  • The studio has the perfect location, it’s only a 15 minute walk from the CBD and near by the river and parks so you can escape the city life. The communication was very quick, easy! The studio is a small, comfortable and cute designed home, where you are feeling definitely like home. I would recommend it to 100%. :-)

  • Wendy’s place was great location. It was walking distance to Bayswater Car Rental if you wanted to get a car to explore deeper parts of the town and beaches. And if you didn’t want a car, her place was walking distance to CBD. The place was very clean and Wendy was quick to respond. The air-con worked great for those hot summer days. We would definitely come back.

  • The accomodation is really close to Perth itself, you need about ~ 15 mins to walk into the city centre, the train takes 2 stops from central station. The check in was very easy (& so the communication with the lovely hosts). The room (which you have for your own) is not too huge, but it includes all stuff and furniture you might need (especially the kitchen), the wifi worked very well. we stayed two nights, therefore it was absolutely nice!

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop and black Smeg fridge, with views that overlook the inner urban character streets of Mount Lawley. Make yourself at home here, with wifi + Netflix free to guests, a dedicated undercover car park and organic white linen bedding for a restful nights sleep. Walk, ride, drive, or take public transport to an abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants, hole-in-the-wall coffee shops, late night music haunts, parks and beaches - plywoodboxonhyde is perfectly located to cater for any stay. Please note that we do not have air-conditioning in the apartment however we have a cooling fan and a heater. Given the old nature of the apartment building, the lift can occasionally present problems. In the case, stairs need to be used to get to the 8th floor.

    Clean crisp cosy one bedroom apartment with queen size bed and double sofa bed in living room. One bathroom w shower and toilet , amenities included. Kitchen with appliances . Dishwashing machine in the apartment for your convenience. Coin Laundry washers downstairs also. A space for cooking , kitchen amenities also included. Breakfast bar with 3 barstools to eat at or second as desk / work space. Mounted large flat screen with basic cable including HDMI cable for connection (however may not fit newer laptops ) Cute little patio w 2 chairs and small table overlooking Fremantle port and ocean. The building also has people that live in it . So please keep the noise to a minimum , especially in the evening .
    We are in the heart of Fremantle ,smack dab in the middle of town . Walking distance to shops , markets , pubs, restaurants , the beach , cruise ship ports and Rottnest Island ferry terminal. The Apartment - A one bedroom with a queen bed brand new mattress , along w a sofa bed designed to fit two comfortably in the living room area. Large television with basic cable. Breakfast bar in kitchen with three stools to eat at or work as a desk. Small balcony outdoors with 2 chairs and a small table over looking the ocean from the 9th floor . Going about town - Public transport is just outside the door with busses and trolleys , and the train . The visitors centre is also a 3 minute walk for anything you may need - however I have several pamphlets and things to do around town in the apartment to make anything a bit easier . Guest Access - The apartment is located on the 9th floor and is wheelchair accessible with a lift located inside building and a ramp to get in . This building is safe and secure with gated access and general security patrols. Interaction with guests - I am happy to have as much or as little interaction with guests , I am located just around the corner from the apartment =) I can be reached via email or phone anytime for anything you may need . - This is a non smoking apartment , however as long as all doors and windows are closed and the smell doesn’t get inside at all , I will allow smoking on the balcony.

  • The apartment in located in South Perth, only 10 minutes walking distance to the ferry and to Mr.Walker, my favourite restaurant. When you use public transport, it´s a short walk to one of several bus stops. When you travel by car, this apartment is perfect, since the parking lot is right in front of your terrace. For me, starting with a 4WD Campervan for a tour to the north, it was perfect to get packed. The apt. has all you need - comfortable bed, clean hot shower, well equipped kitchen (which I did not use) and a small terrace to sit outside. The noise from the highway and the railway line was not of a problem at all, since traffic calms down at night. What you do hear loud and clearly is structure-borne noise (steps, etc.) from the neighbours, not their talking, TV, .... Check-in and check-out was as easy as can be, with a keysafe right in front of the main entrance. The same is true for every conversation with Elyse who was very responsive and helpful. Next time in Perth, I will at first check the availability of Elyses apartment!Thanks, Elyse!

