand! Everything about my stay couldn’t have been.