    The self contained studio is newly decorated and has a well appointed kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop and mini oven. The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer. Basic toiletries are provided.The studio has reverse cycle AC. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8 meter fence keeps the two apart. There is your own sitting area both in front of and behind the studio but you are also invited to make full use of the spa and main garden.
    Just 2 Kms from Fremantle, the studio makes an ideal base without the Freo price tag. Less than 5 minutes walk to nearest bus to get to Freo or Murdoch train station. Nearby are local shops, eateries, takeaways and pub. Also near is a park and bowling club which has music on the weekends and great for reasonably priced food and drinks.
    ,The studio is set back in a quiet street but super close also to public transport. Beaconsfield is an older part of Perth and everything you need is within walking distance. You can enjoy a meal or live music at the local pub, there are coffee shops, plenty of variety if you want a take out ( Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, pizza, fish & chips) plus local shopping. Gilberts Fresh is great for fesh produce. For history, culture, the arts and entertainment, Fremantle is just a few minutes away by Uber, car, or bus. The airport is a direct trip via Leach highway and would cost around $35-45. Tip: for overseas guests, we use mainly Uber, Ola and DiDi in Australia as opposed to Grab in SE Asia. ( download the apps before you arrive)

    Studio apartment, located within walking distance to UWA and Charles Gairdner Hospital. Restaurants and grocery stores are a short walk down Hampden Road. Easy access to transport to the CBD and close to Kings Park.
    Our studio apartment is great for anyone wanting easy access to the CBD, Sir Charles Gairdner hospital, Perth Children's Hospital or Hollywood Hospital. Conveniently, there are also several cafes and restaurants just a short walk down the road (COVID-19 update: these cafes are still currently open and serving customers for take away.)
    Crawley is a lovely neighborhood - relatively quite, though very close to UWA, Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth Children's Hospital, Hollywood hospital and the river. It is only a short bus ride into the city. Additionally there are several cafes, restaurants and a grocery store just up the road from our apartment.

    A bright and airy room close with your own bathroom and use of the kitchen and tv area. Five minute walk to train and bus stops, supermarket, public swimming pool and gymnasium. Fifteen minutes by train and bus to the city and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. .
    If you are arriving by plane my home is minutes away from both domestic and international airports. As most arrivals do not seem to have arranged roaming before they arrive, I just suggest you search my address on google maps before departing, its not difficult to find but may make life easier.
    Close to the vibrant Victoria Park restaurant strip. All cuisines to choose from and plenty of bars to quench your thirst.

    My place is a 10 minute drive to Fremantle and beauiful Port and Leighton beaches and 30 minutes city of Perth. A short walk to access public transport and with a large park across the road, its a quiet and relaxed area. You can get away from the hustle and bustle of Fremantle and still have quick access to it. Its a safe and friendly suburb, with supermarkets and a Sunday farmers market within a 10 minute walk. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
    I'm a friendly and flexible host, happy to have a chat and give you advice about the area, share a wine or beer. I also give you the space that you need when you want your own privacy. The space is a little bungalow at the back of my house, its easy to access and you have your own privacy.
    I live in a quiet, safe, neighbourhood where everyone is known to each other and very friendly.

    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Porkies American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.
  • I can’t recommend this place enough. Leanne was amazing and really went the extra mile with the little touches that make this place feel like home. Private and secluded with our own private little entrance. The bowl of fresh fruit, fresh bread and milk and juice was an added touch that was really helpful. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. By far the best air bnb I’ve stayed at in Perth. Perfect.

    Very large modern townhouse in Kewdale Perth, use of all common facilities, you have your own private separate bathroom with shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet next to your room. Double bed with built in robes. We are a couple in late forties, German-Dutch and South American background and have a cat.
    Five houses down the road there is large parkland called Tomato Lake with cafe (open Wed to Sun), fitness area, BBQ, bird sanctuary. A large shopping centre, restaurants, pub and movie cinema two minutes drive or 15 min walk. Take away and food deliveries in the area.

Your closest shopping centre is Belmont, some good restaurants and two supermarkets and a cinema nearby. The host was lovely and she will be friendly and respectful.

    Self Isolate at my place. It's close to the beach, parks, cycle-ways and public transport (the bus runs past). You’ll love the light, the sea breeze, the ocean and the magical sunsets. Walk to the closest beach in 10 minutes for an early morning swim. The resort beach, shopping, food and entertainment are 15 minutes' walk. My place is good for couples, singles, friends and a family with kids can also enjoy a few days. We are up a flight of stair and have a private balcony. There is no wifi.
    Mick's apartment is a sunny spot even in the winter. It is light and bright just like the sea side. We keep it clean and fresh so that you can relax close to the ocean. It is a complete unit and it is air conditioned. We supply breakfast foods to cover a few days and coffee, tea and milk.
    The neighbourhood is friendly with lots to do. There are biking, walking and jogging paths along the beach and in the park lands. There is a good night life with restaurants and bars open in the evenings. For most of the people who live near us, the beach is their playground.

  • Christine's place is priced very competitively and delivers. It is a humble apartment but covers all you need for an adequate night's sleep. The toilet is quite clean, the sofa bed is comfortable and there is a kitchen to cook. Some breakfast items are available like fresh, milk (sealed and new), and bread were provided as well! There is also a private parking bay for your car rental. Honestly, at this price, it's hard to find better value for money accommodation. The area is extremely close to the scenic Scarborough beach, and the neighborhood was quiet for the 3 nights that we were there. We all got good sleep without disturbances. Another important note: We had initially booked a stay for 4 days but we had to rush home and leave on an earlier flight for family reasons. It was a very last minute arrangement, and yet she gave us a refund for the last day that we weren't there for. Such thoughtful consideration from Christine, and thank you very much for the stay!

    We (arch/designers) lovingly designed and built this great space, with its exposed beams and bricks and recycled features, to capture the panoramic Perth city views. An amazing location, walk to Beaufort St and Nth Perth Angove Strips. City v close.
    This is an amazing and spacious warehouse loft style apartment (of around 120sqm including indoor outdoor balcony) with high ceilings that peak at around 4m and contain 7 amazing velux skylight windows throughout flooding the loft in natural light. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom private from the open living space. One single day bed sits at one end of the open area for reading and maybe a child. Finishes are rustic and industrial with personality. Located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and a bus ride, stroll or short Uber to the CBD. The apartment (as part of a 2 apartment development) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse.
    Close to Perth CBD (around 3.5km) Great tree lined neighbourhood with close proximity to the Perth CBD, bus access and also walking distance to cafes/bars etc.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in Tourist attractions on the doorstep (the Perth Mint), stroll around the historic heart of Perth or enjoy a coffee in a local café Early check in / late checkout $50 each
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

  • Hostel G was a perfect choice for my first ever hostel stay, everything was modern and clean. I appreciated the flexibility with my luggage being there before and after my stay and the 24 hour reception. The common area was big with a bar and a restaurant, pool table and screens to watch sports, but it can get a bit noisy with the music and everything if it is a busy night. None of the noise carried out in to the rooms so you don’t have to worry about that. Still I’d recommend you to bring some ear plugs because the double bed creak but other than that, nothing to complain about. All in all there was an easy going vibe but I felt safe and relaxed. Very good value for money.

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking a green and flower-filled private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.
  • The treehouse was a lovely quiet retreat amongst the trees. The breakfast included was an added bonus with many more extra goodies supplied. Would highly recommend to others to stay in the treehouse & we will be back one day soon.

Best of all, the beautiful Monger Lake is a 10-minute walk away. I took a walk every day, and the beautiful scenery keeps remembering over time.     Our place is a 4x2 house with large living room, kitchen and dining area. 10m away from our house, there is a nice spacious park (green most of the year)so if you like walking and nature, you will love this. Also, an easy 5mins walk through the park will get you to the riverside, a beautiful location for picnics and barbecues or just to admire the beauty of nature. Although we are close to the airport, noise isn't a problem due to the layout of the runways planes are not taking off and landing in the direction of our house and we are not under the flight path. Winter arrive early this year, we do not have a heater in the house, but your bed has fitted a new electric blanket to keep you warm and cosy.
    My neighbours on both sides and the front are very friendly, quiet and nice. You can take a stroll down to the river in just 5mins walk across Garvey Park. Many water festival or local community events are held here, quite fun yet relaxing. Otherwise, fishing by the river is another thing to do.

The little glass Toucan swallowing the goldfish in bathroom 👍 I want that too I really like that as an ornament, took a photo it's cool and the Singer sewing table. This is where our iron ore should be going Australian Made. Not made in china, Australian people are fed up. Pat the cats they need a bit of TLC too and thanks for the drinking water from your natural water purifying tower. Would look forward to stay again anytime.

    Wonderful Swan riverside location in the best area of the city. Set in a location with a 10 minute stroll to the city center or catch the free Cat bus from the front door. A couple of minutes walk to the supermarket and just go to the ground floor for many cafes, restaurants and bars over looking the Swan River. Easy access to many tourist attractions, the new Optus stadium, WACA, and Perth central Tafe. Walk to see the local Kangaroos for free or watch the Dolphins hunt in the river. Pool.
    This is also a great place for a business stay. Great for couples or singles. Very Private and quiet. We will accept 1 to 3 month stays at a good rate.
    A very safe area to walk and enjoy the many walking paths and parks around the river.

Everything is in walking distance and the free yellow catbus stops right in front of the building. The studio is without wifi but I found out that reception of the free City of Perth Wifi is ok within the studio, a bit unstable but usable. Highly recommended!

    The Tiny House is an independent designer studio. Two storey with funky upstairs mezzanine, queen size bed with amazing views of the city of Perth. Separate WC and shower, kitchenette, sitting room. Very close to award winning Darlington Estate Winery. Airport 20 minutes. CBD easily reached by train from Midland.
    This space is only available to a single person or a couple by nature of its unique size and layout. There is an extensive DVD collection, Google Chrome via WIFI, games, cards, jigsaws and local travel information library. On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting area with a dining table and chairs for working or eating at, a sofa chaise, a compact equipped kitchenette with fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and microwave plus a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. Upstairs accessed by stairs is a vaulted mezzanine area with a queen size bed. Outside undercover there is an outdoor kitchen unit with hotplate and two burner stove, plus an electric BBQ for cooking. Guests may access the main house for food preparation and laundry by request.
    Darlington is a very sought after Hills location. Family friendly. There are a couple of cafes and a bottle shop and convenience store in the village, tennis courts, an excellent award winning winery within walking distance, and good shopping locally. Bush walks and nature abound. If you are interested in wildflowers, this is a real mecca!

    In cool Mt Lawley close to the city is our renovated cabin, a private, one bed ensuite retreat. This one bed cabin is nestled in a garden grown from scratch on a quarter acre block at the rear of an old art deco house.
    Fully secure space, separate from the house = full privacy. WIFI in the cabin. Off street parking available if you have a car. There isn't a kitchen, but a fridge and microwave are available for keeping drinks cold and warming up food in the undercover, outdoor lounge. The cabin is cosy and ideal for one guest.
    One of the oldest suburbs in Perth, Mt Lawley is dotted with many interesting heritage properties. We are walking distance to ECU, the Beaufort St shops, Fitzgerald St (Coles supermarket), Northbridge and the CBD. If you need to move more quickly, there's off street parking out front, or you can catch a bus 300m away which takes you to the CBD in 12 minutes. There are 3 supermarkets close by. This is what the local real estate agent says: Famous for its ever vibrant and ever-busy Beaufort Street cafe strip, Mt Lawley is more than just an excellent destination for dining or a leisurely day out.     Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket.
  • My husband and I had a very good stay with Tom and Nadia. We stayed for about a week and we were out most of the time so we didn't see Tom and Both all that much, but whenever we did, they were very helpful and friendly. The toilet is literally a step away from our room and it's very clean and well kept. The room is not too small and not too big, it's comfortable and being a couple from a different country, we really appreciate that there are universal adapters provided in the bedside table. Very helpful! They were very flexible as well, if you arrive early you can always leave your bags with them and check in later. Same for when you are checking out. If you have a late flight, no worries, you can always leave your bags with them. At least this was our experience with them. Like I said, they were very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant experience! Thanks again Tom and Nadia!

  • Stacey has done a gorgeous job of making a quiet, elegant, thoughtful and sanctuary from the city and heat which has a very stylish layout including the deck outside. The bed and quiet is gorgeous for recouping some energy on a trip! The lockbox makes the entry/exit simple and hassle-free and. Stacey provides well-organised notes about restaurants and other handy things to get a local's thoughts on which make you feel well-cared for. Highly recommend!

    Subiaco is a well-located, safe, friendly and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of character. Local transport links mean it is easy to come and go. A very competitively priced car hire company (Bayswater Cars) is just around the corner if you prefer to drive yourself around. Numerous cafes and coffee shops, supermarkets (including Coles and Woolworths), delis, fashion boutiques , renowned restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport mean that you have everything you need within 300m of my home. The Saturday morning Farmers Market is known as the best in Perth and I would certainly recommend it.

You could catch a show at the Regal Theatre or a movie at the outdoor cinema. On the weekend you can check out the local farmers market where you can grab a delicious bite to eat or grab a bargain. The closest liquor store and deli is a minute walk away to pick up any essential items. In Subiaco town centre you will find late night grocery stores for fresh food or convenient pre-made reheat-able meals. Sight seeing is just down the road with the edge of The iconic Kings Park only a few hundred meters away. The Moonlight cinema at the Synergy Parkland (there are public BBQ's here too) in Kings Park is a 10 minute walk away (this runs in Summer and I might be able to get you a cheap ticket). There are plenty of paths to find if you want to go for a walk or run. There are 3 bus routes that services the area that will get you to Perth city within 10 minutes. These bus routes also connect with historic Fremantle and Claremont, other shopping and nightlife districts. The closest train station is a 15 minute walk away which also connect with these areas but also to Cottesloe, home to one of Perth's premier beachfronts. One bus route will also take you into Subiaco town centre or to the University of Western Australia and Perths magnificent Swan River.

    Prime location in the Perth CBD. Apartment situated directly behind Louis Vuitton on the luxury shopping strip. Two entrances to the building, one on Munster Lane off King Street and one on Hay Street. The perfect location for shopping and nightlife.
  • I stayed one month at the Olivia's place . The apartment is very good .i didn't meet Olivia, but her mother Penny , amazing person ,went to change the tv that was not working. I called her and in 30 minutes she was already there with another tv. The communication has always been fast and perfect. To be perfect stay lacked only having a smart tv . And i have a late check out too. Thank you very much Penny.

  • This home is located on the back alley of King Street, where luxury brands are lined up as you may have heard. Nearby there are many grocery stores and restaurants that are riding on Australia's most famous supermarket woolworth and tourist guide, and it is also free to walk to Perth station and Elizabeth ski for about 5 to 10 minutes It is also convenient to go to the mantle and Rottnest Island. The house is also very stylish and clean, with dishes and knives, so you can cook yourself as soon as you buy the ingredients.

    Located Close to the Domestic Airport, only short drive to the Crown Casino, Ascot Racecourse, 12km to the City of Perth as well as walking distance to the beautiful Swan River & local parks. You will share the place with me, my husband Can and other guests in a warm sweet home, either for short or long stay.
    We live in a 4x2 share house occupy by host and other airbnb guests, with large living room, kitchen and dining area. 10m away from our house, there is a nice spacious park (green most of the year)so if you like walking and nature, you will love this. Also, an easy 5mins walk through the park will get you to the riverside, Kayaking club, a beautiful location for picnics and barbeques, fishing or just to admire the beauty of nature. Although we are close to the airport, noise isn't a problem due to the layout of the runways planes are not taking off and landing in the direction of our house and we are not under the flight path.
    My neighbours on both sides and the front are very friendly, quiet and nice. You can take a stroll down to the river in just 5mins walk across Garvey Park. Many water festival or local community events are held here, quite fun yet relaxing. Otherwise, fishing by the river is another thing to do.

  • Anyone looking for a lovely place to stay should definitely choose Hanh's. We had a hard time finding accommodation during the Corona crisis, but Hanh was so helpful and courteous to accommodate us. The room and the whole house of Hanh and her husband is very, very nice, you feel right at home and nothing is missing that you could need. It is in the suburbs of Perth, very close to the airport and a small park where you can take a great evening stroll. Hanh and her husband were always helpful with questions or always had a suitable tip ready. In addition, you were always to be found with a smile on your face and also gave you the opportunity for your own privacy. I can highly recommend Hanh and her husband's private room to everyone. I will definitely book it again on my next visit to Australia.
